Wrong Filly

After the battle of Season 2, Shining and Cadence did something adultlike (you know what I mean).After a few months the foal was born. The operation was done by Shining himself, Cadence slept since she was so tired, The White stallion checked the little foal and noticed that it has a weird horn of the changelings.

Shining Armor panicked for a while, and after that he put the little foal into a bed that was made a few months earlier before the foal was born. He covered the foal with a blanket and ran off to his bed and pretended as nothing happened. He realized that Cadence might wake up soon, so he just stood in front of the bed of the foal, covering the foal's little body. He stood up there all day waiting for Cadance to wake up and go to other places.

As Shining waits, Princess Cadence went to the foal's room with Shining inside. Shining was shocked seeing the pink alicorn standing in front of the door, the pink alicorn said "what are you doing?", Shining replied in a nervous voice

"I'm just seeing if the little foal is okay, no need to worry about it, and you might want to see it now in the morning because it's so cute, so you might want to see it later in the afternoon!"

the pink alicorn replied while going out of the room "okay then*giggle* father".

Shining quickly closed the door and took a breath of relief and whispered to himself "whoa! that was so close, I better do something before she comes back". Shining took the basket with the small white foal and wore a hood, he ran from the room and out of the castle to get somewhere else. As Shining ran he bumped into a white pegasus with teal mane, it was an old friend of his, Shining said in a hurry while trying to grab the basket

"Sorry sir I'm in a hurry.... wait... do I know you?" The earth pony replied "I'm Blizzard Wind, nice to meet you" Shining replied in a familiar face "You went to Stalliongrad during the cold war didn't you?" The white pegasus replied "why yes, are you telling me you are Shining Armor?" Shining replied "It's nice to meet an old friend and all, but I need to go, because I'm in a hurry"

Shining ran off. The white pegasus was curious of what is happening, so he chased after Shining Armor returning to the castle, because he doubt that the streets would not be safe to dump the foal.

Shining Armor returned to his office with the basket with him all day, suddenly the white pegasus flew on top of his office and asked

"so, why are you in a hurry?"

Shining was shocked and he used his magic trying to take down the white pegasus.

The white pegasus dodged all of the projectiles and said "your aim is getting worse, you're worse than the accuracy of an artillery attack"

Shining was very angry until he threw the foal out of the window without noticing as he threw some items around his room.The white pegasus caught the foal and asked

"it's a changeling baby huh, you're gonna have a bad time my friend. Well that's the only thing I wanted to know, since you are hiding it from me, goodbye!"

The pegasus gently gave the foal back to Shining Armor and flew back to the streets of Canterlot. Shining Armor was so reliefed. He sat on his chair and thinking what to do with the foal. In the afternoon he received a letter for Princess Mi Amore Cadenza that she is going to the Crystal Empire for special occasions. Shining threw out a big shout of joys. He felt so relieved and decided to go to bed.

The next morning, Shining Armor went to get some fine morning coffee from the clean bright kitchen. He started up by turning on the stove  and trotted to an oak wood table with an area of 330 cm squared. He then realized that today Cadence was going back to Canterlot, he spoke to himself

"Oh no, I gotta do something or else I'm dead"

The white stallion heard the door open downstairs, it was Princess Cadence, the pink alicorn said with a delightful voice

"I'm back Shining, did you miss me? I want to see the little foal too now!"

The white stallion didn't know what to do as the pink alicorn went up stairs. He grabbed a cone of ice cream from the freezer and threw it to the foal's weird horn of the changelings to pretend as a horn, the pink alicorn lifted up the cone of ice cream and already noticed that the foal was a changeling pony and Shining shed some liquid fear.

The pink alicorn stood in shock. Shining Armor said

"I.... I... I can explain!'

"It's okay, you can tell me all about it tomorrow, but you'll have to sleep outside the room for a week!" said Princess Cadance.

"I'm glad you're not mad" said Shining Armor with a huge smile and some tears coming out from his eyes.

As the conversation ended they went to their proper places, Shining on the kitchen floor and Cadence and the foal in the bedroom.As Shining was sleeping, a guard pony passed by and asked Shining

"What are you doing here sir?"

Shining said in a sad voice "I was forced by my wife to stay here.."

The guard pony replied "okay then sir. Do you want to stay in the guard's cottage?"

"I would love to. Which number?" Shining asked

"Cottage number 12 sir"replied the guard

"Great, that's my old cottage. Let's go then I know the way too"said shining in a sleepy-energetic voice
