Powers: controls electricity, ice, and air, and can turn into his storm form, which is a humanoid ionic tornadoe with hail inside it

Weakness: weak against water, fire, and earth

Special Move: "Perfect Storm" flash freezes the enemy, then surrounds them with ionic whirlwinds, tearing them to electrified bits

Personality: get a badass and make him protective of his friends, loyal, gruff, tough, layed back, and  a mischievous prankster, alongside with being rather lazy, and jumps to random conclusions about strangers (are you a spy!?!)

Greatest Fear: Losing control of his powers
