I've always loved it. The wind under my wings and in my hair it's just wonderful. "Rainbow Dash! What do you think your doing? Using your wings on school grounds is extremely prohibited." I'm so dead. When I come to a holt I know I'm getting after school detention but I won't show up anyway it's way to boring. I guess that's the point but still why would I show up to something that the point is to be boring? Seriously I wouldn't. "Sorry coach I guess the need to actually go somewhere or do something just got to me." That comment has a follow of snickers from the rest of the class and a huge glare from the coach. "Very funny Miss Dash now give me 20 laps no wings. GO NOW!!!!!!" I grunt than take off around the track. 20 laps is nothing if I use my wings but is a lot harder when I don't have their help. When I come to a finish a teacher walks out with someone else behind her. A new girl. I can tell because I've never seen her before. She is the most beautiful person I have ever seen. "Coach this is your new student, she starts to day." The teacher flip through her collection of papers on a clip board in her left hand. "Her helper is 'ahem' Miss Rainbow Dash." Me!!! Oh my gosh, this is awesome. Being a helper means you have every class single class with that person which means I get to hang out all day with her. "Miss Dash please introduce your self." I look back and my wings are completely extended to full hight. I sigh and bring them back down. I hope she doesn't no what that means. At lunch... "Hey AJ you want to eat with us cool kids?" She looks so confused. "Us cool kids? Are ya'll sayin that ya a 'cool kid'?" "Yeah. I'm the most popular kid in school. What you've been spending the whole day with me and you didn't even notice?" She blushes and shakes her head no. SO CUTE!!!! When we get my lunch table all my friends look at her in confusion. "Who's this darling?" Asks Rarity a fashionista. Her curl purple hair as perfectly kept as usual. And blinking her dark blue eyes to show the over done mascara on her eye lashes and the light blue make up on her eye lids. She, like me, has wings but she's not as powerful a flyer. She spends most of her time with animals. And to prove her shyness she just hides behind her light pink hair. Her neon pink mess of hair moving around with her and her bright blue eyes scanning up and down AJ while her went on and on about her party. "Oh how wonderful would you like to have a seat? Oh, how rude of us I'm Twilight Sparkle. This is Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie." She says while pointing around the table. "I'm guessing you already know Dash?" Ah packed my stuff and was planin on leavin but ah decided to stay one more year to help out the Oranges." She takes a big breath and starts up again. The third says AB don't know who that is probably her little sisters room. The forth says BM Big Mac I think that's her brothers name. Across from his room is another bathroom than next to that is a door that says AJ, just what I was looking for. Should I go in? Can I? Well she did say to look around so I guess I can. When I open the door I'm expecting a squeak of some sort but not any kind of noise at all. Her room, like the rest of the house, has a wooden floor but her walls are orange same with her small carpet near her bed. Her bed has a red and white plaid blanket and a red pillow case. A window near the bed. A table off to the left of th bed with a light and a photo on it. When I walk up to and pick up the photo I see a little girl with beautiful green eyes and blonde hair. She's wearing jeans with tears at the knees and a plaid shirt. Behind her is a big man with red hair and green eyes. Holding his hand is a young lady who appears to be pregnant with blonde hair a eyes that are yellow fading to pinkish red. Next to the girl holding her hand is a young boy with red hair and green eyes. Next to him is a very old lady with gray hair and the same eyes as the women. "This is her family. That must be her parents but where are they now?" "They left." "Ahhhh." I jump back still holding the photo. "You scared me. I mean where did you come from?" "Well ah was down stairs in my house lookin for you." "Hehe oh yeah. Sorry. What did you mean they left?" "Mom died of child birth of mah little sis Applebloom. Dad disappeared one night and never came home. We turned their room in to Appleblooms." A small tear runs down her face and she walks over to me. She raps her arms around my neck and starts crying. "Oh, Applejack I'm so sorry." I hug her tight and bring her to sit down on the bed. "It's ok I've got you. It's ok." That's all I can say my parents might have died in a robbery house fire but her dad straight up walked out after she learned her mom was dead. He just left. After about 2 hours the sounds die down to nothing and the doctors are holding a small baby girl. But Rainbow was everyone's worry. She wasn't moving not at all. Her heart monitor was beeping at a steady beat and she was breathing it looked like she was asleep. The doctor starts poking and prodding her and the machines. "Is she asleep doc?" When she wakes from her coma she has no memory of me. I guess that's a good thing. I head back to Ponyvill to wait for her to return home. Pinkie seriously"You said I would never see you again." Fresh start...I'm flying. I've always loved it. The wind under my wings and in my hair it's just wonderful. "Rainbow Dash! What do you think your doing? Using your wings on school grounds is extremely prohibited." I'm so dead. When I come to a holt I know I'm getting after school detention but I won't show up anyway it's way to boring. I guess that's the point but still why would I show up to something that the point is to be boring? Seriously I wouldn't. "Sorry coach I guess the need to actually go somewhere or do something just got to me." That comment has a follow of snickers from the rest of the class and a huge glare from the coach. "Very funny Miss Dash now give me 20 laps no wings. GO NOW!!!!!!" I grunt than take off around the track. 20 laps is nothing if I use my wings but is a lot harder when I don't have their help. When I come to a finish a teacher walks out with someone else behind her. A new girl. I can tell because I've never seen her before. She is the most beautiful person I have ever seen. The third says AB don't know who that is probably her little sisters room. The forth says BM Big Mac I think that's her brothers name. Across from his room is another bathroom than next to that is a door that says AJ, just what I was looking for. Should I go in? Can I? Well she did say to look around so I guess I can. When I open the door I'm expecting a squeak of some sort but not any kind of noise at all. Her room, like the rest of the house, has a wooden floor but her walls are orange same with her small carpet near her bed. Her bed has a red and white plaid blanket and a red pillow case. A window near the bed. A table off to the left of th bed with a light and a photo on it. When I walk up to and pick up the photo I see a little girl with beautiful green eyes and blonde hair. She's wearing jeans with tears at the knees and a plaid shirt. Behind her is a big man with red hair and green eyes. Holding his hand is a young lady who appears to be pregnant with blonde hair a eyes that are yellow fading to pinkish red. Next to the girl holding her hand is a young boy with red hair and green eyes. Next to him is a very old lady with gray hair and the same eyes as the women. "This is her family. That must be her parents but where are they now?" "They left." "Ahhhh." I jump back still holding the photo. "You scared me. I mean where did you come from?" "Well ah was down stairs in my house lookin for you." "Hehe oh yeah. Sorry. What did you mean they left?" "Mom died of child birth of mah little sis Applebloom. That's all I can say my parents might have died in a robbery house fire but her dad straight up walked out after she learned her mom was dead. He just left. After about 2 hours the sounds die down to nothing and the doctors are holding a small baby girl. But Rainbow was everyone's worry. She wasn't moving not at all. Her heart monitor was beeping at a steady beat and she was breathing it looked like she was asleep. The doctor starts poking and prodding her and the machines. "Is she asleep doc?" "No, I don't think she is." "Wha do ya mean?" "She is in a coma." "How?" "I don't really know, I think the pain was to much and her body shut itself down. Pinkie storms in hair flat on her head hands clenched in fists at her sides grinding her teeth together. "Twilight I am going to kill you for doing this to TWO OF OUR FRIENDS!" Then she burst into tears. "Rainbows condition just got worse. She might not wake up anytime soon. AJ is in the emergency room because you just had to get scared when the doctor came in to tell us about Rainbows condition. And they just had a kid that was your fault that is the reason Rainbow even has a condition. And the baby is still hungry!" Her tears get so strong that she can't even talk. "My condition got better not worse Pinkie stop imagining things." Rarity's face: You? How? What? When? WHAT? Fluttershys face: (not really she fainted) the baby on her chest. Twilights face: Super grateful, confused, some other crazy mix of emotions, and... What the hay are you doing in here your not even awake? Acres and acres of apple trees each one spotted with delicious red apples. "Wow!" We say in unison. "Those trees sure look comfy and those apples look tasty." I've been having dreams about this 'girl' all I know is that before mom was put in the hospital, for reasons unknown to me, she told me that only true love you know before even meet them. "Yes, would you like something?" He says in a cheery voice that's super happy but not creepy. "Yes actually, we were wondering if Pinkie was here?" "Oh, yes she is she just up the stairs. Her door is furthest to the right." We thank him and head up the stairs and to the room he directed us to. Knock knock knock. "You can come in!" Comes a sing song voice from inside. We enter and she doesn't seem confused at all to have to identical strangers just come into her room. "Hi are you Pinkie Pie?" Oh Silver stupid question much. "We'll duh, who are you?" "I'm Silverbloom, this is my sister Rainbow Dash. We came to ask you a favor." "Ask away." She sits on her bed and just stares at us. "Well, actually Dash wants to ask it." I glare at her as I step forward. "I need a disguise." "Really... Ok!" Then she goes into her closet and comes out with a big box. "What kind?" I just stare, she's a natural prankster. Then she hands us a cupcake and shows us the door before adding. "Her names Applejack by the way and you have to wait for her to come to you or very baddy bad stuff will happen. A fire at the out skirts of the orchard isn't put out in time and our house is set to flames. My mom had just come home and now her and my dad were burning alive. My sister is long gone and I'm the reason they died. A few months before Applejack leaves for Manhattan... "MAC!!!!" I hear her scream. I've been watching her for a while to see what else goes wrong and to try and prevent it. "PA!!!! IT'S COMIN GET IN HERE MA NEEDS YA!" I mean super fast. She is actually a small challenge to keep up with. Back at the farm after the screams die down... I'm just waiting, then the front door swings open and a teary eyed Applejack runs out. She runs to the back of the orchard and follows a path to discover 'a place'. I land in front and peak in. "Are you ok?" Stupid question time for me now. "Do ah look ok?" "Ok it was a stupid question. Do you want to talk about it?" "I don't even know you. I don't know why your in my head. My mom just left mah family. GO AWAY, please." I walk in kiss her on the forehead and then I 'go away'. 2 months before she leaves... "Mac, wake up, Mac." She was shaking him and tears were rolling down her face. "What is it AJ?" "He's gone. He just left." Then she falls to the ground in tears. "Who left? AJ what are ya talkin bout?" "Dad. Ah woke up from... Dreams. And I heard somethin, ah looked out the window and there he was walkin down the road. He just left." "Oh." Is all he got out before he picked her up and held her close. "We'll get through this. Ok we'll get through this." 1 week before she left... "Ah'm gonna go." She's sitting a the dinner table. "In a week. Ah'm all packed ta go. Ah will miss ya guys." Then she stands up yawns and goes to bed. "Only a week left Granny." "Ah know Mac, ah know." She opens her window and I fly in. "Your really leaving aren't you?" "Ah'm sorry Rainbow but ah have ta." "No you don't. Your just telling yourself that but you don't have to go." "Yeah ah do." Then she leans over and whispers something in my ear and kisses my cheek. "Good bye Rainbow. Ah will come back, ah promise." "Tell me that with both hand where I can see them." I repeat my sisters words. "Sorry ah cant so that." The day of the surgery in Manhattan... I burst into the room. "You better come back you hear me, you better come back." She puts both hands in the air. "Ah promise. Just stay with meh." I put both hands up. "I promise." We smile at each other. "Surgery starting. Everyone clear the room." "Can some stay with her for moral support?" "Miss it's your pick." He says turning to AJ while pointing at us. "Stay with meh, please?" She says locking eyes with me. I node and sit down next to her. The door swings open and a nurse walks in with a worried look on her face. She whispers something in the doctors ear and her looks worried too. "We have to try. Give her all we got." They do and the surgery starts. I'm with her the whole time. When she wakes from her coma she has no memory of me. I guess that's a good thing. I head back to Ponyvill to wait for her to return home.
Pinkie seriously"You said I would never see you again." "I said I'd fine you when she remembers." "What does that mean?" "It means that, when she forgot you at the hospital after the surgery, when she remembers everything about is come back." It happens in a flash. First there's a hand over her mouth spinning her around and knocking her to the ground. Pinned down by her wings, Silver struggles under her but its no use she's trapped. "Then ya should a come back years ago. Sorry sugar cube but ah could never forget 'er, I loved 'er with all mah heart an ah still do." "We can't." "Who can't." "Applejack get off of her." "Well she had them too." "Them too?" "She dreamed of..." "I dreamed of you to. And Dash shouldn't have met you that day. The day of the fire. It was her fault." She gave up her struggle. A tear runs down Dashes face. "Ah'm confused." "I told you not to go there Dashie, you didn't listen so I had to fix it I'm so sorry AJ I just had to fix it." "Fix it?" Rainbow and Applejack say in unison. "We all wouldn't have gotten our cutie marks. We would have never met. AJ would never have came back. Applebloom would have died. Mac would have mental break down. I just had to stop it." "How did ya stop it Pinkie? How did ya know all a this?" "I stole the sleep drug. I'm so sorry I just had to see if I could get you to forget Rainbow." "You almost killed her." Fury covers Rainbow while Silver switches positions with AJ putting her on the bottom instead. "You could have killed her Pinkie!" Silver equally mad. "I know, I didn't mean to, I just wanted enough pain to give her amnesia." Silver is off of Applejack and in a flash second on top of Pinkie. That's when the others walk in. Mayhem. That's the only word to explain it. Applejack lying on the ground, Rainbow over her. The baby lying on the bed asleep. Pinkie pinned to the ground looking guilty and sad. Rainbow #2 on top of her, as they know. "I get why you did it but you idiot, she almost died!" Rainbow now looking evil while protecting Applejack. "I don't care if you get it. You love her to dont you, you should have stood up and protected her. You knew it would happen. I WAS A LOVE SICK FOOL!" "A LOVE SICK FOOL WHO KILLED OUR PARENTS!" A tear runs down her face but she holds her ground. "YOU LEFT ME! YOU JUST FLEW AWAY. WHAT DID YOU EXEPCT TO HAPPEN!" "YOU TO HAVE ENOUGH SENSE TO TIRN AROUND BEFORE SHE SAW YOU AND NOW IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!" "YOUR THE ONE WHO FLEW IN!" "I CAN'T FLY BECAUSE OF YOU!" "I know I'm so sorry. But you shouldn't blame me. I was so stupid, then I had to live my whole life alone a orphan not knowing if you were alive or dead. I saw you fly in and then it went up in flames." She looks at them and giggles, well breaks into a full on laughter fit. "Pinkie Pie if you can't be serious then I'll tell her..." She looks uneasy. "I would rather not to have to though."
