Chapters The Cutie Mark Help Committee
When Applebloom arrived at school there was a big surprise; Diamond Tiara was putting up posters for her new 'Cutie Mark Help Committee'. Then it hit Applebloom. This was to help 'blank flanks' get their Cutie Marks. Applebloom liked this idea, but not if Diamond Tiara was running it.
Silver Spoon scowled at the poster her best friend was putting up, "What's gotten into her? I thought we were supposed to annoy blank flanks instead of helping them, plus, I don't think Miss Cheerilee would approve of that."
Of course though, Miss Cheerilee approved of it more than Diamond TIara herself and had decided to give the rich filly a chance.
"ATTENTION ALL PUPILS!" the class looked round at Cheerilee as she wished. "Thank you. Now as you can all tell, Diamond Tiara has decided to make a help commitee for getting your Cutie Mark and next week, I need you to bring in any family or friends that don't have Cutie Marks yet. Do you all understand?" "YES, MISS CHEERILEE." They all replied, in a somewhat bored tone.
Silver Spoon glared at her best friend, then glared at the 'Cutie Mark Crybabies'. This filly had something planned for them, and maybe Babs Seed, too.
Meanwhile, Babs was heading to a new school. This new school happened to be Miss Cheerilee's one; The one that Cousin Applebloom goes to.
Diamond Tiara sat in her bedroom, thinking about something that had been bothering her for the past few months; If she really wanted to bully the Cutie Mark Crusaders, or if it was that she was just jealous that her Cutie Mark was about wearing a single piece of jewelry on her head...
"DIAMOND DAZZLE TIARA GET DOWN HERE RIGHT THIS SECOND!!!"
"Must just be daddy..." Diamond Tiara trotted downstairs to see what the problem was. "DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU LITTLE PARASPRITE, YOU'RE SLEEPING IN THE BASEMENT TONIGHT AFTER WHAT MISS CHEERILEE TOLD ME!!! THAT'S THE SIXTH TIME THIS WEEK THAT YOU'VE BULLIED THOSE THREE INNOCENT PONIES IN YOUR CLASS!!! THE SIXTH TIME!!!!!"
obviously, DT was used to this and headed down to the basement to get ready. She would normally argue with him, but not tonight; No, Diamond Dazzle Tiara was turning over a new leaf and befriending the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
Applebloom woke up in the morning in her comfy, cosy barnyard bedroom. Cousin Babs was staying over this weekend and Applebloom was really excited, as were her best friends Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo. Of course, today was Wednesday so Applebloom would have to wait another 3 days. Getting up, she went to the bathroom and then tried her best to neaten her mane. (Not that it's easy to fix your hair/mane when you have hooves) When she headed down to the kitchen, Applejack had already made her breakfast and it was her favorite; Apple Porridge. She quickly and happily ate breakfast then waved goodbye to Applejack, Big Macintosh and Granny Smith before trotting off to school, singing quietly. "Raise this barn, raise this barn, one, two, three, four, together we can raise this barn, one, two, three, four!", Something told the barnyard pony that this would be a good day.
Babs Seed's new school is WHERE!?
The School bell rang, and Applebloom was enjoying life, as she hadn't received a single word from DT or SS yet. That was until she saw something, or should I say somepony int the corner of her eye; Babs Seed. Babs had obviously taken notice of Applebloom and she heard her say something to her parents, "See, I told ya' I have friends at mah new school, like for example Cousin Applebloom an' her two best friends Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo!"
Aunt and Uncle Orange looked round at Applebloom and ran towards her. "So you're the little filly that helped my daughter through her bullying problems, lil' sister of Applejack, I'm guessing, right?"
"Oh, Hi Aunt and Uncle Orange, ah guess you could say that I did, and yeah Applejack is mah big sis'!" Applebloom replied happily. "Well, that's good, because Babs Seed here is moving to this school. Can you show her around?"
"Sure, Aunt Orange!", Applebloom replied again and began to walk with Babs, when suddenly, "Why, isn't it the big city blank flank!" Babs Seed covered her flank with her tail, while Applebloom's ears perked down.
This time though, only Silver Spoon was here. But Applebloom had always thought that Silver Spoon would be a nice pony when she was on her own, but obviously, she was wrong. "Oh, you must be wondering why DT isn't here? That's because she's
more like a 'rusty tiara' now. Pffftttt, actually CARING for blank flanks. Of course, though I might do the same thing. In 15 years.
This wasn't going to be a good day. In fact this was going to be a very, very bad day.
