Stargazer is a dream-walking mare who talks to others about their problems. One of her more... interesting patients is a Pegasus named Skybound, whose special talent is being crazy. Of course, this means some weird things come out of her mouth that shouldn't be taken seriously.

But the things that come out of both Skybound's mouth and mind are becoming more and more serious by the minute. Stargazer is determined to find out what is happening to her patient's head, as well as the world around them.
