Preparation
Rarity Sat in her boutique, combing through her mane, staring at the reflection on her vanity mirror. She would bond jewels to her hair using an expensive "mane glue". It had been announced that special ponies were to arrive at sharply 12:00 p.m. Rarity wanted to look perfect for the occasion, as did many other ponies. She slipped on her gala dress, and finished up with a coat of hoof polish.
Just as Rarity stepped out of the boutique doors, her friends galloped up to her.
"Rarity, you excited?" Twilight asked, her wings layed to the side of her.
"Yeah...I guess so." Rarity replied.
Her and the other ponies trotted down the dirt trail.

                         Arrivals

Arrivals
Twilight galloped towards Town Square, slightly behind Rarity. Rainbow Dash was already hovering over the ponies, as did Fluttershy.
Unicorns were motioned to the front of the group, earth ponies to the back, and pegasi above. But all ponies were eagerly awaiting the "special" arrival.
Music whistled by bored ponies filled the crowd.
There it was. The chimes from the clock that signaled twelve. A hot air balloon creeper closer to the ground. Then, the balloon landed.

                 New Additions to the Town

New Additions to the Town
Rarity was in awe as a lilac hoof stepped out, followed by the rest of the pony. She had mid-length hair that flowed in turquoise waves. Her tail matched.
     Next emerged a light orange mare with a long dusty pink mane and bangs that parted. Her eyes were ocean blue with a glint of light cyan.
   A white stallion with dark blue messy hair followed. His eyes were dark blue as well. Rarity swooned at the sight of him.
             Instead of following the other mares, the stallion made his way over to Rarity. Time seemed to freeze.
"Hey beautiful, my name's Kaito. Care to tell me yours?"
     Uh-Oh. Rarity didn't know what to do. She was blushing harder than ever before, and her tounge was frozen in her mouth.
Finally, she managed to mumble,"R-R-Rarity..."
     Kaito walked to Rarity's side and the couple focused their attention back to the other ponies.
                             A handsome stallion with chocolate brown hair and eyes stepped out and trotted over to Twilight.
                       "Hello, my name is Kiyoteru. What is yours?"
"Twilight..." Twilight said, her cheeks related to the color of a tomato.
       "Ah, Twilight, a beautiful name for a beautiful mare."
Twilight blushed. Harder. Her heart fluttered.
