As the sun rose above equestrian all awoke to find a happy sunny day all but one. A pony who you couldn't quit call a Pegasus, as he wasn't all pony witch was easy to tell from the green horns protruding from his head and his eyes weren't normal they were dark blue with a pupils that was in the shape of a knife slits and when he snored his teeth that were like razors showed but the thing that most pony’s fort was even weirder was his wings that weren't like normal Pegasus wings they where rather large for his size and they looked just like dragon wing’s witch would probably make sense considering his father was a dragon and his mother a Pegasus, but his coat was a light blue and his mane was a dark blue with a streak of very light blue and his tale was a strange one it looked like it was made of crystal and in the same colours as his mane and this colt’s name was Defensive Flight.
As every pony was getting ready for the day a head Defensive was having a haunting memory of the day is parents where killed by his older brother Night Strike a pony as evil as they come he killed there father for his horde and slaughtered there mother for fun then left Defensive just with a chunk missing from his ear and the hole event scarred into his mined that’s when Night got his cutie mark a skull and cross bones, as Defensive remembered his father’s last words to him he woke up in a terrible fright.
“Did you have that dream again honey” Scootalo asked Defensive “ye but this time it felt real” those two had been together since they were very young ever since Axton Coglink and the rest of the CMC brought him to pony vile after saving them from a Ursa minor, “well I guess I better get going if I’m going to try and get my cutie like every one ells has, I’m probably the only pony not to have there cutie mark by the time there grown up” “don’t worry honey I’m shore you’ll get it soon. Now I need to get to work bye” “ye bye” so Scootalo left Defensive to go and left him moping so he just opened his window opened his wings and the whoosh the room was disturbed by a large just of wind and Defensive was gone.
As he flew over pony vile he noticed every one with there family’s and all they saw as he flew over was a blue blur. Suddenly he heard a small explosion stopped and turned to see a mushroom shaped cloud rising from Axton’s lab, so Defensive rushed over and pulled Axton out of the rubble “look Ax I know you’re the machine hart and all but”
“Shhh!” Axton cut Defensive off mid-sentence, before fumbling around in the rather large pile of rubble that was the remains of a section of his lab “I need to find that Gem, where the hay is it?” Defensive held a large red jem in his moth before Axton took it from him “thanks oh and bye” Axton walked back in to his lab holding the jem. “I wonder if that got me my cutie” Defensive said with excite but when he look back he saw nothing and just trotted off back down the street moping.
Again defensive was flying above pony vile when he saw timber wolves running from the Everfree forest so he fort that they were going to attack some pony, but when he got there the timber wolves were running scared from some thing in the forest and as Defensive looked into the forest he saw him standing there his brother Night strike, suddenly the memory of what he did to there parents came flooding right back with such intensity that Defensive fainted and the image of Night Strike faded into darkness.
The next day Defensive woke up in the local hospital, Scootalo rushed over quickly “Defensive honey are you all right” “what… ye I fort I saw… NO I’M NOT ALL RIGHT NO PONY IS I SAW HIM I SAW HIM” Scootalo looked worried by Defensive’s answer “saw who” Defensive looked at Scootalo with scared eyes “Night Strike… he’s here he was attacking the timber wolves in the Everfree forest he’ll come for every pony next and he will kill us all” Scootalo held Defensive tight and said “don’t worry a party of pony’s went into the forest to look for why the wolves came out and there fine in fact they are about to come back soon so lets go see I’m shore they’ll be fine and you’ll see it was probably some silly bear or some thing that scared them” Scootalo looked at defensive happily and he returned it “okay I’ll come with you” so the two went to the border of the forest.
they waited for the pony party to come out, but several hours past before there was any sign of movement and then… a single very badly hurt pony walked out and collapsed so Defensive ran over and the pony said “it was a pony looked like you but all grey and whore Armour on his body that was all black and red but that’s not the worse part he had a mask that looked like some sort of robot head and he breathed fire. He killed the others in an instant before he attacked me and he said he wanted me to tell Defensive flight that he better be… be… be ready”
“READY FOR WHAT” Defensive hollered
“Ready to DIE” then the pony lost consensus
“I can’t find a pulse I can’t find it” Defensive was frantic and Scootalo pulled Defensive away and told him “come on leave him… he isn't coming back to town”.
