It was yet another night for the WWE superstars. If we exclude the backstage brawl and the chaos that was being unleashed by the DX, everything was pretty normal.
But normal most of the time means boring, so we are going to get into the details of said "chaos"...
A couch was on fire. Wrestling gear was all over the floor. And there might have been a few unconscious security guards. But those two didn't gave a damn.
Shawn Michaels and Triple H were parting like they were 20 once more. The "degenerating hellraisers" took over one of the locker rooms and started partying like there was no tomorrow.
And even if drinking beers was too "Stone Cold Style", who really gave a damn.
However, Triple H felt something was... off. Maybe it was the fact that the couch was not supposed to be on fire. Or maybe there were no DX graffities. But, truth to be told, it was something much bigger...
"You know Shawn," exclaimed Triple H, "Even if this party is quite awesome, i think we are missing something..."
Michaels, in the meantime, was kicking around a trash bin. He immediatly stopped when he heard Triple H's words.
"Hunter, what you just said made no sense," answered Shawn,which restarted to kick around the trash bin again, " We have everything a party should have."
However, Triple H simply shook his head. Even if Shawn was his best friend,sometimes he was really stupid. Yet,for once,he decided to ride along with him.
"You know Shawn, you're right about that. We have everything that a party should have. BUT..."
Shawn stopped once more,turning around to meet face with Triple H.
"...We are the D-Generation X. We are not only a stable, we have military authorizations to wreak havoc.
This is supposed to be a " DX' s party " ,not a birthday.
We MUST wreack havoc if we want to cement this party as one of the biggest ones the DX has EVER done. And what better way to do so,if not with a tank?"
Michaels, hearing Hunter's proposal,burst into laughter,and soon was on the ground. Triple H simply facepalmed, and finished drinking another can of beer,his fourth one.
Shawn, in the meantime,had stopped laughing,and with a serious face,stared into Triple H's eyes.
"Hunter, i would agree to your idea,but WHERE do we find a tank in Houston, Texas?! It's not like tanks fall from the sky-
HBK was interrupted by a dreadful noise. It was then followed by someone shouting any kind of profanities he knew. The duo sprinted to the door to see what could have caused such noise. And when they were finally outside,the couldn't believe their eyes...
A M1 Abrams tank with the DX vynils all over itself was standing right in front of them. Under his crawlers were the rest of a car, crushed like a pancake. And this meant only one thing...
"Tanks don't fall from the sky,huh Shawn?"
"Hunter...i got two words for ya."
"And they are?"
"FUCK. and YOU."
Now it was Triple H's time to burst into laughter, and while doing so, he climbed up into the pilot's seat, while Shawn took control of the turret.
"Hey Shawn!" Shouted Triple H,gaining the attention of his partner.
"Yeah, Hunter?"
Triple H was trying to keep a poker face,but it was so damn hard. The joke might have been stupid, but it sure was funny to any DX fan.
"...Are you ready?"
The two bursted into laughter, a laughter that died shortly after when Triple H started up the immense tank. The M1 Abrams started his march trough the town,with two degenerates at its controls. Things couldn't be better.
Canterlot was strangely calm,even if it was the day of Heart Warming's Eve. Discord was probably the happiest in the whole town though.
"Discord, why are you so...happy?" asked Luna,while she was holding a glass of hot chocolate with her magic.
Discord simply smiled,and enigmatically answered.
"You see Luna,let's just say that i have a... rather strage feeling. And normally, when i have this feeling, it means that a wave of positive chaos is coming to Equestria."
Luna looked at the draqonequus enigmatically. What he just said made no sense at all.
"Positive...chaos? How can chaos be positive?"
Discord simply kept smiling,and answered to the blue alicorn's question once more.
"Sometimes, chaos leads to revolution and innovation. And usually,this leads to even more positive things. People start to understand the mechanism that makes this world work. And people try to change it , so they can create an utopia that is adapt for everypony. That's what i call "positive chaos". "
"But you are going to see , my dear. Things can't get any better right now."
Things could not get any worse now: the turret had been destroyed, and the police was pursuing them. Hunter and Shawn had no choice than try to "crash the tank". If everything went the right way,the next morning they would be heading for Las Vegas.
"Shawn, this is all or nothing. I got one serious question now... are you ready?"
HBK simply nodded. Triple H sighed,and kept driving the tank through the city. Cars were getting crushed by the huge vehicle,and bullets were flying everywhere. What started out a simple party turned into a run for everyone's lives.
The tank entered the highway. This was really "all or nothing".
The M1 Abrams started gaining speed,gaining distance from the police. They could make it! They could get out of there!
However,the dream ended instantly. One of the crawlers reached its breaking point, and went into pieces. The tank started to skid to the left and to the right. Inside the tank,papers were flying everywhere. paint cans were flying everywhere. Glasses of chocolate milk were flying everywhere. Heck, even Shawn was flying everywhere!
However, it all came to an end. The tank rolled over to the left, starting a loop. Hunter, in his mind, was thinking about what was happening. Was everything coming to an end? Was he ever going to see Stephanie again? Millions of thougths went tough Triple H's head. But it all came to an end when the tank finally crushed, making everyone black out.
...Was it over?
...Maybe not.
