Jase has always wanted to be the hero. Ever since he was a young boy listening to his grandfather's war stories, Jase knew his calling was to fight for others against what he broadly termed as evil. His friend Jude, on the other hand, has always been there to reign him in a bit. He prefers quiet, calm means of problem solving rather than punching the issue in the face.

And when they're dropped into a mythical world of people who have wings and magic, everyone loses their minds. Now with a war coming to these people, Jase sees the chance to become a warrior and finally play the hero he was born to, but there is one question hanging overhead.

Will he regret it?
