Chapter 1
My days began, well, on the day I came to this world. My parents gave me the name Vanilla Beam, and I cherish that name, and will do so til the day I pass on to the ether. I pretty much lived the life of any normal pony. I lived in Baltimare with my mother and father. I never got to know their real names, I wanted to, but I really didn't need to. So, I always called them "Mom" and "Pop".
We lived together in Baltimare for nine years. I really couldn't make much friends, I seemed "weird" to the other colts and ponies in my school. I could only seem to have a fine relationship between my parents and myself. They were always there to listen to my problems if I had any, comfort me if I needed it, and give me some helpful advice to help my days.
They always asked me one thing everyday before I went out to school, "Do you remember the three things you need for the day?" And I would always say. "Yep." They would ask me what they were, and I'd say, "My head, my heart, and my spirit." They'd tell me that was correct, each give me a kiss, and send me off. I loved them so much, and I still do to this day.
One day however, changed a lot.
As I trotted home from school, I noticed a small gathering around the block. They seemed to be gathered near my house, but I wasn't sure why they would be at my house, no one ever comes over. As I rounded the corner, and drew near to my house.......... my heart became a cynder block, and dropped to my stomach.
There was fire practicly raining from the sky, I could already feel some of the heat it burned a little, I was in a big daze of confusion, I stood there, frantically looking around. "MOM? POP? WHERE ARE YOU?" I ran around like a madcolt, calling out their names. One adult noticed me running around, and stopped me in my tracks. HE was the cheif of police of all stallions, so I knew I could trust what he had to ask me.
He sighed and gave me a look of sadness and sympathy, I could tell something was terribly wrong "Do you live here son?" he asked me.
I was at the brink of crying "Y-Yes sir. Where are my mom and pop? I need to see them. I need to tell them about our house." I replied.
"Son........ I have some terrible news to tell you. This fire was possibly started by a tipped over candle, but we aren't sure yet. Someone called the fire department from across the street, when they got here, the fire already took over the entire inside of your house."
I could only sit there and cry, "Where is my family? Where's my parents?"
I found out that they didn't make it out. They went up in the flames just like my belongings, my memories, and the only place I could have a santuary. Now, I had nothing. I was completely alone in the world. I ran away from the scene, I couldn't stay there anymore. I hid in a dark alley and cried my poor little heart out. But this time, there was no one I could go to to comfort me, and tell me it was going to be fine.
'I was alone, and things were not going to be fine' is what I was thinking in that time. After two days, I couldn't bear to live there anymore. The memories were getting to painful for me to bear. So I stowed away on a train, and headed for a new place I could call home. That is the place, where I live now.

Chapter 2
I rode in that train car for about 3 days, eating a steady diet of beans in a can with the other hobos in there. I hate beans, but I needed to, well, not die, so I did what I could. Everywhere we stopped, I scanned the city it took me to. One city was to noisy and full of trash. Another city was to sophisticated for my taste. Oh, and we even went to a place where there were no ponies at all, just these weird looking, bird.... lion.... things. GRIFFONS! That's what they were called. Either way, I was having no luck in finding a good, new home. I was loosing hope.
Finally, I found a place decent enough, it was a place that seemed to have a lot of color, character, and all around good feeling to it at first glance, and second, and third. I hopped out of the cart, and looked at my surroundings. I wanted to find out the name of this town. I trotted over to a who was tending to some roses.
"E-Excuse me, miss?" I asked her. She turned to acknowledge me.
"Yes?" she asked.
"I'm sorry to bother you. I'm new in town. What is the name of this town?"
"Oh, my apologies. I'm Rose Luck. Welcome to Ponyville."
Ponyville. I heard about this place from my parents. This is the city right underneath Canterlot, the main city of Equestria. Geography class helps too. Anyway, after I took a quick stroll around town, and getting a huge gasp out of one Pink pony and scaring her off (I knew that there was something wrong with me), I set off to find a place for work.
As I said before, I was a total screw up. I got a job at a pottery, and broke nearly every pot in the place. I got a job at the bakery, and almost set the place on fire. I cried for hours after that because it reminded me of home. Anyway, I even got a job at Rose Luck's florist shop. After about 2 weeks..... all of the roses died.......... I kinda gave them less water and more sunlight. Rose was not happy at all. In fact, everyone in Ponyville turned on me, and wouldn't let me do anything affiliated with them. I felt so much like an outcast. I pretty much isolated myself under a bridge over a shallow stream. It's a beautiful place to sit, and has a great view of the sunset. I considered that my home away from home for a few years. Also being no one wanted me around them for that long.
One day, I was fortunate enough to see one of the most beautiful sights I ever saw. There was a huge explosion, followed by a huge rainbow covering the sky. It was honestly the most amazing sight I ever saw, and I was in the middle of it. I just wished my parents could see this, they would've loved it. I would just wished I could share moments like this with someone, instead of being alone because I'm a total clutz.
I wish I could be helpful for someone, just once.
That was when he came. He trotted up from behind me, and I didn't notice him until I turned around and he was right in front of me. I jumped, causing him to jump as well.
"Oh, forgive me. I didn't mean to frighten you." he said. He had a kind of regal accent to him. Almost kind of a Canterlot accent. He didn't look to be from Canterlot though. He didn't have nice clothes, like the others I saw from the train. The only thing he had was a cane. He was a sort of blackish color, with a blue mane. But what really stook out to me was his cutie mark. It was his cane. Why would he have a cane for a cutie mark?
"My name is Hexyl. May I ask of yours?" he asked.
"I'm Vanilla, Vanilla Beam."
"I've seen you here a lot Vanilla. I've also seen what happens to you in Ponyville. You don't seem appreciated, you cause chaos everywhere you go, and you can't seem to help anypony at all, is that so?"
"Y-Yes, that seems to be everything to a tee." I replied. It didn't really make me feel any better, if not worse.
"Well, I know we are literally are just meeting, but would you like to help me with something?" he asked.
"I honestly think it would be a bad idea. You said you watched me in town, I'm too clumsy and irresponsible. I can't help anypony."
"What I would want you to help me with would not be difficult at all. What do you say?"
I thought about it for a bit. I didn't want to wreck anything else for anypony. But then I remembered what my parents said to me, to take my "mind, heart, and spirit". I sucked it up, and agreed to help. I just didn't know by doing that, I signed a waver, and my life would forever be changed.

Chapter 3
As I followed the stallion, I noticed we were actually going outside of town, past the forest, and into a dark cave. In there, he had a little bed, a library set up, and a cauldron sitting in the corner. I didn't pay no mind really, this looked like a cozy little set up.
"So, are you ready to be my helpful test subject?" Hexyl asked.
"Sure thing. Wait, "test subject"? What do you mean "test subject"?" I asked him.
"Well, I might as well tell you then. You see, I am a unicorn, but my horn doesn't work. So, in order to do magic, I must use a book of spells, and this magic staff." He lifted his cane into the air, and the blue gem ontop began to glow. Now I know why his cutie mark was his cane, it was his wizard staff.
"Y-Yea.......... um........ I'll be going now." I said, as I slunk toward the entrance of the cave. Hexyl hit his staff on the floor of the cave, whiched caused the whole cave to shake. As I tried to keep my balance, the cave entrance was being blocked off by a huge boulder. I was trapped inside.
"Sorry Vanilla, but you already agreed to help me. There is no turning back now." he said to me. He hit his staff on the ground again, and pulled me closer to him in two seconds flat. I went from being anxious and helpful, to scared and helpless.
"Now, about that spell I was going to practice on you....... hmmmm........ I'll have to look into my spell book, I have it bookmarked." Hexyl moved toward the table and began flipping pages in his HUGE book of spells. Whatever spell he put on me just now, prevented me from moving. I was literally a living statue.
"Ah, here it is." he proclaimed. "The Reduction Spell: This spell reduces any object, living or non, to any given size of the casters choosing." You see that tiny bookshelf over there? I already used the spell on that one, and it worked perfectly." He pointed his staff in the direction of the tiny bookshelf on the floor. And it was very tiny.
"Great, so it seems to be working. So I really can't help you then, right?" I asked.
"Oh contrare, that bookshelf isn't a living organism, YOU are." he said.
"So why didn't you just use an animal from the forest? They are living creatures."
"I could've, but most of the forest creatures are already small. If I shrank them, I would never be able to find them. So using another pony would be ideal for me. Stop trying to get yourself out of this, there is no turning back."
I was pouring down sweat I was so scared, and with nothing else said, his staff began to glow again. Hexyl then began to speak in a weird kind of language that I never heard before. There was wind that began to pick up from inside the cave, even though we were sealed inside. After another two minutes of this, a bright light began covering my eyes, blinding me where I stood.
And then, it quickly went black.
When I awoke, I figured that I just had a horrible nightmare, and I was still under the bridge. BOY I WAS WRONG! I looked around my surroundings, and I saw the same room I saw before, only now everything seemed to tower over me like houses and mountains.
"Wh-What happened to me?!"
My question followed up with a large BOOM! with a tremor that accompanied it. Then another, and another. Soon, a huge shadow loomed over me. I was so afraid to look behind me, but I knew I had to. So I quickly turned to face a new horror for my life. A giant stood towering over me, alomst a hundred and fifty feet bigger than I was. After close observation, I figured out who this behemoth was. It was Hexyl, towering over me, looking down with a huge smile on his face.
"IT WORKED! MY SPELL WORKED!" he happily stated, his voice now booming in my ears. I had to cover them before they could burst.
"AREN'T YOU SO GLAD THAT YOU WERE PART OF SOMETHING SO BIG? HEHEHE, I MADE A FUNNY." he said.
"I'M GLAD IT WORKED, NOW CHANGED ME BACK PLEASE!" I demanded politely. He just boomingly laughed.
"I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY THIS, BUT I'LL HAVE TO DO IT THIS WAY. THE SPELL I USED ON YOU WAS AN ORIGINAL SPELL THAT I MADE UP. I PLAN TO MAKE VARIOUS SPELLS IN MY PLANS TO TAKE OVER CANTERLOT, AND FINALLY DETHROWN CELESTIA. AND BECAUSE OF YOU, I HAVE A NEW SPELL I CAN USE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KIND HELP."
I stood there in horror as I heard this. I mean, I know Princess Celestia is capable of protecting herself, and can beat this mad pony, but I just helped this guy in his quest to rule all Equestria. I just doomed thousands of inosent lives. I screwed up AGAIN, big time.
"THANK YOU, AND WELCOME TO YOUR NEW LIFE." he said, as he hit his staff onto the floor one last time. The world around me went bright, and then black.
Author's Note
The "Hexyl taking over" part of the story is just a reason for Vanilla to shrink, and stay shrunk. You will see Hexyl mentioned loosly, but not often.

Chapter 4
Okay, so to recap: I am currently alone because I had an unfortunate family tragedy that cost both of my parents lives, and I have no other family to turn to. I have a focus disorder so I cannot completely take in information and am a total cluts. I pretty much trashed every job I held and got everypony in Ponyville to not trust me. AND, I doomed Equestria to the hooves of a wizard who wants to dethrown Princess Celestia. That's just the problems I caused, I don't care about the fact I am now the size of a bug now. But now is when my journey begins.
I slowly began to regain consiousness, and could finally see what happened. At first, I thought the whole ordeal with Hexyl was just a bad dream, but when I saw a giant snail slinking past me, I realized that it was all real. I needed to find a way to get someones help to get Hexyl to change me back to normal.
As I pondered these thoughts, the earth around me began to quake and shake. I looked behind me, and stared up in awe at the giant stomping my way. It was that same Pink pony who I scared the first day I came to Ponyville, Pinkie Pie I learned later. She seemed very nice when I watched her around town, but I tried to stay away from her. I didn't want to ruin anything of hers either.
Pinkie was indeed stomping my way, and she was looking around, almost as if she was trying to find somepony. I had to think fast, because a few more steps, and she could've ended me there. So I quickly dove out of her way, and just in time too. Her huge pink hoof planted on the ground right where I stood, leaving a crater in the ground (or a hoofprint to her).
When I watched her stomp forward, I took a better view of my surroundings. I was in the middle of Ponyville. This was bad, because if the ponies start coming out, I'm right in their trotting paths.
I didn't want to be hoof paste, so I ran for it, trying to find a place somewhere off of the roads. Being there were ponies starting to come out, I needed to be careful. I began dodging hooves left and right, colt and mare. I tried a couple of times to scream out to gain their attention, but no one could hear my tiny voice. Then, I spotted grass. It was perfect. I could dive in, and avoid being stomped on from there for now.
Dodging a few more hooves, I dove into the grass, and finally away from the chaos out in the open. I felt a little safer bein gout of the path of the stampeed of giants, but now I'm within the jungle of the park. Within moments, I was greeted by a few ants, that would appear to be my size. It felt weird, but calming to see something I'm still eye to eye with. They didn't wish to harm me, so I decided to stick with them. For a while, I lived like a bug, but tried to gain ponies attention, but never got through to them.
It would be a very LONG time before something else that would change my life, forever.

Chapter 5
After two months passed with living my new tiny life, constantly avoiding the carnivorous bugs and stuck with the plant eaters, I started to get use to it. I even got my cutie mark while I was small! Okay, so here's how it happened:
When I lived in Baltimare, I absolutly LOVED martial arts movies. My favorite was "Enter the Dragon". I loved the action, the weapons, and the overall atmosphere that left you on the edge of your seat with every scene. I spent everyday trying to study it, but as you all know, I'm a cluts, so I never could perfect it.
One day, one of the ants I became friends with was attacked by a HUGE scorpion. I had to help him, he was my only friend at the time. I ran up to the scorpion, hopped in the air, and kicked his eyes. It shrieked a lot shriek, but I didn't stop there. I found a thorn from a rose, and used it as a throwing star. It hit smack dab in the middle of it, and it died a few minutes later.
After a brief hug with my buddy, I looked at my flank, and there it was. It was a throwing star, with cross swords behind it. It was an AWESOME cutie mark. At that point, I loved being small. I got my cutie mark, a friend, and all in all, no pony has treded through the grass yet.
That all changed though one day.
I was trotting through the grass with my ant, and we were just looking for food. When the ground started rumbling. It casually grew bigger and bigger, but something seemed off. If a pony was trotting through, it would've went *BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM* . But this was a very long booming. I had to climb a grass blade to see what was causing it.......... it still haunts my nightmares.
A pony was mowing the grass.
Me and my ant ran for our tiny lives. We figured she was mowing in a pattern, and we could get away. But she was mowing in different directions. We could've been chewed up anytime. We even had a few REAL close calls. They pony was a sort of cyan pegasus, and she was flying, so at least she wasn't stomping behind it. But it also meant she was going faster. The sounds of the blades chopping the tree-like grass was loud.
Then it came charging at us, and we had no where to go. I didn't want to leave ant, and I know he didn't want to see dead. That's why he pushed me away, and sacrificed himself to the blades of the mower. The force of the wind of the mower blew me away from that spot, and landed me ontop of a spider web.
I couldn't cry for my lost friend at the moment, for the keeper of the web was still at home, and helooked hungry. I struggled and tugged and pulled, but couldn't escape. The spider drew closer and closer until I could practically see the saliva pertruding from it's pinchers. I then remembered my cutie mark, and why I got it. I used all of my strength to kick the spider in three of it's eight eyes. It too shrieked, and backed off, leaving with enough time to escape the web, and trot away.
As I trotted away, I began to cry, for I was all alone again. I knew my only friend was just killed, and I now had to continue my journey as a tiny pony alone again. I eventually saw a trail for a regular pony, and just decided to trot out there. Maybe some pony would've seen me, or if not, just squished me and ended my misery there without even knowing I was there.
But being I'm the one telling this story about me, I'm not dead yet.

Chapter 6
Without any guidance, any food, and without the only friend I ever had, I trotted down the path, mearly pondering my thoughts. Thinking of the fact that I ruined pretty much my, and everypony elses lives. I screwed up every job that I ever held, I helped a wizard in his plot to take over Equestria, and the only friend that I ever had, even though a regular ant, sacrificed his own life to save mine.
Ever since I was shrunk, I was nearly crushed under hooves, mangled by lawn tools, or eaten by bugs. I've managed to live this long, but I'm starting to regret to. My parents always told me to hold my mind, heart, and spirit close to me. I'm too confused to do anything because it is a whole new world for me, my heart has been crushed since the day I lost my parents, and I had little to no spirit left in me.
I had to stop right where I was and cry my eyes out. I couldn't stand it anymore, I wanted to just end my life on the trail.
Then the ground began to rumble and shake. But unlike a piece of lawn equipment, it sounded like a pony was coming. And sure enough.....
BOOM!
A huge hoof planted behind me, and the force was so great, it blew me forward. I must've flown about twenty feet forward, and I ended up scraping my back because I turned on it at last second, and scraped the trail. When I stopped, along with the booming sound, I heard a booming "OUCH!" that bellowed from the pony.
I looked up to her, and she stood over me like about seven miles tall. She seemed to have a yellow coat of fur, with a long, very straight and flowing, pink mane and tail. I also noticed she was a pegasi. She then lifted her right forehoof to her face, and then she spoke.
"OH DEAR" she boomed. "I STEPPED ON A ROCK AND IT HIT MY SKIN AGAIN." Her voice seemed softer than the other ponies, even though it boomed very loud. She pulled the rock out with her teeth, and dropped it, landing on me. She looked down, and I tried to see if she noticed me, because I couldn't move from under it.
"H-HEY, M-M-MISS? DOWN HERE!" I yelled, but the sound of some ponies running past her blocked her hearing of me.
"OH WELL, BACK TO THE COTTAGE." she boomed. She then began stomping forward, causing the earthquakes to move the rock from ontop of me. As she stomped overtop of me, I couldn't move because the rock nearly crushed my legs. I had to lay there, and watch this giants belly fly overtop of my helpless body.
Then, the world went pink and hairy, as this pony's tail was so long, it dragged the ground. It practically felt like a blanket rubbing ontop of me. It tickled, and had the sweet scent of flowers. But it was short lived, when she finally stepped completely over me and was trotting away. I looked as she trotted farther, knowing she just passed over me, and didn't even see me. I felt so much like a worthless bug at that moment, and she didn't even kill me. I truely was broken, and just cried.
I cried for some comfort from anyone willing to lend out a hoof or anything to make me feel wanted, and help me no longer feel alone. I layed there with my face in the dirt, until BOOM!
I looked up, and saw a hoof that belonged to the same pony who stepped over me. I even looked up to her huge face, and through my teary eyes, she was looking down.......... at me.

Chapter 7
This titan of a pony was looking down right where she accidently almost crushed me. I know she didn't mean to, because after all, she didn't see me there. She was kind of panning the small area I was in actually, but it was in my area.
"I COULD'VE SWORN I HEARD SOMETHING FROM OVER HERE." she boomed. After that, I tried my hardest to wave my arms so that way she could at least see me. And eventually.......... she did.
"OH MY GOODNESS, WAS THAT YOU MAKING THAT CRYING SOUND? I'M SO GLAD I FOUND YOU, OTHERWISE YOU COULD'VE BEEN STEPPED ON." Yeah, the story of my life. She then began to slowly lean her muzzle toward me, close enough to even feel her breath strongly coming out of her nose.
"I CAN'T JUST LEAVE YOU DOWN HERE ALL ALONE. HERE, CLIMB UP ON MY NOSE." she offered. I could barely stand because of that rock, but I managed to at least stand, and hurry my way onto her muzzle. She saw that I was having a little trouble climbing ontop, and used her hoof to push me on. It felt like a huge carraige pushing me. Once I was on her nose, I could only look into a pair of huge, green eyes, that I could even see my full reflection in.
"WAIT A MINUTE, YOU AREN'T A BUG. YOU................. YOU'RE A TINY PONY. BUT, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?"
"I WAS SHRUNK A LONG TIME AGO." I had to yell to her. "I'VE BEEN THIS WAY FOR A FEW MONTHS. I NEED SOMEPONY'S HELP, PLEASE."
"OH DEAR, NO WONDER THAT YOU WERE CRYING." she said. I blushed because I wasn't use to crying infront of anyone besides my parents.
"I KNOW THE PERFECT PONY WHO COULD HELP YOU. MY FRIEND TWILIGHT SPARKLE KNOWS A TON OF MAGIC, AND READS A TON MORE IN THE LIBRARY. I KNOW SHE COULD FIND SOMEWAY TO HELP YOU LITTLE GUY."
I couldn't help but get a little teary eyed. I finally had someone willing to help me, and more importantly, I finally wasn't alone anymore. The giant pegasi saw this, and loudly "AWWWW"ed, and took me off of her muzzle, and gave me a hug. I always loved hugs, but this was better then all of them. It was so soft, furry, and warm. It almost feels like the softest place in all Equestria.
"IT'S OKAY LITTLE GUY. WE'LL FIND SOMEWAY TO FIX YOU. WHAT'S YOUR NAME?" she asked.
"I-I'M VANILLA BEAM. WHAT IS YOUR NAME."
"I'M FLUTTERSHY. I'M SO GLAD I FOUND YOU BEFORE YOU GOT HURT. ARE YOU HUNGRY?" I couldn't help myself, but I had to nod in a reply. She boomingly giggled, making me feel an earthquake being I was close to her chest.
"OKAY, I'LL TAKE YOU TO SEE TWILIGHT, AND I'LL HAVE HER GET YOU SOMETHING TO EAT, OKAY VANILLA?" I nodded again. Then, she slowly and carefully raised me up to her mane. She then slowly tilted her hoof, allowing me to slide off of it, and land in her mane.
Now remember when I said that her hugs make you feel that you're in the softest place in Equestria? Well, when you're in her mane, here's what you'll see and feel. It is a complete forest of soft, pink hairs, with a touch that is even softer than silk. And its smell, has the scent of fresh butterfly milk............... and flowers. You could practically fall asleep in it after being in their for a half an hour. I love it in there, but I know I know, it's someones head of hair, so I can't live in there.
She then gave another giggle, and asked me if I was ready to go. I told her I was, and she told me to please hold on. That's another thing that is nice. She was huge, as I said, almost seven miles bigger than me, she could easily crush me with one stomp, but she is so gentle, and kind. I love Fluttershy, my first, real friend.
With all said and done, she slowly lifted off the ground, and we took off. With this, it began the next step in my huge journey.

Chapter 8
We flew for maybe about ten minutes. It was the best first flight I ever took part in. It was actually the first time I ever flew at all, even if I was normal. The wind blowing though my mane, the smell of fresh air and the cool summer breeze, it felt like the best rush that I could've ever taken in my entire life.
Now that doesn't compare to a flight with Rainbow Dash, but we'll get to that later.
We soon arrived at the library. Even at actual size, it was a giant tree, in the middle of town. It looked like a very cozy house to live in. Too bad it was only used as a library, but on the other hoof, it serves as the perfect home for the pony I'm about to tell you about.
Fluttershy looked up and asked if it was fun. I told her, "That was the most fun I ever had, EVER!!" She giggled and headed toward the door.
"NOW, TWILIGHT CAN BE A LITTLE.......... SKIDDISH WHEN IT COMES TO THINGS LIKE........ WELL, YOU. SO PLEASE DON'T BE OFFENED BY HER IF SHE ACTS A LITTLE STRANGE, OKAY?"
"Okay, I trust you." I replied. She took that as an okay, and proceeded to knock on the door. "TWILIGHT? ARE YOU HOME?" she asked. Shortly after, we got a quick reply. "COME ON IN FLUTTERSHY. I'LL BE THERE IN A MINUTE." We took that as an "okay", and simply trotted in.
It was the first time I had ever been at the library. I kind of wasn't into books, and still kind of aren't. But looking around, I was in awe at how many books were in just ONE room! There must've been at least a hundred in one room. And the place looked so clean, I could almost see our reflection on the wooden floor. Yeah, it was THAT clean.
Anyway, we stood there and waited for this Twilight Sparkle. She soon came in, carrying a few books in a strange aura that followed her. I forgot, she must've been a unicorn. Sure enough, I saw her horn. She looked nice, nice mane color, nice body fur color, and pretty cutie mark. I could also tell she must've been a real bookworm being how she lives in a library of all places.
"HI FLUTTERSHY. WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE?" she asked.
"UMM, TWILIGHT, I NEED TO ASK YOU SOMETHING ABOUT SOMETHING I FOUND TODAY."
"OH, HERE." she said as she floated a book over to her. "I JUST GOT THIS BOOK ON THE ENCYCOPIDIA OF EVERYTHING. THIS MIGHT HELP YOU."
"NO, THANK YOU. WHAT I MEAN WAS...... WELL, HAVE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF." Fluttershy then lowered her head and put me in sight of the gigantic unicorn. Twilight, when she saw me, let out a huge gasp, and lifted me into the air with her magic.
"A TINY PONY? BUT, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? THERE'S SO MUCH THAT CAN BE LEARNED ABOUT THIS. I'LL HAVE TO RUN SOME TESTS." This thought made me start to shiver. Was she going to put me through shock treatments? Possible amputation? Or worse................. SHOTS?!
Fluttershy saw my fear, and spoke up. "TWILIGHT! STOP SCARING VANILLA!"
"VANILLA? IS THAT YOUR NAME?"
"Y-Y-Yes Twilight. Please, c-c-could you not give me a sh-shot?" I could barely breathe I was so scared. Twilight then saw me scared, and gave me a gentle hug.
"I'M SORRY FOR SCARING YOU. I GUESS I CAN SKIP THE TESTS. BUT COULD YOU TELL ME HOW YOU WERE SHRUNK?"
So, I began to tell them about that night, when Hexyl tricked me into helping him take over Equestria, and how he used a new spell to shrink me. As I told Twilight all of my information, something seemed to bother Twilight. Almost as if she was feeling some type of fear.
"SO YOU ARE SAYING THAT THIS WIZARD, NAMED HEXYL, SHRANK YOU?"
"Yes. Is there any way you can help me?"
"WHAT DO YOU THINK TWILIGHT?"
"WELL, I CAN'T HELP YOU RIGHT NOW, BUT I KNOW WHO CAN. MY TEACHER PRINCESS CELESTIA SHOULD KNOW A REMEDY."
"You are a student of Princess Celestia?! Oh my gosh, you are like, the luckiest pony alive." Twilight blushed at that remark.
"WELL, I'M NOT THAT LUCKY, BUT I HAVE SUCH GREAT FRIENDS, SO I GUESS I AM." I listened to that, and thought of how great it would be to be friends with Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy.
"I'LL GO SEE CELESTIA NOW. FLUTTERSHY, HOW ABOUT YOU HAVE SOME OF THE GIRLS OVER?"
"OH HOW WONDERFUL. THEY'LL ALL GET TO MEET VANILLA. OKAY:" Twilight gave a nod, a teleported off, leaving me in front of a towering Flutershy, just smiling sweetly at me.

Chapter 9
Fluttershy and I began to consersate with each other. I kept the details of my past to myself. Even though I could seem to trust her, I didn't think she would be interested in my sob story. So we talked about what she did. She told me she owned a little cottage, dedicated to housing, and taking care of animals. She also told me that she is one of the elements of harmony, the element of kindness. So no wonder she acts so gently with me, it's in her nature (no pun intended).
After a while of talking, we heard a knock on the door. A booming. kind of raspy voice called from outside. "FLUTTERSHY, WE'RE HERE."
"OH, I'LL BE BACK VANILLA. I GOTTA LET MY FRIENDS IN."
"Okay, I know."
Fluttershy then tiptoed off to the door, trying not to make the earth shake for me. She then went to the door, and opened it. In the doorway, I saw two more humongous ponies. And I looked in fear as I recognized them both. One was the pony I met when I first came here, the pink maned, very energetic, Pinkie Pie. The other one I instantly recognized, the cyan fur, the rainbow maned pegasi. The same one who was mowing the lawn that day. I couldn't help, but start backing up as the two stepped inside.
"HELLO PINKIE PIE, HELLO RAINBOW DASH." Fluttershy said.
"HIYA!" boomed Pinkie, as she bounced her way into the room. The tremors she made were so strong, I left me hooves a bunch of times. I dodged for my life moving out of the way of Pinkie's huge bouncing mass.
"WHAT'S UP FLUTTERSHY?" asked the pegasi, apparently named Rainbow Dash. Fluttershy looked up, trying to see what was up. I giggled at the sight. Rainbow let out a sigh. "IT'S A FIGURE OF SPEECH FLUTTERSHY." Dash looked over to Pinkie....... who was looking up as well. Dash did a facehoof, grunting in frustration. I just sat there and laughed.
Rainbow, looking just plain done, looked down...... to me. She then lifted her left forehoof over me. I saw it raise over me, and I made a run for it.
"FOOL, YOU CAN'T OUTRUN THE FASTEST PONY IN EQUESTRIA!" she boomed to me, as she planted her hoof in front of me, stopping me from running. Dash then proceeded to raise it again, this time over me. But then, the ground began to shake again, and I saw Fluttershy running this way. I was afraid if Dash wasn't going to crush me, Shy would. But, thankfully, she stopped herself, and Rainbow Dash.
"YOU CAN'T CRUSH VANILLA!" Shy boomed.
"WHO'S VANILLA?" Dash asked in return. Fluttershy pointed me out. "YOU'RE GIVING BUGS NAMES NOW?"
"NO, HE'S NOT A BUG. IT'S A PONY. HE WAS SHRUNK BY HEXYL." Shy said.
Rainbow Dash leaned her face down to better observe me. She took one look at me, and then started to tear up. I almost thought she was going to cry over me. But no........ she began to laugh, hard.
"BAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!" she laughed, as she fell on her back, knocking me over as well. "OH, THIS IS TOO FUNNY. HAHAHA, HE'S SO SMALL TOO. AHAHA."
She wasn't even aware of what she almost did to me days ago. I couldn't sit there and watch her laugh at me. I just got up, and started trotting away. When all of a sudden, I was stopped by another furry wall, but this time, it was Pink. I was soon lifted up to the face of an enormous Pinkie Pie. She was observing me very closely. Then she let out another huge gasp, almost sucking me into the moist cave of a mouth of hers.
"OH MY GOSH, YOU'RE THAT PONY I MET IN TOWN WHEN YOU FIRST CAME TO TOWN. I MEAN GOOD GRIEF, I'VE BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER FOR YOU SINCE YOU FIRST CAME HERE. YOU MUST'VE BEEN TINY AFTER YOU GOT HERE BECAUSE YOU WERE REALLY HARD TO FIND."
"Umm..... I've only been small for about five months now. I came to ponyville almost a year ago."
"OH RIGHT. HEH, WELL DUH. WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT BEFORE? I'M USUALLY GOOD AT THESE THINGS."
I could tell, with Pinkie Pie talking my head off, and Rainbow Dash still not helping herself but laughing, I knew it was going to be a LONG afternoon.

Chapter 10
I sat there the whole time, talking to the three giants. Well, tried to, but all Rainbow Dash did was crack jokes the whole time. It really did upset me, but I held in my anger and sadness. After a while, I soon heard two more giants come in. One appeared to be from the more country, while the other most likely would've fit right in Canterlot.
"HEY APPLEJACK. HEY RARITY." said Rainbow Dash.
"HOWDY YA'LL."
"HELLO DARLINGS."
As the neat one stomped my way, she instantly saw me, and pulled out a strange can. I was a little confused at first, but when she pointed it at me, reality struck me. It was a can of bug spray.
"W-Wait! St-Stop! I'm not a -." I didn't even have time to finish my sentence. She began to spray away at me.
"EW, WRETCHED BUG!!"
I ran for my life, because now that spray was ten times more deadly than it is to regular sized ponies. And what made matters worse, she and the cowgirl pony began to try to stomp on me too. I had no choice but to duck in a tight space, where no pony could get me. I was also trapped as well now too.
"WE GOT THE VARMIT IN THERE, SPRAY IT RARITY."
"RIGHT." she replied. I could do nothing but wait for my end. Luck was on my side though that day. Fluttershy trotted back in the room, saw what was going on, and stopped them before I would be gased.
"GIRLS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! THIS ISN'T A BUG!"
"WHAT ARE YA'LL TALKIN ABOUT? OF COURSE IT IS"
"NO APPLEJACK." Fluttershy said. She then turned her attention to me. "COME OUT, THEY WON'T HURT YOU AGAIN." I slowly crawled out, my face now moist with tears, I couldn't hold them back anymore. She then embrassed me in a huge hug, calming me down. Applejack and Rairty looked at me more closely, then instantly felt ashamed of themselves. Applejack, almost on the verge of tears herself.
"AH'M SO SORRY. IF AH'D KNOWN BEFORE.......... AH'M SO SO SORRY LITTLE ONE." Rarity, rather than speaking, just gave me a gentle nuzzle, and that was enough for me to know she was sorry as well. Rainbow Dash, really didn't know what to do, other than just stand there, and gauk. I didn't mind that at this point, but I wished Rainbow Dash would act this way for once. Oh well, guess I can wait a little longer.

Chapter 11
It was getting late, and Twilight was still in Canterlot. I was starting to wonder what was taking so long. Not that I minded at all, I didn't. There were at least four other ponies I could talk to. As we all talked, I soon realised that I could actually have some real friends to call my own. The nicest of the bunch were Fluttershy and Applejack. They were both considerate and understanding. But still, I didn't wish to tell them of my tragic back story, or the lawn mower insident.
Speaking of, I say I had four ponies to talk to, because Rainbow Dash would rather find it more interesting to sleep, then to make friends with a pony the size of a bug. She really did kind of worry me. If she didn't care enough to stay awake, and laughed at my situation, how would she care about me at all?
"ALRIGHT YA'LL, AH THINK IT'S TIME TO HIT THE HAY GIRLS *yawn* SEE YA'LL TOMORROW." Applejack was the first to leave.
"YEP, ME TOO. NIGHTY NIGHT EVERYPONY." then Pinkie Pie bounced away. I seriously wish she'd stop that around me.
"THEY ALL HAVE THE RIGHT IDEA FLUTTERSHY. I NEED TO GET MY BEAUTY SLEEP. TAH TAH ALL." Rarity would head out the door as well, leaving me with Fluttershy and a sleeping Rainbow Dash.
"SHOULD I WAKE HER UP?" Fluttershy asked me.
"Nah, let her sleep, it's all she's good for."
"NOW VANILLA, SHE IS A VERY HARD WORKING PONY WHO TENDS TO BE SLEEPY........... A LOT. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT." I just sighed and agreed with her. She carefully scooped me in the air and sat me in her mane.
"I'LL TAKE YOU HOME WITH ME. I'LL MAKE SURE MY ANIMALS WILL NOT HARM YOU, OKAY?" I just humbily agreed. She smiled, and gently flew off. By the time we got there. all of the animals were already asleep. So I had no worries of one getting a "snack". She took me up to her room, which seemed very homey. She pulled out an extra dog bed from under her bed, and sat me in it.
"I HOPE IT'S COMFORTABLE FOR YOU." she said.
"It's a lot better than sleeping on dirt and leaves." We both shared a giggle.
"WELL, GOOD NIGHT VANILLA BEAM."
"Good night Fluttershy." She then leaned in to me, and gave me a big, soft, warm kiss goodnight, and went into her bed and we soon fell asleep.
Later that evening, I had my first nightmare.
I was trotting through what looked like a standard part of Baltimare. And it felt so good to, because my parents were with me, alive and well. We were just trotting and talking about our daily lives. They said they were still doing their normal jobs, but for a now higher cause. Of course I had to say I missed them so much, and that I wished they were still here. Mom just smiled and said "as long as you have kept your three items, we are always there for you."
I gave them both a hug, when suddenly it got dark. And the ground began to shake immensly. I was scared for my life, when I saw it. It was.............. the lawn mower. And it was being pushed by the giant Rainbow Dash. But instead of Dash not knowing where we were, she was aiming right for us.
"HAHAHAHAHA! YOU CAN'T ESCAPE ME THIS TIME." she boomed.
We ran as fast as we could, but she was the fastest thing in Equestria, and easily caught up to us.
"We love you son." said my dad.
"Wait! What are you......?" I couldn't finish. I was pushed out of the way, leaving my parents to be taken up by the mower. I sat there and cried, when I saw the mower was moving on its own. Where was Rainbow Dash? Soon, I was instantly pinned to the ground by a huge, cyan colored hoof. I found her, or, she found me.
"HAHAHAHAHA! FOOLISH BUG! YOU'RE NEXT!" she boomed. I begged and pleaded for her to stop. She kept laughing and adding pressure, until finally.......................
I woke up with a jolt, shivering, and with tears rolling down my cheeks. I sat there and tried not to cry, but I couldn't hold it in, I cried my eyes and heart out. Soon, Flutershy was awaken by my wheeping, and looked over the bed on my side.
"OH DEAR, ARE YOU ALRIGHT VANILLA?" she asked with great consern. I could only look at her and nod, trying to tell her that she doesn't need to worry about me.
"NONSENSE, YOU ARE TREMBLING, AND YOU'VE BEEN CRYING IN YOUR SLEEP. DID YOU HAVE A NIGHTMARE?" I couldn't lie to her, and once again nodded.
"THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT. HERE, CLIMB UP, YOU CAN SLEEP WITH ME TONIGHT." she said as she extended out her hoof to me. I didn't think twice, and just climbed onto it. She slowly lifted me up and put me on the other side of her, and held me close. Her nice soft, warm fur calmed me down like it usually did. The way this felt.......... was almost like a mothers love. In fact, Fluttershy acted a lot like my mother at this point, and this made me feel a lot better.
"IS THIS OKAY VANILLA?" she asked, her voice quaking my surroundings and me since her mouth was so close.
"Yes, thank you so much Fluttershy."
"YOU'RE VERY WELCOME. GOOD NIGHT." She then gave me another big kiss.
"Good night."
And we both soon fell asleep, neither of us having nightmares.

Chapter 12
The next morning came, and Fluttershy and I got a good nights rest after my nightmare past and went. I woke up and looked at the gentle giantess who let me sleep in her bed like a real caring mother would. Oh Celestia, her mane was a mess. I was practically tangled within that mess. When she stirred awake, I was moved with her mane.
Forgetting I was sleeping with her, she sat right up while I was tangled in her mane. I was pulled up while she sat up, and stretched out her ligaments. I heard every bone crack in her body as she stretched. I didn't have to worry about holding on to her mane, because I was so tangled in, I had no way of getting out myself. Pretty soon after her stretch, and a cute yawn, she noticed where I was.
"OH *yawn* HELLO VANILLA. SORRY, I DIDN'T REALISE I WAS A MESSY SLEEPER. LET ME GET YOU OUT OF THERE." She then helpfully got me out of her mane. I didn't mind at all, but it was a little uncomfortable. Later, she carried me to the kitchen, and proceeded to make us both breakfast. We both had nice bowls of cereal. I practically swam in my bowl, and she laughed at the sight.
As we had breakfast, we were interupted by Rainbow Dash flying to the window. Always like her, as rude as ever.
"UM, TWILIGHT SAYS SHE NEEDS ME TO TAKE THE SQUIRT TO CELESTIA." I got really mad at her by now. I was getting sick and tired of her not showing me respect.
"MY NAME IS VANILLA BEAM!!!" I shouted back at her.
"WHATEVER." she said back.
"COULD YOU PLEASE BE A LITTLE NICER TO HIM?" Fluttershy pleaded.
"FINE, I WILL." Dash replied in a very sarcastic way. By this point I didn't care anymore, as long as I was getting help. Dash came in, picked me up, put me on her back, and we flew off to Canterlot. On the way, during the trip there though, we began to talk.

Chapter 13
The ride to the castle was........... pleasent to say the least.
"SO, EH, VANILLA IS IT?" she asked.
"YES, THAT'S MY NAME."
"SO ANYWAY, YOU SAY A WIZARD SHRUNK YOU, RIGHT? AND HIS NAME WAS "HEXYL"?"
"YES. I'LL NEVER FORGET THAT NAME AS LONG AS I LIVE. EVEN IF I DO GET FIXED."
"I BET IT'S ACTUALLY PRETTY COOL TO BE TEENY TINY. YOU KNOW, MY FRIEND APPLEJACK WAS NOT REALLY AS SMALL AS YOU, BUT SHE WAS SHRUNK. BUT IT WAS BECAUSE OF POISON JOKE, NOT MAGIC." I didn't know whether to take that as a compliment, or just a sarcastic remark.
"YEAH, I GUESS SO."
"HEY, WHAT IS YOUR DEAL? I MEAN, EVER SINCE I FIRST SAW YOU, YOU'VE BEEN NOTHING BUT TESTY. WHAT'S EATING YOU?" I tried hard not to lose it.
"WELL, HOPEFULLY NO BUGS OR OTHER PONIES. I HAVE HAD TO LIVE MY LIFE FOR FIVE MONTHS AS A MICRO PONY. AND I'VE ALSO HAD TO LIVE MY LIFE ALONE LONGER THAN THAT. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE ALONE, BUT YET BE SURROUNDED BY PONIES NOT WILLING TO BE YOUR FRIENDS FOR SO LONG, TO COMFORT YOU WHEN YOU ARE ALMOST GUZZLED AND KILLED. I'VE BEEN SO SCARED FOR A LONG TIME, AND ALL YOU CAN DO IS CRACK JOKES AT ME."
"WOW........ JUST WOW." We fell silent for the rest of the trip.
We flew through the massive doors of the castle. I was thunderstruck at the sight I saw. It looked like the place my parents would always tell me stories about. And it was even better than I ever dreamed of. It was so huge, and colorful, I could almost cry at the awe inspiring sight. I even compared it to Dash's mane, which I can admit, is very beautiful as well.
And then.......... I saw her.
Her royal highness herself, the princess of the sun, Princess Celestia. She looked down on both of us with such regal and poise. Dash and I both bowed in her pressence.
"GREETINGS RAINBOW DASH." she said so boomingly, but it would fit me even if I wasn't small. She practically was a god here, same as her sister. But Celestia was infront of me now, and what's even better, she wished to see ME! I was so honored, but yet so unworthy of seeing her. I was not special in any way.
"I WISH TO SEE THE SMALLER PONY. THE ONE KNOWN AS VANILLA BEAM."
"HE'S ON MY BACK, PRINCESS." Dash replied. Celestia trotted over with hooves sounding like thunder toward me. I looked up at her, shaking in my legs. I was so intimidated by her size, especially being she was bigger than regular ponies themselves. She saw this some way, and smiled gingerly.
"DON'T BE AFRAID LITTLE ONE. I SHALL NOT HARM YOU." Hearing how gently she spoke to me, I knew I could trust her not to harm me. "I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WERE SHRUNKEN BY AN EVIL WIZARD BY THE NAME OF HEXYL?"
"YES YOUR MAJESTY. HE DID THIS ABOUT FIVE MONTHS AGO. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME RETURN TO NORMAL?" Her expression soon changed, from welcoming, to a bit of sorrow.
"I AM SORRY VANILLA. IT IS ALL MY FAULT. I'M AFRAID......... YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO NORMAL." My jaw dropped. Dash I could even tell let out a slight gasp.
"Wh........ What do you mean, "I can't return to normal"?"
"WHEN HEXYL MADE GOOD ON HIS PROMISE, AND TRIED TO TAKE OVER PONYVILLE, I HAD TO HAVE MY LOYAL STUDENTS USE THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY TO STOP HIM. IN THE MIST OF THE AFTERMATH, HE LIVED, BUT WE MADE HIM FIX ALL THE DAMAGE HE DID HERE. HE NEVER MENTIONED YOU WHEN HE WAS FIXING EVERYTHING. AFTER HE FIXED HIS MISTAKES, I WIPED HIS MEMORIES, AND BURNED HIS SPELLS, SO THAT WAY NO ONE ELSE COULD COPY HIS WORK."
"C-Can't you just restore his memory? Please, I can't live like this."
"ONCE A MEMORY IS ERASED, IT CANNOT BE UNDONE. AND I NOR ANYPONY ELSE CAN RESTORE YOU BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T THE ONES WHO SHRUNK YOU. I'M TERRIBLY SORRY." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was forced to be small, forever. My heart completely sank, but I didn't wish to cry infront of the princess.
"NOW WHAT I CAN DO, IS ADVISE MY STUDENTS TO LOOK AFTER YOU. IT IS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO, BEING I CAUSED THIS. IS THAT ALRIGHT WITH YOU?" I didn't answer her at first.
"IS IT?" Rainbow Dash then asked as well.
"YES, YES IT IS."
"VERY WELL. TWILIGHT SPARKLE HAS ALREADY INFORMED YOUR FRIENDS BY NOW, AND THEY ALL KNOW WHAT THEY MUST DO. YOU AS WELL RAINBOW DASH."
"UNDERSTOOD PRINCESS." Dash said.
"NOW BE OFF YOU TWO. AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH HIM." Dash nodded, and we flew off back to Ponyville, neither of us saying a word.

Chapter 14
I tried so hard to cope with my life. I lost my parents when I was young, lost my home, had to move here and have everypony hate me for my clumsiness, get tricked and shrunk by a wizard, almost stomped, munched, and mawled by the bigger world, and I can't go back to normal, because the wizard had his mind erased and his books and spells destroyed. I have to live the rest of my life like this, and there is no changing it.
I rode on Dash's back throughout the fly from Canterlot back to the library, trying my hardest to hold back my tears as well. I noticed it was also getting cloudy out as well. How wonderful, a nice gloomy day for me.
We landed in front of the library, and went inside. I looked around in there, and saw all the ponies from earlier talking to each other. Twilight Sparkle was there as well, so she told them about me before we got there. I could also tell she did by what happened as soon as we trotted in.
"HEY GIRLS, WE'RE BACK." said Dash in a calmer voice then usual.
All of the ponies stopped their conversations, and glanced over at us. Dash positioned herself to put me in their view. As soon as they all took a look at me, their expressions ranged from concerned, to just plain sorry for me. Fluttershy's look was the worst. I could've sworn that she was going to cry she had a look of sadness on her. But, she kept strong for me.
"VANILLA?" said Twilight. "WE'RE SO SORRY ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. IF WE HAD KNOWN AHEAD OF TIME...."
"WE WOULDA NEVER BURNED HIS SPELLS." Applejack interupted. "WE JUST DIDN'T WANT HIS EVIL TO BE REPEATED."
"I know, I understand you did what you had to do. I would've stopped him myself if I had the chance."
"OH VANILLA." said Fluttershy, as she stomped over to Rainbow, and lowered her maw to me and nuzzled me tenderly. "I PROMISE, WE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU, ALL OF US. ESPECIALLY ME."
"AND I'LL PROMISE TO MAKE YOU LAUGH AND SMILE UNTIL YOUR SMILE CAN AT LEAST BE AS BIG AS IT USE TO BE." said Pinkie. That kinda made me feel better.
"I'LL MAKE YOU SOME NICE WARDROBES YOUR SIZE IF YOU EVER WISH TO GO OUT ONE NIGHT." said Rarity. By this time, I was so happy that all of these ponies I just met yesterday, are willing to help me get my life back together.
"YEAH, JUST TRY NOT TO GET STEPPED ON, OKAY?" Rainbow said.
"I won't." I replied. For the rest of that day. Things went well, until Dash said one thing that ticked me off.
"IT'S FUNNY, HE GETS US AS FRIENDS, WHEN HE HELPED OUR ENEMY. IRONIC."
"I WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP SOMEPONY." I said.
"YEAH, HELPING SOMEPONY TAKE OVER EQUESTRIA IS WHAT YOU WERE DOING. NOTHING POPPED IN YOUR MIND THAT HE WAS A VILLAIN?" she said.
"No........ I just wanted to be helpful for once............. I wanna be alone." and with that, I ran outside.
"VANILLA! WAIT!" I heard Fluttershy yell, nearly blowing my ears. But I kept running outside, all through the lawn. Now from what they told me, this was the conversation they had. Fluttershy flew over to Dash, and got right in her face.
"DO YOU EVER HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR ANOTHER PONY'S FEELINGS?!"
"WELL, IT'S THE TRUTH SHY. HE HELPED HEXYL, AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED."
"It wasn't his fault. Did it ever occur to you that he is just a nice pony who helps anyone in need? Hexyl was a liar, and he probably lied about what he was doing until it was too late. He couldn't have known. And he can't return to normal because we didn't know he was out there because Hexyl lied about him fixing everyone. The least you could do is consider his feelings, because the first time you saw him, you laughed at him. And you haven't cared about him at all. Some loyalty you show."
Dash was so struck back by all that was said to her, she couldn't even breathe after a few minutes. Then, she finally spoke.
"You're right. You're absolutely right. I am a bad pony. This pony needs our help and friendship, and I just laughed in his face. I am terrible. I gotta go out there and find him." she took one look outside, and turned white. The sky was getting really dark, in the middle of the day. "Oh no. I forgot, we have a schedueled heavy rain today. We gotta get him out of there, NOW!"
They all nodded, and went outside to find me. And just as they started to look, it started raining, hard, and fast.

Chapter 15
I wasn't thinking when I ran outside. I wasn't paying attention to the weather outside. All that was on my mind, was that Rainbow Dash had no care for my feelings what so ever. She was just like all of the other ponies: they think I'm a screw up, cause nothing but trouble, and that I would not amount to anything in life. And the worse part was......... she was right. I was a screw up, and I was the reason Hexyl attacked, and I was now just a permanent bug in the world. I'll never mean anything to anyone, and I was just going to run wherever my tiny legs could take me.
Then I heard the thunder, and saw the lightning. I froze in fear, because to be honest....... I'm scared of thunder. But I was soon snapped out of my fear by the sound of a rain drop. And it wasn't just a *drip*, it was a full blown bomb diving sound, and *SPLASH*. I looked ahead of me, and saw the drops start coming down quickly. Each one sounding louder as they got closer to me. I had no choice, I started to make a dash back to the library. But unfortunately, the rain started to splash in front of me, knocking me back.
The thunder and lightning began to become more rapid, and so did the rain. After a little bit, I soon had trouble trotting, due to the ground becoming muddy, and the water starting to slowly rise from the ground. I could find no place to take shelter, because everywhere I looked, it was slowly flooding higher and higher.
Just think to yourself, whenever you walk outside, and it's raining, think about what happens down here. You might think it's just a little annoying, but we run the risk of drowning down here. And it is definitely a scary place to be.
Anyway, aside from the thunder and loud splashing of the rain bombs, I could swear I could hear my name being boomingly called.
"VANILLA! WHERE ARE YOU?!"
"VANILLA, TELL US WHERE YA ARE."
It sounded like Applejack and Fluttershy. They must be out looking for me. I'm so glad someone was. I tried my hardest to get their attention. I swam to them and tried hard to scream, but the storm was overpowering my voice.
"VANILLA?" boomed Fluttershy.
"FLUTTERSHY! I'M RIGHT HERE! PLEASE!" I screamed. But she didn't see or hear me. She then took one step closer, and caused a huge wave of water to come rushing my way.
"FLUTTERSHYYY!" I screamed as I was washed away from her. As I was washed away, she trotted out of my direction. I was able to grab hold of a grass blade, and hang on for dear life. I totally regreted doing this at that moment. Looked at the two giants, as they were trotting away.
"NO! I'M HERE! APPLEJACK! FLUTTERSHY! PLEASE! MOMMY, HELP ME!". I was so scared, I was reverted to calling my mom for help, even though she was deceased. I even broke down crying, I was so scared that I was going to die out here. I thought no one was going to find me in time. Even Fluttershy, who I looked to as a mother, almost crushed me or almost drowned me.
I was alone, and no one was going to find me. Until, I was surprised at who did find me.

Chapter 16
I began loosing my grip of the grass blade, and ran the risk of being washed away in the stream. I was saying my last goodbye's and preparing to meet my parents. When all of a sudden, I heard another booming impact. It didn't sound like thunder, it sounded like a pair of hooves on the ground. And they all must've landed around me.
I looked up, and to my wonders and surprise, I gazed up at the massive sight of Rainbow Dash standing above me. I was so relieved, yet so scared about what she was going to do. She could do the right thing and save me, or she could just as easily crush me.
"VANILLA! PLEASE COME TO ONE OF US! I'M SORRY ABOUT WHAT I SAID, I REALLY AM. I JUST WANT YOU TO BE SAFE. I'M SO SO SORRY." she said, starting to cry a bit.
She was crying..... over me. I was making her cry, because she was so worried about me. I was already crying from being scared, so I was crying trying to get her attention.
"RAINBOW DAAAAASH! I'M AT YOUR HOOVES!" I yelled. She couldn't hear me at all. I had to think of something before she would start to stomp away. I saw the weak spot, above the hoof I was next to, With all of my strength, I began to scale the cyan hooves of Rainbow. I almost slipped off when she did start to stomp forward a bit.
"PLEASE VANILLA! ANSWER ME!" she cried. I grabbed a leg fur, and quickly took a bite of Dash's bare skin.
"OUCH!" she said, raising her hoof really fast to see what bit her. The whiplash of that was really uncomfortable. She observed, and saw me sitting on her hoof. She cried out with joy.
"I FOUND HIM GIRLS! HE'S ALRIGHT! LET'S HURRY INSIDE!" They all nodded and headed back inside, as I soon saw they all went out to look for me. Except Rarity, she didn't want to mess up her mane. We flew in, and got dry.
"VANILLA, I WANT TO TALK TO YOU PRIVATELY. CAN WE?" Dash asked me.
"Okay, let's do that." Dash then flew me to the higher part of the tree. We went behind a wall of leaves, and hid ourselves in the tree. Dash actually let me sit on her hoof, and I knew this must've been awkward for her, being she doesn't like ponies to touch her hooves.
I looked into Dash's eyes, and could see that she was sorry. I can tell when someone is sorry by the looks in there eyes, and she had all sorts of feeling in them, her eyes were big, and full of tears.
"I DON'T WANT THEM TO SEE ME CRY, PLEASE DON'T TELL THEM, OKAY?" she said.
"I promise, I won't."
"VANILLA, I'M SORRY ABOUT WHAT I SAID TO YOU. I KNOW YOU DIDN'T MEAN ANY HARM, AND I KNOW THAT YOU NEED OUR HELP, AND LET ME BE THE FIRST TO BE THE ONE TO HELP YOU. BUT I NEED TO ASK YOU, WHY DID YOU SEEM TO BE SCARED WHEN I WAS AROUND YOU? WAS IT BECAUSE OF HOW I ACTED, OR IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE?"
I had no choice, I had to let my emotions out.
"Well, I never wanted to tell you this, because I didn't want you to feel guilty. But I guess now I have to. About a month ago, I had one only friend, an ant. He and I did everything together. One day, you mowed the lawn, and well........ he saved my life, by sacrificing his." After telling her this, she cried hard, and started holding me really close to her. She wasn't crushing me, but she was squeezing me lovingly.
"I AM EXTREMELY SORRY FOR WHAT I DID. I'M SORRY IF I'M IN YOUR NIGHTMARES BECAUSE OF WHAT I DID. I FEEL LIKE I LET YOU DOWN, AND I'M THE ELEMENT OF LOYALTY TOO."
"I know you didn't know. It's okay, because I see that you are sorry, and you want to make it better. You proved to me that you are very nice, and have a very big heart. I love you Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy, and Twilight, and the others. I want you all to be..... my new family." I began to cry again. Dash started to rock me.
"YOU DON'T HAVE A FAMILY?" I shook my head.
"Not anymore."
"THEN, ALLOW ME TO BE YOUR NEW SISTER. YOU WILL LITERALLY BE UNDER MY WING, AND I PROMISE TO HAVE YOUR BACK. AND IF YOU WANT ANYTIME, YOU CAN TAKE A RIDE ON MINE." I chuckled at that remark.
"Thank you Rainbow Dash. I love you so much." She began to get a little warm. I looked up and saw, she was blushing. I nuzzled her massive chest, and just hugged her there, or more, she hugged me, for a while.

Chapter 17
Rainbow Dash and I, after two hours of crying, climbed down out of the tree, wiped our tears, and joined our friends in the library. Yes, I said it, MY FRIENDS. I finally had friends after years of waiting and wanting, I finally gained six, giant friends. And to be honest, I was starting to like the fact they were bigger than me. It made me feel like a little colt, like back when I was with my mother.
"HOW DID YOUR TALK GO RAINBOW?" asked Twilight.
"IT WENT VERY WELL. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT, I GOT SOME GREAT NEWS."
"OOOO~ IS IT A NEW FLYING TRICK? OR OR, MAYBE YOU GOT INTO THE WONDERBOLTS!" boomed Pinkie Pie.
"EH, NO, BUT IT'S AS GOOD, IF NOT BETTER." Dash said. "SINCE VANILLA HERE IS UNDER OUR CARE, I HAVE DECIDED.......... I WANT TO BE HIS SISTER."
"RAINBOW, THAT'S SO SWEET OF YOU." said Rarity
"YOU KNOW, IT'S A NICE THOUGHT, BUT HE ALREADY HAS A FAMILY, I DON'T KNOW WHY WE ARE THE PNES TO TAKE CARE OF HIM." Twilight said. Rainbow Dash just gave her a sad look, not needing to say a word. Twilight got the message by just that look. "OH, I SEE. WELL, YOU KNOW WHAT, I WANT TO BE YOUR SISTER AS WELL. I'D LOVE TO TEACH YOU EVERYTHING THAT YOU'LL NEED IN LIFE." I smiled at her gesture.
"COUNT ME AS YER SIS TOO, 'NILLA." said Applejack.
"I WOULD LOVE TO BE MORE OF YOUR AUNT VANILLA, BUT I WOULD LOVE YOU JUST AS MUCH." said Rarity.
"OOO OOO, I WANNA BE YOUR SISTER VANILLA, PLEEEEEEEASE?!" begged Pinkie. I humored her, and told her yes. She sighed in relief, and gave me a big smile.
"You're all the best, but there is one more pony I want to be my family. But I don't want her to be my sister, aunt, or cousin. Fluttershy?"
"Y-YES VANILLA?"
"I want you......... to be my new mommy." She lost her breathe when I asked her.
"OH, VANILLA. YOU WANT ME..... TO BE YOUR MOTHER?" I nodded to her question, both tearing up a bit.
"I WOULD BE HONORED TO CALL YOU MY SON, VANILLA." She then scooped me out of Rainbow's arns, and wrapped me in hers. Once again, I was caught in one of the warmest hugs I or anyone else could ever experience. All of the other girls were starting to get misty eyed as well. I finally had a new family, and they loved me very much.
For about two months, I was loving my new family. But even today, there is not a day that goes by where I don't miss my blood family, and I don't think there ever will. There was one day though, where I got the chance to choose to stay with this family, or be back with my real family.
It all started one tuesday morning. I was at Fluttershy's Cottage playing with Pinkie Pie. We were playing giant monster. By this time, I was use to the fact that I was small, and even thought it was quite fun. Pinkie suggested this game, and how could I say no to her? She stomped toward me, doing her best Ponyzilla impression. You might call her, "Pinkizilla!"
"RAAAAWR!" she roared.
"Oh no, save me someone, the monster is going to get me."
"YES I AM. AND I'M GOING TO EAT YOU WHEN I CATCH YOU. HAHAHA."
Then right as she was going to grab me, Rainbow Dash flies in and scoops me up.
"AND THE OTHER GIANT MONSTER SAVES THE DAY." Dash said, all proudly. "BUT I HAVE SOME GREAT NEWS FOR VANILLA."
"What is it Dashie?" I was the only other pony who could call her that, other than Pinkie.
"WELL, I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU WISH YOU COULD SEE YOUR FAMILY ONE MORE TIME, RIGHT?" I just slowly nodded, kind of confused on the point she was trying to get across.
"WELL, I THINK I MIGHT HAVE FOUND SOMEPONY WHO CAN HELP. HIS NAME IS TIME TUNER. ALL I KNOW IS THAT HE IS A PONY WHO HAS MASTERED THE MAGIC OF TIME TRAVELING, WITHOUT THE MAGIC." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I had the chance to see my family again? Could I warn them before their deaths and live with them again?
"Is it possible? I can see my family again?"
"YEP. YOU CAN SEE THEM, AND POSSIBLY LIVE THERE LIKE YOU DID IN THE PAST. YOU CAN BASICALLY HAVE A NORMAL LIFE LIKE YOU USE TO."
I was so overjoyed, I almost jumped out of Dash's arms, and had a straight plummet to the wooden floor below me. Dash didn't seem as happy. Don't get me wrong, she was definitely happy, but she also seemed to have a little bit of disappointment.
"I CAN TAKE YOU TO HIM TODAY, AND IF HE SAYS HE CAN TAKE YOU, THEN YOU CAN GO HOME TODAY AS WELL."
"Wow, this is all so sudden isn't it? I...... I have to say goodbye to everypony if I did this now."
Fluttershy was standing at the doorway, almost on the brink of tears. Either she was so happy for me, or she was sad that I might have to leave her.
"OH HONEY, I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU. I'LL BE GLAD THAT YOU ARE BACK WITH YOUR REAL MOMMY." she said. At this point, she started to cry. I had Rainbow fly me over to her, so I could give her a big hug.
"Oh Fluttershy. No matter what happens, you'll always be a mother to me." By now, she started bawling.
"AND YOU'LL ALWAYS BE MY SON." All four of us started crying. I turned to the other two ponies. "And you'll all always be my sisters too."
We all gathered in a group hug, as I was to prepare to meet this Time Turner. But first, I had to say goodbye to the other members of my family.

Chapter 18
After an afternoon of tearful farewells, I was finally ready to meet this Time Turner, and see if he was going to be able to take me back in time. Now, I was a little skepticle at first, because the last time I put my hooves in someone elses hooves, I ended up the size of a bug forever, but then again, I was put into the hooves of six great ponies, and gained a temporary family.
Rainbow Dash was the one who agreed to take me to Time Turner. I didn't want anypony else to take me there, especially Fluttershy. The look on her face when I first learned about this opportunity, was heartbreaking to both me and her. I couldn't put her through more saddness. Rainbow I knew was a little saddened as well, but she kept strong for me.
"ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS VANILLA?" she asked.
"Yes, I have an opportunity to finally be with my parents again. Not to mention, I don't have to be a burden to you girls anymore."
"VANILLA, YOU WERE NEVER A BURDEN TO US. AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO BACK AND STAY, WE WON'T REMEMBER, BUT PLEASE REMEMBER THAT. AND ALSO REMEMBER, WE LOVED YOU JUST AS ANY FAMILY EVER WOULD."
This comment made me tear up a bit, but I stayed strong for Dashie's sake. I couldn't have imagined any better friends then these six ponies who raised me since I came to ponyville.
After about two hours, we flew up to something that looked like a booth of some sort. I was a bit confused at first. Why were we at a telephone booth? Is this where we are meeting him? All of my questions were answered when a pony trotted out of the booth. His mane was kind of spiked, and his cutie mark was of an hour glass.
"AH, YOU MUST BE THE LITTLE TIKE THAT RAINBOW TOLD ME ABOUT. WOW, WHEN SHE SAID LITTLE, I DIDN'T THINK THIS LITTLE." said the pony. He seemed to have a thick accent, but I could understand him clearly. He then put a weird looking pen toward me. I thought he was about to shock me with it, and knock me out. But it just shined a light at me, and it seemed to be scanning me. When he was done, he looked at the pen, and read my information.
"WOW, THE MAGIC THAT WAS USED TO SHRINK YOU IS STRONG. THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE WITH YOUR CONDITION. I'M TERRIBLY SORRY." he said.
"TURNER, WE ALREADY KNOW THAT." Dash said. "PRINCESS CELESTIA ALREADY TOLD HIM. BUT WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO, IS TAKE HIM TO THE TIME BEFORE HIS PARENTS DIED, SO HE CAN LIVE HIS NORMAL LIFE AGAIN."
"AH, I SEE. WELL, I SUPPOSE I CAN DO SOMETHING WITH THAT, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, RAINBOW DASH, YOU CANNOT COME WITH US. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WITH THE TIME PARADOX, YOU WILL NOT BE EFFECTED, AND IT WILL THROW OFF THE BALANCE."
"OH........ I SEE." Dash said, giving a sad look to me. I in return, gave one to her. She then wrapped her huge arms around me, embrassing me in a huge hug. I began to cry in her hug, and she did too.
"I love you Dashie." I sobbed.
"I......... LOVE YOU TOO." she replied just as sad. Time Turner was even getting a little misty eyed himself. But he remained his composure until Dashie and I were finished with our goodbyes.
"PLEASE STEP ABORD VANILLA." Time Turner said, extending a hoof toward me. I took one last look at Dashie, then hopped onto Turner's hoof, and we both went inside the phone booth. As he closed the door, the last thing I saw out there, was Dashie about to break out into tears again, then the door shut.

Chapter 19
We trotted inside of the booth, and........... I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It looked very small, well to a regular sized pony anyway. But it looked like a whole science lab was in this thing.
"WELCOME TO THE TARDIS VANILLA." Turner said to me. I saw all sorts of video screens, lab supplies, it looked like something Twilight would live in if she wasn't in the library.
"So Time Turner, what exactly needs to be done when we go back in time?"
"First, please, refer to me as "The Doctor", and secondly, it won't take a lot of effort or preparations. All I need is the specific date and time you wish me to take you. As you might want to do, is give me the date your parents died."
"Umm, can I ask you something else before I give you the information?"
"I FIGURED YOU WOULD."
"How do I know I can trust you? The last pony I trusted with powers made me tiny."
"First of all, your friends trust me, so you have no worry. Also, if you save your parents, you will never have had any reason to leave Baltimare, and you never would've met Hexyl, and you would go back to normal size."
Hearing that brought great joy to me. I finally had a chance to go back to normal size, and finally live a normal life again. I didn't hesitate with my decision. I gave the Doctor the exact date and time of the fire that killed my family.
"ALRIGHT VANILLA, IN A HALF AN HOUR, WE SHALL BE BACK AT YOUR TIME."
He threw the switch, and away we went. In the time we sat there and waited, we talked about our lives. I told him everything that happened to me, and how I got there and why I wanted to go back. He told me he was one of the last time keepers in Equestria. He spent his time just surfing through time freely, and helping Princess Celestia if he could. He also had an assistant, named "Ditzy Doo". She didn't join us on this trip, The Doctor told me he didn't want her causing an "accident" with me.
After a half an hour, we finally reached the time. I was sweating up a storm and shivering at the thought of being able to save them and not lose them. Doctor told me that I can't be seen with myself in the past, or else the time paradox will be messed up.
We exited the tardis, and I saw we were outside of my house. And just there, I saw myself kissing my parents goodbye, not noticing that would be the last time I would ever see them. But I was there to change that. I hid within the Doctor's mane so I wouldn't be seen. After I left to go to school, the Doctor and I went to go see my parents.
"EXCUSE ME, ARE YOU MISS VANILLA CREAM AND MISTER SUN BEAM?" Doctor said to them.
"YES, WE ARE." my dad said. I never thought I would hear them at my size. My father absolutely boomed in my ears, and soon, my mother did too.
"WHAT IS IT SIR?"
"IT'S ABOUT YOUR SON."
"WHAT? WHAT'S WRONG WITH HIM?" dad said.
The Doctor then pulled me out of his mane, and lifted me in front of them. They were shocked at my appearance. I quickly jumped onto my mother and hugged her so close and cried. She hugged back closely and did her best to comfort me.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU SWEETY?" she said.
"THIS IS YOUR SON FROM THE FUTURE. I AM TIME TURNER, A TIME KEEPER. I HAVE BROUGHT HIM HERE BECAUSE IN A FEW HOURS, YOU TWO WILL DIE IN A HOUSE FIRE. YOUR SON WILL GO TO PONYVILLE TO LOOK FOR A NEW HOME, AND GET SHRUNK BY A WIZARD NAMED HEXYL. BUT HE HAS A CHANCE NOW TO NOT ONLY RETURN TO NORMAL, BUT TO HAVE A FAMILY AGAIN."
"WHO TOOK CARE OF HIM THOUGH?" dad said.
"THE PRINCESS HAD HER STUDENTS, THE WIELDERS OF THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY, TO TAKE HIM IN HIS CARE."
"WERE THEY GOOD TO YOU SON?" mommy said to me. I just looked up at her massive face, just so happy that I was back in her giant arms.
"Yes, they were the best family I could have when you....... " I buried my face in her chest, not wanting to say it. Mommy knew what I was going to say, so she just rubbed my back and rocked me.
"WELL VANILLA, YOU SHOULD DISAPPEAR FROM EXISTANCE IF YOUR PARENTS SURVIVE, BUT THE ONE WHO YOU TWO JUST SENT TO SCHOOL, SHALL COME BACK, AND YOU THREE WILL LIVE OUT YOUR LIVES NORMALLY. VANILLA, THE CHOICE IS YOURS."
I laid there in my mommy's arms and was about to answer her, but then a thought came into my mind. The image of Rainbow Dash just before I left popped into my head. I soon got images playing in my head like a movie: Hexyl, the ant, the lawn mower, that night with Fluttershy, meeting the princess, the afternoon rainstorm, saying goodbye to........ my family.
"Mommy. Daddy. I love you two very very much, and I don't want to ever lose you."
"NEITHER DO WE SON." Dad said.
"But..... if I stay here, I'll never know what it means to finally have friends, to know real love outside of my parents, and finally finding my mind, heart, and soul." Then I began to cry again. "I love you mommy. *sniff* I love you daddy." They both nuzzle me as I cried to them.
"WE LOVE YOU TOO SON. WE ALWAYS GAVE OUR HEARTS TO YOU, AND WE WOULD NEVER LEAVE YOU WITHOUT SAYING GOODBYE. AND WE'RE SORRY WE DID." Mommy then held me up to her face, and gave me a big kiss.
"AS LONG AS WE KNOW THAT YOU WERE TAKEN CARE OF, WE TRUST WHEREVER YOU GO. WE'RE SO PROUD OF YOU VANILLA." Daddy then gave me a kiss too. He then reached into his pocket, and pulled out a little pendent, about my size.
"I WANTED TO GIVE THIS TO YOU WHEN YOU WERE OLDER, BUT........ NOW IS THE BEST TIME. TAKE THIS, AND ALWAYS REMEMBER, WE ARE PROUD OF YOU, AND WE ALWAYS WILL LOVE YOU, EVEN AFTER DEATH."
We then all shared one last big hug. By this time, the Doctor was crying his eyes out too. He didn't want to break this moment up, but the time we had was running out.
"VANILLA, WE NEED TO GO, OR ELSE TIME WILL CATCH UP, AND THE TIME COULD BE MESSED UP WHEN YOU GO BACK."
"Alright Doctor. Goodbye mommy, goodbye daddy." I said very tearfully.
"GOODBYE SWEETY. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH." Mommy said, before giving me one more big kiss.
As we stepped into the Tardis, I saw my parents looking out of the window, and smiling at me, while crying and smiling. The last thing I saw from that time, was at the time, my dad dropped a lit candle, starting the fire, and keeping the time all together.
That was the real last time, I ever saw my family. But I was going back, to my family.
"Doctor, take me to Fluttershy. I want to see my mommy."

Chapter 20
Another half an hour went by, and soon, we were back to the time that we left, and as I wanted, I wanted to land in front of Fluttershy's cottage. The Tardis landed in front of her cottage, and I just couldn't wait to hug her. The Doctor turned everything off, shut everything down, and prepared to see Fluttershy.
"YOU READY TO GO BACK HOME?" Doctor asked me. My answer was simple, and told exactly how I felt.
"Yes, I'm finally home."
Doctor smiled at me, and picked me up and put me in his mane. We trotted out of the Tardis and trotted up to the door. I told the Doctor to not mention that I decided to stay yet. I wanted to surprise her that her "baby colt" decided to come home to momma. I could only imagine the face that she'll have when she sees me.
"Doctor trotted inside and met up with Fluttershy. She seemed to still have puffy eyes from previous crying she must've did when I left. She really must've missed me.
"H-HELLO TIME TURNER." she said in a very shaky voice. "DID VANILLA MAKE IT HOME SAFELY?"
"OH YES, HE MADE IT HOME TO OPEN ARMS." I loved how he delivered his comment. He then proceeded to pull me out of his mane, and hold me right in front of her face. I looked into her eyes when they locked on me, and saw the rivers build up in them.
"Mommy." I said. She then grabbed me without blinking, and held me closer than she ever did. Even if she was nearly crushing me, she still was the softest thing I ever was squeezed onto in all Equestria.
"SON." she said back to me. "YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK. YOU COULD STILL GO BACK TO YOUR REAL FAMILY."
"But you are my real family Fluttershy. You and AJ, Twilight, Pinkie, Rarity, even Dashie. I love you all so much, and I never want to leave you, because I know you all love me too."
"YOU'RE RIGHT, WE DO LOVE YOU SO MUCH. WE ALL DO. I WILL DO MY BEST TO RAISE YOU AS ONLY A GOOD MOTHER WOULD DO."
Fluttershy then gave me the biggest kiss ever. It felt so much like that last kiss my mother gave me. That to me, solidified the transition of families. As soon as she broke the kiss, I heard a knock at the door. And who should trot inside, but the best sister I could ever have, Rainbow Dash.
"HEY FLUTTERSHY. HOW ARE YOU DOING?"
"OH RAINBOW." she said, as she held me out in front of Dash's face. Dash had the same reaction as Fluttershy did. Dash quickly grabbed me, and we flew high up in the air, while holding me close to her. Her fur completely engulfed me, which made the hug more close.
"I'M GLAD YOU STAYED VANILLA. NOW I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING SO ALONE ANYMORE."
"But what about the others?"
"NONE OF THEM WOULD BE AS CLOSE TO ME AS YOU ARE. PLEASE DON'T TELL THEM THAT."
I just smiled and agreed with her. Dash then wasted no time, and proceeded to fly me all around Ponyville, and showed me to the others.
First, to Twilight, who she seemed to be very happy I came back. Next was Pinkie, who almost killed me by hugging me to death. Next was Applejack, who couldn't do anything with me until she got her work done later. Last, Dash gave me to Rarity, who smothered me in kisses, so glad I decided to stay.
And from that point on, I stayed with Ponyville and my new family. And I am never, ever, going to leave.

A Quick Recap (Epilogue)
So, that was my story. And to be honest with you all, I'm glad you took the time to read my depressing, yet meaningful story. To look back on that and tell you guys this, I really felt like I went on another trip with the Doctor to tell you guys every detail and leave nothing out.
So, to recap: I grew up with my family in Baltimare, lost them when I was very young, then left to find a new home, and found that, and a new family in Ponyville. I might have had....... a few hiccups along the way, but I managed to do it.
So what is up with me now?
Well, Fluttershy has become one of the best mothers a son could ever had. Even though I have a bed all my own now, I still am a colt, and love to sleep in her bed with her. And NO, IT'S NOT LIKE THAT. I like to sleep with my mommy, because she's so protective and is very gentle. I would never change her being my mother, and she feels the same with me being her son.
Rarity was the one who made a bed for me. She actually considers me a brother as well. Even though she doesn't like me climbing all over her (she says it feels like a bug is climbing on her. It feels "icky"), she cares deeply about me. She makes all of the goods I need. The only thing that kind of erks me, is that she smothers me in kisses. My mane can't take much more of this, hehe.
Applejack is a great pony to be around. She is always there for me to talk to if I have any problems. She, and her sweet sister Apple Bloom have always cared for me. There was one time, I watched them playing, and saw a bit of myself and my mother playing. After that, Bloom came to me, and started to play with me just as well. Boy, was I a rag doll that day. But I don't mind, because the Apple Family is the closest family I've ever known, and I'm glad to be a part of that family.
If there was anyone to ever give me anything that I lost for a while, it has to be Pinkie Pie, for she made me found something I never had in years, my smile. Now, I'm not saying that I never smiled after I lost my family, it's just, I never had the same smile that I use to. When Pinkie stomped past me the first day I shrunk, it was funny, because she was the first pony I met here in Ponyville. Everyday since I got to know Pinkie, she has played with me, tickled me, told me jokes, and always made my day bright. I am grateful for Pinkie Pie, the keeper of the worlds smiles.
Twilight Sparkle. What else can I say about her? She tried to help me back to normal, she was the one who found Time Turner to take me to see my family, she has pretty much been a tutor to me, there was even a time she shrank with me and we had an adventure of being small. Let's just say, it was the biggest adventure she ever had. She has been there for my ups and downs, and has never left my side, even if she almost stepped on me a couple of times, she's learning and getting use to it. I love her to death, and she loves me. And she'll love you too if you ever met her.
And the last thank you, Rainbow Dash. For a while, she and I have gotten a lot closer to her since we first met. Ever since we had that moment in the library, I've never had the nightmare about the lawnmower anymore. Dashie, ever since the day she rescued me in that rainstorm, I have considered her more than a sister. She is my guardian angel. I feel the safest when I'm around her, and she has done her best to protect me, and I will do my best to return the favor. The best part, is I get to literally sit in her mane, and get an experience of a sonic rainboom with her. I love her so much, til the day I die.
So at this point, I have to leave this story as it is, because there are certain rumors about someone else in my family that I haven't met yet, and she's here looking for me. So at this point, thank you for listening to my story, and take my advise. Never believe that because you are different, that there isn't someone out there willing to love you, because there is, you just have to look in the small places.

Prologue
I really wasn't expecting my whole life to change on that day, not that I didn't want it to or anything. Being that I lived with such a condition to where I can't control my actions, I can't concentrate fully, and have a lot of trouble with shyness around others, my life is pretty hard. It also got pretty lonely being by myself everyday, and no "true" friend to be around me. I just can't seem to make any friends at all. I mean I love to help ponies, and I can be really friendly, but it's just........ the other ponies choose to laugh at me whenever I mess up anything.
I tend to mess things up a lot, and I do it frequently. Sometimes, I feel as if I am the most unreliable pony on the face of equestria. I tried so hard to help others, tried so hard to be a good guy, and what do I get? Well, I can tell you what happened to me.
All I will say, everything in this story is absolutely, possitively, true. I will tell you everything about my past, and where I stand in the present. But as far as my future goes, that I don't even think Madam Pinkie Pie can answer that.
For those who wish not to hear the tale of the smallest pony in equestria, then feel free to do something else, I really don't mind at all. But for those who wish to listen to my tale, then gather 'round, and I shall share it with all of my friends.
