Tonight's the night.....The night my sister finally pays for the disrespect and pain shes put me through ,Says Luna under her breath.Looking out the window she inspects her 2000 soldiers who are ready to die at her call, most of her soldiers are equipped with spears,swords,shields,and knives with the exception of her sergeants whom hold axes.As the princess of the night prepares herself mentally and psychically as she puts on her armor trying not to catch her blue mane on her helmet as she looks down she sees her armor is a darker shade of blue than her coat and her mane and tail gives off an aura which she uses to make her look like a goddess. And for the speech shes about to start she hopes it will put courage in those that have none and the anger and hatred towards her sister into the soldiers that shes felt towards her for millennium.She slowly approaches the stand hearing a hush fall over the crowd, she clears her throat and starts her first war speech and hopefully her last, Supporters of N.L.R. i have come to you not as your ruler but as a fellow pony who has been beaten by the disgusting system of the solar empire....and i for one have had enough with this tyranny!(a roar of agreement rocked the parade square) So i come to you with the proposal of taking up arms against these biased bastards!(the roars grew louder) So will you join me in demolishing there weak civilization so that we can build one with freedom, democracy ,no discrimination ,and power!(the entire building rocked and shook with this roar).As the mistress of the night smiles she steps back as they chanted: LONG LIVE THE N.L.R:
Luna stares out onto the parade square where her soldiers chant ,cheer, and roar form the speech she gave. That is when she hears her second in command shining star behind her say, mam the solar guards have found our location .Luna turns with a look of excitement on her face as she says, get the army ready if they wish to come they can, but cut the lights and send out the night vision spells we will show our enemies why we own the night.

(in the solar guard base camp 3 km from the location of the new lunar republic base)
Captain Flare an older unicorn with a yellow coat and a buzz cut with his red mane and tail orders 3 teams of 12 to invade the base of the law abiding N.L.R. thinking that the rag tag forces wont be able to defeat his elite tactical groups.His hand picked stallions that went in where some of the guards finest soldiers he had the honor of knowing. His own two sons where in the groups delta and foxtrot. As he thinks about how many prisoners he will have and how many promotions he and his guards will receive puts a smirk on his aged face, what he doesn't know is that all of his guards have been already slaughtered and that mistake of sending just 36 pony's including his two sons to fight will surely be his last....

(In the middle of the mountains lays a cabin)this is where a colt lives who has lived there his entire life,never knowing his parents. he was adopted at a very young age by a martial arts expert and x royal night guard,night slash.being trained from age 6-his age right now (18) hes a master in his domain but has never faced real combat.and this is the beginning of his story.
Dark come here, yells night Slash from his armory
yes master, calls back Dark, but Dark hears no reply from his elderly master. Dark slowly opens the door to the armory when all of a sudden... stick in the face (if you made an dirty joke there go bathe in the waterfall of forgiveness). Dark gets hit right in his forehead by his masters walking staff.While lying on the cold wood floor of the armory Dark hears his master say, remember this Dark armor be prepared for the worst and hope for the best because hope is a weapon far stronger than fear and is also an ally stronger than an army.As Dark lays on his back he brushes his dark blue mane from his face he looks down at his light blue coat and wings and he feels the pain in his horn (yes hes an alicorn and know he doesn't realize hes a minority ) and his cutie mark of a black spiked shield with two swords crossing it with a crescent moon in the middle, Dark was about 6ft5 and very buff. Dark stands up and views his long time master and guardian night Slash, Night Slash had taken him in when he was 5. Night explained the story as dark was just left there in a basket at there cabin deep in the mountains, Dark knew Slash was keeping something but he didn't pursue it .Dark had never left there cabin because there was never a need to, he was trained to kill, defend, and survive he was trained by the honor system of the night guards as well as chivalry he was fed, clothed,and educated he had every thing necessary to survive right there in his domain. So Dark armor was a loner, night slash was his only friend.but on the upside to day was Darks 18th birthday.and Night Slash had promised to tell Dark everything he would need to know about his adult hood as well as what he knows about his parents(if you made another dirty joke there go bathe in the waterfall of forgiveness again).Dark was taken out of his thoughts by Slash talking.Dark replied, what, sorry Master could you repeat that.Dark Armor open your ears they may save your life,said Slash,i apologize master i was deep in thought,spoke Dark. Slash grumbled something about idiotic youth then continued his talking,i have gifts for you ,his master said. At these words dark replied realllllywherewherewherewhereidontseethemwherearethey.After Darks yelling Slash replied, you will receive them after cake.followed by a saddening aaaawwweeee from Dark.His master says, go wash up for dinner. OK, replied Dark. 20 minutes laterthey dinner they ate was good Dark had been raised as an omnivore so they had chicken warped with bacon(his favorite) salad and spaghetti. Followed by chocolate taffy caramel butterscotch strawberry cheesecake (another of Darks favorites).Then Dark got his gifts he got a set of kunai throwing knives,a big black steel sword that had olden equestrian written on it with a crescent moon on its hilt and the phases of the moon along its sheath as well as a white cloak with a hood and places to put his knives and a black crescent moon on both of its sides covering his cutie mark.Dark was in awe at his gifts.Slash said, alright put your equipment on i know you've become a master with these weapons and i thought i would like your own.Dark replied with gratitude in his voice,thank you master,your very welcome said Slash as they embraced in a hug.Now then its time to go to town, go to my quarters you'll find a few thousand bits on a chest on my desk iv saved them up for you,and ill explain all that i know about your past and answer any question that you have to the best of my abilities,now go get those bits . OK master says Dark.Dark leaves to get the bits he enters the room and finds the bits he puts them in a pocket in his cloak and turns around only to hear a crash.He rushes down the hallway yelling MASTERhe enters the living room to see three stallions in uniforms with suns on them, two of them have spears one of them is pulling the knife out of his bleeding out master on the ground. Dark pulls out his sword and slashes the first guards spear in half as he brings the sword back around he slices through his neck, down hes chest pulling it out leaving the sun solider almost in half.The other soldiers spear was a meter from his head and it was coming quick but Dark was quicker flicking a knife towards the solider it catches him in his neck spurting blood everywhere.the third came in fast with the knife and Dark sliced his neck straight off.Dark looked at his master,rushed to his side .Slash spoke,Dark im sorry for not telling you the truth i know who your mother is (blood came out his mouth) her name is Luna......and that was his masters last words before his heart stopped.Dark looked at the soldiers sun emblem and yelled for the world to hear I WILL AVENGE YOU
