Chapters Flim & Flam Disappear
“Dear Princess Celestia, I wanted to share my thoughts with you." AppleJack cleared her throat before she carried on. "I DIDN’T LEARN ANYTHIN’! I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG! If you take your time to do things the right way, your work will speak for itself! Sure I can tell ya I learned somthin’ about ma friends are always there to help me, and I can count on them no matter what. But the truth is... I knew that already too!” AppleJack finished her letter and gave it to Spike. Spike set fire to the letter and it went up into the air and to Princess Celestia.
“Well ah better be off!” AppleJack said after she left the barn of Sweet Apple Acres. Spike ran after her and stopped her in the middle of the path. “AppleJack!” Spike blurted out. “What you sent to the... Princess... Is umm... Too... Too...” Spike passed out from all the running he did to catch up with her. AppleJack giggled a bit before grabbing spike with her mouth and throwing him on her back. AppleJack ran to Twilight’s library and knocked on the door. “It’s me Twilight! Spike passed out so I brought him to ya!”
After Twilight opened the door slightly, only so she could see one eye. “Twilight... What’s goin’ on in there?” AppleJack asked.
“Erm... Just reading.” Twilight replied nervously.
“Okie dokie then, here is Spike.” Twilight levitated Spike into her library and said a quick “Thank you.” and shut the door.
AppleJack started up the path to her barn but was interrupted by a clanking noise. She stopped dead in her tracks as she looked left. Coming up the path was the Super Cider Squeezy 6000. FIim stepped out from the machine while having a sad, but happy, face on.
“AppleJack...” Flim said with a different look on his face. “Me and my brother are very sorry of what happened today... And...” Flim couldn’t carry on so Flam stepped out from the machine. “We want t-to h-help you with the farm...” Flam had a sad look on his face while Flim had a nervous look.
“Sure... Why not?” AppleJack said with a smile. “Follow me.” Flim and Flam followed AppleJack down a cellar and once they got down there AppleJack ran up and closed the door tightly shut. She was moving quickly but silently. “AppleJack where are you?” Flim asked nervously. “I’m right here, Flim.” AppleJack said as she turned on the lights. Her hair wasn’t tied up when the lights came on. Flim and Flam stared in horror as they saw ponies slaving away. Flim looked and saw all the ponies have their mouthed tied together with thread. One of AppleJack’s dear friends was there. Rarity. She was in such a mess and she was crying while working.
“What are all these ponies doing down here?” Flam asked while shuddering.
“Oh... These ponies down here? Oh well these are the ponies that have hurt me deep inside!” AppleJack said furiously.
“W-w-what did we d-do?” Flam asked, stepping back while AppleJack walked forward in a furious pace.
“What did ya do? WHAT DID YA DO? YA CAME TO PONYVILLE, DECLARING YA COULD BEAT US JUST FOR OUR FARM!” AppleJack ran up to Flam, who was running up the stairs.
While AppleJack was running she said “Oh... You think ya can get away?” Flam hit his head on the cellar door and fell on conscious. AppleJack dragged him down but when she got down she stopped dead in her tracks. Flim was helping all the ponies untie the thread from their mouths. Then a whine came from Rarity as she tried to get from the chains. “Ah only have the key!” AppleJack said in a huff. She jumped on one of the ponies that Flim helped to untie his mouth. She pinned him down and quickly ran over to a dirty, rusty table, grabbed a rusty pin and thread, and walked over to the pony. Flim only helped two ponies free and he only stood there in horror, waiting to see what will happen to the green pony.
AppleJack lay on him, gave him a tight squeeze and when she released him, he was dead. AppleJack squoze him to tight, his wind pipe broke.
The machine in the cellar had stopped turning. AppleJack unchained him and threw his body in the machine and ordered the other ponies to start working. As Flim watched, the body of the stallion was ripped apart from how fast the machine was moving. She ordered them to stop.
Then AppleJack turned to Rarity. She got the thread and stabbed Rarity through the hoofs. AppleJack held her mouth shut with her hoofs, and she could see the pain welling up in her eyes. Blood droplets came from her hoof as AppleJack grinned. She instructed the ponies to start the machine as fast as she wanted it. Then, AppleJack unlocked the chains from Rarity and threw her in the machine while it was still running. Blood spat out from the machine and AppleJack said “Your turn Flim!”
Flim was hiding in the corner bearing not to look and as AppleJack approached. He hid his face away from AppleJack.
She has blood running from her mouth and eyes.
Flim took one look at AppleJack, and when he did, AppleJack grabbed his face and held the thread in one hoof. She bucked his horn off so he couldn’t do any magic. “I’m not going to kill ya, ah need two more ponies to replace the two poinies.”
AppleJack started sewing his mouth together and she saw pain in his eyes. She chuckled and pushed him over where the green stallion would have been standing. He was chained back against the machine and AppleJack showed him how to work the machine. Flim’s belly groaned and he looked at AppleJack desperately wanting some food or a bit of water. “Who said ya could have some of ma food or drink? You’re just gonna rot down here like the rest on ‘em! Now work the machine!” She trotted off with a small grin on her face.
Flam was still unconscious as AppleJack approached. “Said good night Flam...” AppleJack said then followed by an laugh. She walked over to the table and got one of her sharp knives. She walked over slowly with a grin on her face.
Flam woke up from his consciousness and was then back asleep again. AppleJack had stabbed Flam in the back of his heart. His eyes were wide open, dead, but seemed to be alive as AppleJack stared into them.
AppleJack was satisfied with the outcome of what she somehow knew was going to happen. She walked outside and quickly shut the cellar door and when she looked up, she was greeted by a brown stallion.
“Hello.” He said. “I’m the Doctor.”

“Hello.” He said. “I’m the Doctor.”
AppleJack looked over at Doctor’s side, only to see Derpy and Twilight standing there. AppleJack was facing down to cover the sight of her mouth. She grinned and said “Hello there... Why are ya here? No pony is allowed near MA cellar...” Doctor looked at Derpy, then at Twilight.
“I told you we were not meant to be here...” Twilight whispered in Doctors ear. AppleJack was moving closer, one hoof in front of the other, until she could hear them stepping back.
“Yes... But my TARDIS stopped here so there must be something wrong right here, right now...”
Doctor whispered back into Twilight’s ear. AppleJack lifted her face up and grinned.
“Are you alright AppleJa--”
“I’m... Just fine... Just fine” AppleJack said mysteriously as she interrupted Derpy.
“You... D-don’t seem li--”
“Oh I am fine!” AppleJack said as she moved closer. She grabbed Doctor and pushed him out of the way onto the floor. He fell in a heap among the dusty floor. AppleJack laughed silently in her mind as she walked to Derpy. Twilight reacted immediately at this as she ran towards AppleJack. She whispered and chanted at the same time and Derpy was snapped into some trance. Twilight froze on the spot when she saw this.
Twilight was shocked and AppleJack stared into her eyes. Twilight started to run to Doctor and help him up to stop this. Derpy fell on the floor, and AppleJack dragged her to the cellar. Doctor noticed this and got up slowly.
“W-what have y-you done t-to her?” AppleJack ignored Doctors question, and rolled her eyes, followed by a chuckle. AppleJack threw Derpy down the cellar, and followed her down. AppleJack bucked Depry in the empty slot, where Rarity was.
AppleJack quickly locked the chains but then blacked out. When she awoke, she saw all of the Ponyville ponies looking at her with shocked eyes. She wasn’t in her cellar anymore. AppleJack looked around. She got up and said “Where is Rarity huh?” All the ponies looked around, not noticing AppleJack as she ran off in the dust. She bumped into a blue box with ‘Police box’ written on it. She snuck inside and had a look around.

Meanwhile back at the other ponies Lighting Bolt notices AppleJack’s disappearance. “Everypony!” She shouted, and everypony stopped running around. “AppleJack’s gone!” Everypony started running and panicking.

AppleJack heard voices from outside and footsteps. She ran and hid behind something sticking out of the floor. “Well she running around somewhere.” A brown and greyish - blueish pony stepped in. It was Doctor Whooves and Derpy Hooves, Twilight stepped in after. She levitated the door shut and started speaking. “She running around Ponyville, she could be anywhere by now...”
“We should split up, and find her!” Doctor suggested.
“Great idea!” Twilight replied. “Doctor, you check around the train station, Derpy, you check around the barn, and I will check... All over PonyVille now lets go!”
AppleJack moved her hoof and knocked something over. None of them noticed and had already ran outside anyway. She sneaked out and ran to Sweet Apple Acres. She saw Twilight and Doctor on a couple of occasions, but managed to sneak past them. I know what Ima gonna do! she thought. She looked around Sweet Apple Acres before sneaking in the barn. She got rope and tied herself upside down from the roof. “Help! HELP!” she shouted.
After six minutes of shouting, Doctor rushed through the barn doors. “What's goin--” Doctor stopped to see AppleJack hanging from the rope. “Tied yourself up ‘ey?” Doctor said in a deep tone. “Trying to choke yourself to death?”
“No! You gotta help me!” AppleJack pleaded. “That AppleJack is an imposter! You see... ah went to visit ma cousins in Mainhattan! And, and, and these Ch-changelings attacked!”
“How did they get here then?” Doctor asked, not trusting AppleJack one bit.
“Ah ma not sure, maybe followed me?” Silence came upon them as she said that. Twilight’s voice was heard from the farm gate.
“Doctor? Derpy? Who is up there?” She called.
“It’s just me looking for AppleJack...” Doctor called back. “Come up here!” She ran up the hill and stopped and stared at AppleJack. Then she looked at Doctor and said “H-how did she get up there?”
“I’m not sure... But she told me a story... Something to do with--”
“Ah ma right ‘ere ya know...” AppleJack interrupted. “Why don’t ah tell ya the story?”
Twilight sighed and said “Fine...” AppleJack started telling the story again. “Ah went to visit ma cousins in Mainhattan! And these Changelings attacked! I’m not sure how they got ‘ere...”
AppleJack could see that Twilight wanted to set her free, but she was thinking What if this is a trap?
“Doctor.”
“Yes?”
“I’ll stay here with AppleJack, I have an Idea to see if this is all true.” Twilight said then began whispering in his ear. He nodded then ran off into the mist. “We can tell if you're lying...” She said.
They wait for over half the day and AppleJack’s face was red. She was breathing constantly.
“I’m back” Doctor said. “Just took three minutes and--”
“THREE MINUTES?!” Twilight bursted out. “More like HALF A DAY!”
“Sorry...” He said. He walked over to Twilight and whispered “She is lying...” Twilight gasped and looked at AppleJack shocked. “Ah heard that!” AppleJack shouted. “Ima not lyin’! Why would ah lie to one of ma best friends?!”
“Thats true!” Twilight said as looked back at Doctor. “AppleJack is one of my best friends! She is the Element of Honesty, she wouldn’t lie!” Twilight cut the roof and AppleJack fell to the ground in a heap.
“Thanks Twi...” AppleJack said and turned to trot out the door. She smiled and rolled her eyes.
“Not so fast, AppleJack!” Twilight shouted. AppleJack looked back without the smile and confusion in her eyes. “You changed over the years, and I haven’t seen you for ages, so I can’t trust you fully...” AppleJack just stared at her then ran off out of sight.
“Oh no...” Doctor said. “Why didn’t you listen to me?”
“I... Just uh...” Twilight stammered. “Never mind that... We gotta find AppleJack!”
They ran off out and split up, But AppleJack was back in her cellar. She looked around, all the ponies had disappeared. “WHAT?!” She screamed. “THEY ARE ALL GONE! WHO DID THIS? WHO DID--” She turned around and looked at the stairs. “Twilight... Twilight did this... TWILIGHT!” She ran up the cellar stairs and into Ponyville. All the ponies were hidden from her.
She spotted Twilight almost instantly and jumped on her. “YA FOOL! YA LET ALL THE PONIES THAT WERE IN MA CELLAR OUT, DIDN’T YA?” She started beating up Twilight in the middle of the street. All the other ponies that were hiding away gasped in horror. Blood started dripping out onto the ground. Twilight punched AppleJack off her and she fell on the ground. Twilight sat up and said “Why did you do it...?”
Then she got up. AppleJack was still lying on her back, gasping for air. Twilight walked over to her, her horn glowing. AppleJack, and the whole of PonyVille, was blinded by the light. Derpy Hooves flew over the light, and flew into it. “What's this?” She asked herself. She flew deeper into the light. PonyVille’s pony had fled, because they knew what kind of spell that was, but Derpy didn’t. AppleJack knew this was going to happen. She was grinning and laughing. “Why are you laughing?”
“Because, you better watch out... Hehe...
“I want you to stay there!” Doctor ordered. AppleJack laughed a bit. “What y’all gonna do?” She teased. Doctor hand gestured ponies to come out from behind houses. She was surrounded by all of PonyVille, except the fillies, and they all wasn’t pleased. She slowly walked up to Doctor, brought her hoof up, and swiped it down. Doctor held his hoof up and stopped AppleJack’s hoof is the air. Then, Doctor grabbed her hoof and twisted her around, she fell on the floor, face first.
Padded Walls

She fell on unconscious for about five minutes. She wake up in a white, padded, room. She got up immediately and ran at the wall, she bounced back. “What is tha meanin’ of this?!” She said angrily. “Are ya outa yur mind?”
“We are doing this for your good!” said a voice, muffled by the glass. It was a pony in a black suit. He was a pegasus, same size as her. Twilight, Derpy Hooves, Doctor whooves and the whole gang walked in, apart from Rarity, of course, with depressing emotions on their faces...
“WHY DID YOU DO IT?!” Pinkie Pie screamed and cried at the same time.
“This neva would ‘ave ‘appened if y’all didn’t interfere!” AppleJack said confidently. AppleJack’s arm was bleeding. “So, what y’all gonna do, ah’m obviously am doomed now...”
“Sorry AppleJack.” Rainbow Dash said. “It’s for your own good.”
“Ah already know that!” AppleJack replied. Rainbow Dash just pulled a face at her, she did the same back. Fluttershy was crying softly. Pinkie Pie was still crying, a lot. Doctor, Twilight and Derpy just looked at AppleJack. “Ah asked you a simple question...” AppleJack walked forward closer to the glass the was splitting them up. “What y’all gonna do?”
“Hopefully destroy you, so no more ponies go missing...” Doctor said. AppleJack looked up, grinning.
“Ah don’t give a buck! Do what eva ya want to me.” The she walked away facing the white wall.
The pegasus walked over to a switch. “When shall I push it down?” He asked. Twilight turned around to his, tear came down her cheek and said “Please... Do it now...” Then she turned her head back to watch what happens to AppleJack.
He switched the switch and slowly, green gas started to steam into the white, puffy, room. Before the gas got to AppleJack she quickly turned around and said “Hope yur satisfied with ya self’s” Then the gas struck her, she was grinning from ear to ear as her eyes started to close.
Everypony behind the glass wasn’t looking, they only heard a ‘clunk’ noise as AppleJack fell to the floor. Pinkie has stopped crying by now, but Fluttershy was still crying softly.
The black suited pegasus flipped the switch up again and all the green gas cleared. Twilight stared into the white room, only to see blood marks on the wall. But, on the wall opposite them, in big letters, was the words ‘Hope you're satisfied with your self’s
Twilight ran out of the room and Doctor followed her. She ran all the way back down to her library, ran in, and shut the door. It was pouring with rain outside of the Tree.
Moments later she heard knocked coming from the door. “It’s me, the Doctor.” it said. She levitated the door open to let him in, when he got in she shut it and locked it.
“Why did you run off like that?” He asked.
“Did you not see the writing?!” She asked confused. “It was on the wall, opposite us! Written in BLOOD!” She shouted that last word really confused. “But... But... How? She didn’t even move!”
Doctor walked over to her and sat next to her. Twilight looked at him, he looked at Twilight.
“Things, in this world, you cannot explain...” He began. “I have travelled around this world many times, past, present... Future... Nothing is the same.” He explained to her about one of many times Derpy messed up, but everything went right at the end. Then they both laughed a little.
“Doctor...” Twilight said, while blushing.
“Yes?” He asked. Twilight leaned closer to him, Doctor was blushing now. Twilight gave him a kiss on the nose and asked “No matter what... You will be here for me, right?”
Doctor looked over at Twilight. “Of course I will.”

She looked over her shoulder and noticed plates broken on the floor. “They didn’t make any noise...” She levitated the plates and then something weird happened. As she levitated the little pieces over the bin, she opened the bin lid and when she opened it, the sun got in her eyes, and she dropped the shattered pieces on her hoofs.
