"Have you seen Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy?"
"Uh, no, Rainbow Dash..."
Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were sent looking for Pinkie Pie.
They looked in Sugarcube Corner. NO. They looked in Sweet Apple Acres. NO. They looked every single atom of Ponyville. Of Canterlot. Of EQUESTRIA. NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They checked places about ten times, before they were certain they didn't know where Pinkie Pie was.
When they came back at the party for Christmas, Rainbow Dash had her head down and Fluttershy was crying so hard everyone in the area could hear the sobbing.
Rarity raced over to the pegasi. "Did you find them?" she asked.
Rainbow Dash shook her head. "No. We checked everywhere."
"Everfree Forest?" Rarity asked.
They both nodded their heads. "Okay, um, the Castle?" Rarity asked again.
Once again, they nodded their heads. "Alri-" Rarity was cut off by the screaming of Applejack.
Everyone turned to where she was in an instant, but she wasn't there. Suddenly Celestia broke the silence.
"I want to find out right now who is responsible for all these citizens vanishing."
Everyone nodded at her, then Luna spoke.
"Has King Sombra come for revenge? Has he escaped from hell to make Equestria his own? If so, he certainly is not helping himself by destroying these compassion friends. Then he won't have as much to own. Or will he?"
Everyone nodded at Luna the same way they did at Celestia.
Then Twilight spoke.
"If only there was a way to cha- AAH!"  Suddenly, Twilight was gone. Just like Applejack. In one microsecond.
Suddenly a huge scream broke another awkward silence that lasted five minutes.
"THIS IS JUST GETTING WEIRD. I DON'T KNOW WHY. THESE PONIES ARE VANISHING EVERY ONE CENTILLIONTH OF A MICROSECOND. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS THING WE SUGGEST THAT THIS WEIRD KING STALLION IS DOING. WHO'S KING SOMBRA ANYWAY?"
Celestia whispered down to Scootaloo, "King Sombra is the one who tries to ruin our world and make it his own. He was killed by the Crystal Heart, but he must have escaped from hell."
Then Scootaloo started screaming again.
"SO, IF WE DON'T FIGURE THIS OUT THIS KING WILL RULE! OUR! LAND!!!!!"
