The Naboo System, located in the Chommell Sector of the galaxy's mid-rim. This solar system was well known for its namesake planet, Naboo.

Said planet was one of the most beautiful places in the entire sector. Its lush green plains and grassy hills, were like they were made from a water painting. Even the swamp-lands had an air of beauty to them, whilst the mountains were spectacular sights.

The planet's population consisted of two species. The indigenous Gungan species and the humans that were known as the Naboo. These two races once lived in an uncomfortable harmony, each keeping to their own areas of the planet and not getting in one another's way. But over the years, the species had learned to work together when the need arose.

And on this day, the need had certainly arisen.

Having received word from Canterlot, they had learned the planet was currently the most likely target for a Sith invasion. As such, the Naboo and Gungan had begun to make preparations to defend against the attack.

In the capital city of the Naboo, a council had been brought together to discuss the situation.

Several individuals were sitting in a circle, with a large table making up part of this circle. And sitting behind the table, was a woman dressed in strange clothing and having white face paint on. She was staring at a man in the middle of the circle, who was currently discussing the current situation.

"So far, we have detected no ships that match the description of the ships used by these Sith." He turned to the fancily dressed woman. "But it is early days yet, your majesty. According to our sources, the Sith recently performed an attack on Canterlot. The battle resulted in major damage for both sides. Even if these criminals wanted to attack us, they may not have the man power needed to attack."

"What of the Jedi?" The queen asked, as another man dressed like a soldier stepped forward.

"The Jedi suffered heavy casualties during the aforementioned battle of Canterlot. Because of this, they can only send us a few Jedi. However, one of them is supposed to be the Grandmaster of the entire Order. With her helping, we should do alright if any of those Sith show up here."

The Queen nodded before turning to a gungan besides her. Said gungan, an unusual combo of lizard and toad, was listening intently. "According to the info we received, the Sith's plans will involve going underwater. Apparently, there is something hidden in the sea that they wish to claim. Are your people ready to fight them if that happens?"

The gungan stood up. "Gungan warriors preparing for battle. Sith invaders know not what they get themselves into. Gungan warriors, masters of deep sea battle. Can handle any opponent."

"Are you sure about that?" One of the Naboo council members asked. "No disrespect to your people. But according to the reports, these Sith have a series of droids that they send into battle. They're extremely powerful and whilst they sound more equipped to battle on the land, it's possible the Sith have water based machines as well. Will your warriors be able to handle something like that?"

The gungan hummed, as it stroked its chin. "Gungan energy lance may be needed. Droid armor may be non-conductive, but gungan fight no matter what opponent attack with."

The Queen nodded. "If the oceans are their targets, we should attempt to guard them as best we can. Though our number of fighter ships is limited, we will do what we can to keep as many of them out of the water. Or at least delay them beforehand."

"I agree," the soldier stated as he turned to the gungan. "Your warriors are strong. I've seen them fight. But every living things has a limit to how long they can battle. And how many opponents they can deal with. If the Sith attack with all their forces at once, you may yourselves overrun and exhausted before we can defeat them all."

The gungan nodded. "Naboo hold off as many as possible. Give gungan chance to defeat those that make it to ocean. Once they stopped, gungan take rest on."

"It's a good strategy," another Naboo councillor stated. "But does anyone know what it is these Sith are after."

"Something powerful and dangerous," The Queen announced. "According to the Jedi, it was likely hidden on this planet a long time ago. Somewhere the gungan wouldn't accidentally stumble upon it." She turned to the gungan. "Is there anywhere in your sea that you avoid? Someplace considered dangerous or forbidden for anyone to go to?"

The gungan thought for a moment. "Many places considered dangerous or forbidden. Most because they kill you if you go there. Not places one can hide thing, unless you okay never leaving place yourself."

They frowned at this, but knew they needed to find the location the Sith were targeting. If they could do that, they might know where to send the bulk of their forces.

The Shooting Star was currently flying through Hyperspace, heading towards Naboo with four Delta-X Ships flying with it.

Inside the Shooting Star, Celestia was flying the ship whilst the others were preparing for a fight. Pinkie and Tidal were both doing maintenance on their weapons, wanting them ready in case they were needed. Twilight had her Lightsaber out, but wasn't tinkering with it.

Instead, she was staring at the 3D hologram of Naboo. As it slowly spun around, she was trying to figure out where the temple was. But it wasn't going so well.

"You okay?" Pinkie placed the last part of her Light-Whip into place before closing up, as she got up from the floor and moved over to Twilight.

"Not really," Twilight sighed. "I'm trying to find where Solara and I fell into the ocean." She waved her hand around the hologram and made it spin, showing its many islands and coastlines. "But these areas all look the same. I can't tell where the heck I'm supposed to look for the key."

"Do you think Solara knows where exactly you fell?" Tidal asked, as Twilight thought for a moment.

"She was pretty focused on me at the time. And when we fell into the water, it happened in only a few seconds. But Solara's pretty smart. And who knows how well trained her powers of observation are. I honestly have no idea."

"So there's a chance she doesn't know where the temple is," Pinkie pointed out. "Which means there's a chance we have just as much time to find it as she does."

"Maybe. But I'd rather know where to start looking. Even if it's just a hint." She slowly turned the hologram around, as Celestia stepped into the room.

"We're another hour from Naboo. I've sent ahead our clearance codes, so we won't be blown up before we get there." She turned to Twilight, "any luck?" Twilight's frown was all she needed to hear. "Alright. Well don't be upset. Once we get to Naboo, I'm sure they'll have information that'll help us narrow down the search."

"If the Sith give us time to actually get the information," Twilight sighed. "How much of an attack do you think we'll have to expect?"

"Honestly, I'm not sure. We didn't destroy their Destroyer ships during the battle of Canterlot. But we did take down a lot of their fighters and all the droids they attacked with. However, we have no idea how many ships and droids they actually have. It's possible they used all their droids during the attack."

"Can't they just make more?" Pinkie asked.

"Droids don't just appear out of thin air," Tidal reminded her. "Even if they can build more, they need materials to build them out of. If they keep sending droids and fighters to attack different planets, they'll eventually exhaust their supply."

"That's the same with their bug troopers," Twilight agreed. "Most clones are bred to have growth acceleration. But even with that, it still takes a couple of years to grow one up to fighting age. But who knows just how many clones have been grown since Chrysalis joined Sombra."

"So is it possible Solara won't be able to attack Naboo?"

"No," Celestia shook her head. "She knows Twilight told us about the vision. If she holds off, it just gives us more time to find the key on Naboo. She's coming. We just don't know what kind of backup she's bringing with her."

In another part of the galaxy, another ship was racing through hyperspace on its way to Naboo.

Solara was sitting on the main bridge, bug troopers all around her working to get them there as fast as they could. And besides her was Armalum and Tirek, the two stepped up next to her. "Everything's ready for the attack," Tirek announced.

"Good," Solara stated as she turned to Armalum. "What of the new ray droids?"

"They were a bit of a rush job, but they should work for your purposes. And I designed one especially to help you get where you need to go."

"Good," Solara nodded as she turned to Tirek. "This gas you've designed. It's not going to actually kill those that breath it in, is it?" Tirek looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"Why should that matter?" He smirked, "getting soft from your time with those Jedi?"

"No," Solara frowned. "But what's the point of conquering a place if you kill all the new subjects you intend to capture?"

"Right," Tirek replied slowly. "Well, relax. The gas won't cause any permanent harm. It'll mix with the atmosphere and put anyone who breathes it in to fall unconscious for about six hours. After that, its effects will cancel out and the planet will return to normal."

"Good," Solara nodded as she brought up a holographic image of Naboo. "That'll give me more than enough time to find the temple."

"You're sure you know where you're going?" Armalum stated. "You said you only saw the planet for a minute and you dived down pretty quickly."

"Yes, I'm sure. I know where the temple is located." She tapped a spot on the planet. "We came down around here. I might not have an exact location, but I'm sure I'll be able to find it with a little searching. That's why I need you two to keep the Naboo forces busy until I can find it."

"We get it," Tirek told her. "We don't need the battle plan. Leave the distraction to us. You just focus on finding that key and eliminating anyone who gets in your way." Solara nodded, as they waited for the ship to arrive at their destination.

The Shooting Star had finally reached Naboo with its Delta-X accompanying ships.

As soon as they were out of hyperspace, the four fighters disconnected from their hyper drive rings and they all flew down towards the capital city. As they moved down into the atmosphere, they were intercepted by a pair of Naboo fighters.

Luckily, these ships knew they weren't the enemy and would be leading them to their landing sight.

As they flew over the city, Twilight looked out the window and was amazed by the architecture of the city. It was clear the Naboo had a thing for the colour blue, because almost every building she saw had a roof that was that colour. And almost all the roofs were the exact same design, being a dome-like structure. Some were different shapes, but nine roofs out of ten had the blue dome appearance.

They soon arrived at the Naboo landing site, where the Shooting Star and its Fighters quickly descended.

As soon the ships were on the ground, the Jedi got out and looked around. And waiting for them was a Naboo woman who was dressed like she was some kind of secretary. "Welcome," she told them. "We are happy you have arrived. Please, follow me." The Jedi followed her out of the building, Flash having Springer stay with the ships.

Once they were out of the hanger, the woman led them to some kind of hover car that looked like a bunch of roller-coaster cars. They all sat master and student, as the woman sat in the front and began to drive them through the city. As they drove, the Jedi looked around and marvelled at the amazing design of the metropolis.

It was a lot less industrial than Canterlot, looking more like something out of a renaissance painting, There were bakers that made and sold different kinds of bread, people selling from off the back of carts and even a few people that were performing in the streets. It was a rather interesting place.

"This is awesome," Flash whispered. "If Jedi ever got vacations, I'd so come here to relax."

"Thank you," the woman smiled. "Our queen works hard to make sure that our world doesn't lose its natural beauty."

"Queen?" Rainbow leaned forward to talk to Twilight. "I thought this place had its own government? Why do they still have a ruling class?"

"Most planets with governments have a ruling class," Twilight told her. "Although most of those rulers only hope the position and act like a figurehead. They don't actually have any real power."

"Naboo is not one of them," the woman stated. "Our kings and queens are elected officials. Once their terms are up, they hand the crown over to the next elected ruler."

"Huh," they all nodded in intrigue. And as they did, they turned onto what was probably the city's main street. At the end of that street was a large building, which was at least three times the size of any other building on the street. They all marvelled at the sight of it, as the hover car finally came to a stop in front of it. "The queen and her council are waiting for you inside."

In the main room, the queen and her council continued to discuss the matter of the upcoming attack.

"There has to be some way to protect our planet, from letting those Sith ever get close to it." A woman was standing in the middle of the room. "Maybe some kind of shield that we can use."

"Where do you suppose we get the resources to build such a shield?" One man asked. "Naboo doesn't have the credits to afford such a high cost endeavour. Not without causing our people to starve whilst it's being built. What would be the point of making a shield to protect our planet, if all our citizens die of hunger because of it."

"Well what would you suggest?" The woman asked, as a knock could be heard at the door.

"Enter!" The queen announced, as the door opened to show a soldier. He stepped inside, with the Jedi following behind him.

"Your majesty," he bowed. "Grandmaster Celestia and her Jedi have arrived."

"Thank you," the queen nodded before focusing on them. "And thank you for coming to my planet. It means a lot that the grandmaster would grace us with her presence."

"Think nothing of it," Celestia nodded. "I'm sorry that more of us couldn't come. But we're still recovering from a recent battle with the Sith." The queen nodded, as several servants rushed over and placed chairs around the circle for them to sit in.

"Now that you are here, we can truly make a battle plan to protect our planet from these incoming invaders." The queen pointed towards a soldier. "My head of planetary defence has some form of a plan, based on the information you gave us."

The man nodded and stepped forward. "Since you said their aim is to acquire something in the ocean, our plan is to hold back more of their ships from entering the ocean. This will allow the gungan warriors beneath the waves to deal with the small number we allow through. It won't be easy, but we're positive it'll have an effect."

"Maybe," Flash spoke up. He said that louder than intended, making everyone turn to him.

"Do you not believe this plan will work?" The queen asked, as Flash blushed. But a glance at Shining told him the knight wanted him to speak his mind.

"Well, it might work if the Sith attack the way they have before. But these guys always seem to be one step ahead. We thought we had them figured out after our first encounter with them. But then they took us by surprise by revealing those droids they had. And just when we think we've got a handle on their plans, they suddenly appear in Canterlot and attack whilst we've got our guard down. Plus, one of them was able to sneak into our ranks and take us by surprise."

"Flash is right," Twilight nodded. "The Sith don't have a set game plan. They never do something the same way twice. They tried to conquer Castalore with brute force. Then they attacked Gemmax and we thought they were using the brute force approach again. But instead, they were just distracting us so they could achieve their true objective. And now that they know where the last key is, they're gonna do whatever it takes to get it."

"And what do you believe they will try and do?" The queen asked.

"That's what Flash was trying to say," Shining spoke up. "The Sith are tricky. We can try and make preparations to stop them, but we don't know what their plan of attack could be. And as powerful as we all are with The Force, none of us can see the future."

"Then we prepare for anything," the gungan stated. "We prepare for any attack. No matter what Sith throw at us."

"It's not that simple," the solider commander stated. "We can't just plan for everything. That's too broad a plan. If we divide our forces to try and counter everything, then each defence will be too weak to stop the attack. I know they say you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket, but you also shouldn't have only one egg in each basket."

One of the council members sighed. "We keep swinging around to the same question. What should we do to counter the Sith?" Everyone turned to Celestia, clearly wanting to hear her suggestion.

The grandmaster of the Jedi stood up from her chair and stepped into the centre of the room. "Our best course of action is to defend against what we know the Sith have used before. Young Sentry has put up a good argument about them constantly changing their strategies. But each strategy has only had slight variations on the last one. Most of the time, they send their troops down to attack. And whilst we're busy protecting the civilians, they enact their true plan."

"So we will focus on keeping the civilians safe," the queen announced. She pressed a button on her desk and a hologram of Naboo appeared. "Our planet has a series of sensor satellites surrounding it." The hologram had a bunch of red dots surrounding it, which all joined up with each other to form a net around the planet. "Should the Sith appear, they will be picked up by this sensor net."

Spitfire spoke up. "How long would we have, once they pass the net?"

"Approximately one hour before they are within striking range."

"That's not a lot of time to get everyone somewhere safe." Celestia sighed. "But we have to work with what we have." She looked around. "We don't know what the Sith are planning, but we know certain aspects about how they'll attack. As I said, it's best that we focus on defending against what we know they'll use. But we need to be flexible. Be ready for whatever surprises they might throw at us."

"Be like water," the gungan stated. "Water flows and when meets resistance, it adapts to change."

"Exactly," Celestia nodded. "But if we really want to stop them before they arrive, our best course of action is to find what they've come for."

"What have they come for?" A Councillor asked. "All we know is that it's very dangerous."

"Yes," Celestia nodded. "It is an ancient relic, created by an ancient Sith Lord. When that Sith was defeated, the Jedi that beat him took the three keys and hid them somewhere. At the moment, the Sith have two of them and believe Naboo holds the third."

"And this key in gungan ocean?" The gungan asked, making Celestia nod as she turned to Twilight.

The Padawan got up and moved forward, as she stared at the planet hologram. "I saw the same image the Sith saw. It was only for a moment, but I know the key is located in the ocean close to one of the planet's coasts." She sighed. "The only problem is that I only saw it for a second and all the coastlines look the same."

"I see," the queen nodded before turning to the gungan. "My friend. Would you help the Padawan narrow down the search. If the pair of you work together, you might be able to figure out where this key is." The gungan nodded and got up, gesturing for Twilight to follow him.

Twilight did and they headed out of the room, as the queen turned to Celestia. "The rest of us will prepare for their arrival."

Celestia nodded before turning to Shining and Spitfire. "I would like the two of you to discuss how the Sith's fighters fly. Help them understand what to expect." They nodded as she turned to Tidal. "I would like you to do the same with their ground forces. Both the Bug Troopers and their droids. We'll need every advantage we can get to stop them."

"Yes, master." Tidal, Shining and Spitfire headed out, leaving the three remaining Padawans on their own.

"What do you need us to do?" Rainbow asked, as Celestia fought for a moment.

"Head back to the ships. It was a long journey here and I want to make sure they're all ready for a battle. It'll also mean you'll be ready to take off as soon as they show up." The three nodded and headed out of the room, whilst Celestia turned to the Queen. "In the meantime, we'll discuss areas the Sith are more likely to attack. They tend to focus on well populated areas. If we can prepare those areas for the attack, we'll have less to worry about when it happens."

The queen nodded and they also got to work, the multiple groups preparing for the battle that might decide the fate of the galaxy.

True to Celestia's instruction, the Knight prepared the Naboo soldiers by explaining how the Sith's warriors fought. "Their ships focus mostly on firepower," Shining told the fighters. "The trick to defeating them is to outmanoeuvre them."

Spitfire nodded, as she programmed a hologram of the city and two fighters flying around it. "We've studied your ships and found they have enough speed and agility to outpace them. You just need to keep out of their line of sight." The hologram showed the Naboo fighter, as it flew around a building with a Sith fighter on its tail.

The Naboo fighter was able to circle around a building without any trouble. But at the speed it was going, the Sith Fighter wasn't able to turn well enough and it spun out of control. The pilots watched in amazement, as Shining began to explain several manoeuvres he found worked well against the Sith Fighters.

In another area, Tidal was informing the Naboo ground forces about the different droids the Sith used. "Standard Battle Droids," he showed them a hologram of the robot in question. "Quick on the ground and having excellent targeting." He changed the hologram, "Wasp Droid. Aerial gunner that is dangerous in a large swarm." The hologram changed again, "Scorpion Droid. Incredible firepower, though requires more time to charge and fire."

The soldiers all nodded, having heard about these droids but never getting to really see them.

"These droids all have different areas of combat focus. But they all have the same way of being taken care of. They only have one form of attack, so that's all you need to aim for. Battle Droid. Aim for the blasters they carry. Wasp Droids, their stinger blasters. And the Scorpion Droid, their tail cannons. Take these down and the droids are just hunks of metal. The only ones that are possibly still a danger are the scorpions, mostly due to their size."

"How heavily armored are they?" One soldier asked, as Tidal showed them the holograms again and started pointing out the weak spots in each droid.

Back with Flash, Rainbow and Pinkie, they were back at the hangers making sure the ships were battle ready.

Flash was currently on top of the Shooting Star, using a welding torch to sure up some parts that look like they might be about to wear out. Pinkie was also working on a section of the ship's roof, carefully pulling out a bunch of parts Flash had asked her to remove.

"Ooh," she took out a strange plug-like device. "What's this?" Flash looked up from his work and saw what she was holding, the Padawan quickly getting up and running over to her.

"Put that back!" He looked down into the opening she had pulled it out of. "That plug needs to remain inside the conduit at all times. If it's left out for too long, it powers down and we don't have any spares." He pulled the plug from her grasp and quickly reinserted it.

"Sorry," Pinkie frowned, "it was in the way of something I needed to take out." Flash saw the part she was talking about and instead of removing the plug, he took out another part it was sandwiched between before removing it. "Oh."

Flash sighed, as he stood up and spotted Rainbow working on her Delta-X. And from what he could see, she wasn't just doing basic maintenance. "Rainbow." The girl jumped away from the work she was doing on the engines, "what are you doing?"

"Nothing," she replied before hiding the tool behind her back.

"You were trying to get your ship to speed up, weren't you?" Rainbow didn't reply and just looked away from him. "How many times have we told you, the Delta-X is fast enough." He began to climb down to the floor. "Any faster and it would be impossible to control."

"Oh come on," Rainbow told him. "Just another hundred miles won't do any harm. I can totally handle it at those speeds."

Springer floated over to her. "It's not just a matter of control. The ship wasn't designed to go that fast. Moving at those speeds could result in parts of the ship ripping off. You'll be going fast, alright. As you turn into a flaming ball of wreckage that falls towards the ground."

"This thing moves at hyper-speed," Rainbow reminded him. "If it can survive going that fast, I think it'll survive going at the speed I wanna move at."

"You do realise the ships have hyperspace rings for a reason, don't you." Flash used The Force to pull the tools out of Rainbow's hand.

"Hey!"

"The rings are for moving at hyper-speed and generating a protective barrier around the ship. Without it, the Delta-X wouldn't survive three seconds at hyper speed." Rainbow tried to argue, but didn't have a good response for that. "just leave the ship's systems as they are. You want a faster ship, talk to the Jedi engineers about designing one. Don't expect them to make it for you, though."

Rainbow pouted, as Flash got back to work on Shooting Star. Flash didn't know how he got put in charge of these two Jedi, especially since he was the one with the least Jedi experience, but he would need to keep them on a short leash if he didn't want them destroying the ships.

Twilight and the Gungan, named Bown Bosh, were looking over a map of the planet showing the multiple different ocean locations the Gungan refuse to go to.

"Out of curiosity. Which of these areas have been considered forbidden the longest? Or is that something the Gungan don't bother to record." Bosh hummed, stroking his chin once again.

"This oldest forbidden zone. Stories go back over hundred generations, speaking of great evil hidden in dark chasm. Many dangerous creatures there. Gungan don't dare go near it." Twilight nodded, remembering seeing that large fish that she knew was a very dangerous species.

"That might be it. I know it's forbidden, but I might need to head there and check it out." Bosh clearly didn't like the idea of anyone going near such a dangerous space. But he did like the idea of finding the temple and getting that relic off of Naboo before Sith got there.

"Chasm deep. Need special ship to go there. Bosh command one come so you might set out." Twilight nodded and used her Gauntlet to upload the info from the map, beginning to plot a course that would get them there and steer them around the dangers located in that area of the ocean.

Twilight then headed back to the main council room, knowing Celestia would want to know about Twilight's expedition plan.

And sure enough, Celestia had thoughts about this. "I don't want you going there alone," she announced. "It's far too dangerous to do this kind of thing solo."

"I understand," Twilight nodded. "I'm not sure if any of the Gungan would be willing to go there, given how forbidden the place is supposed to be."

"I know," Celestia agreed. "I'd go with you, but I may be needed here if an attack begins." She thought for a moment and nodded. "Tidal Wave has experience in underwater missions. He'll know what to expect in such a situation. You'll travel to this temple with him." Twilight nodded, as Celestia looked at the areas Twilight had highlighted.

Each area had a number next to it, indicating the order in which she would check them if the location before had been a bust. In typical Twilight fashion, she had taken great care determining which spots to head to and which order to go in.

"This is not be an easy trip. Even if a Gungan agrees to guide you, there's no telling what dangers might await you in these areas. Promise me you'll be careful."

"I will, master. With Tidal there, I'll at least have someone to help me in case something unexpected happens. But even if he doesn't know what to do, I'll try my best to keep out of trouble."

"Good. And hopefully, we'll find the relic before the Sith get here." Twilight nodded again, as Celestia called Tidal and they began making preparations. They would need to be ready for anything, if they wanted to achieve their objective before it was too late.

The next day.

As soon as the sun was up the next day, the Jedi and the queen headed down to the Naboo harbour. There, Bosh was waiting for them along with another Gungan dressed in some form of underwater battle armor. A green ship was also floating in the water, which looked like it could only sit three individuals.

Bosh stepped forward, gesturing to the Gungan. "This Sclash. He fastest Gungan swimmer and excellent deep sea tracker. He get you there and keep you safe."

"Thank you," Tidal told Sclash. "We know going into an area that's considered forbidden is hard for you. We appreciate what you're doing."

Sclash nodded. "Sclash will do what it takes, to keep home safe." He turned away from them and dove into the water, as Twilight and Tidal moved to climb into the submarine.

"Be careful down there," Flash told them.

"We'll be fine," Twilight assured him. "You be careful if they show up and attack." Flash nodded and once the pair were properly seated and buckled up, the canopy of the sub closed and Tidal powered it up. "You ever driven something like that?"

"This'll be the first time I've driven a Gungan ship. But it looks about the same as any other submersible." He flipped several switches and turned a few gauges, causing the ship to power up. "Perfecto." He grabbed the control stick and pushed it forwards, the ship moving away from the dock and picking up speed. And once they were going fast enough, Tidal had the sub sink below the water.

Twilight watched, as the light of the sun was slightly blocked out and Tidal switched on several lights to illuminate the area around them. Sclash was swimming down beside them and grabbed onto a handle on the outside of the ship, allowing him to be pulled down with them.

The gungan kept an eye out around them, making sure there wasn't anything that was going to attack them. It was unlikely, so close to a city, but still possible. "Alright," Tidal announced, "uploading course to the GPS. Time to destination, three and a half hours."

"Yikes," Twilight turned to Sclash. "Is he gonna be able to last that long? I know he can breath underwater, but aren't Gungans supposed to be land dwellers."

"He'll be fine," Tidal assured her. "I doubt he would have been picked to accompany us, if he couldn't survive down here for that long." Twilight nodded and turned her attention back to the route they were heading down. There was no telling what was waiting for them in the murky depths.

Up in space, the Sith were only a few hours away from the planet.

Currently, Solara was in one of the Destroyer's hanger bays. There, multiple droids were in the midst of being built. They were large robotic stingray droids, purple in colour with tails that were a bunch of metal blades that spun in opposite directions. The mouths had retractable blasters in them, whilst the wings were designed to allow them to move through the cruellest of waters.

Solara nodded, as she reached the area Armalum was working.

The droid was currently working on some kind of missile-like device, that looked large enough to fit a single human inside of it. "You can't be serious?" She spoke up. "You're planning to shoot me out inside that?"

"Of course," Armalum banged his hands on the side of it. "Heavily armored and shielded against the heat of atmospheric entry. Once it hits the water, you'll be able to open it up and have no problem getting where you need to go."

Solara was clearly not happy about this, as Armalum stepped over to a table and picked something up. a belt.

"What is that?"

"Shield generator. It should keep you safe from the effects of the underwater pressure."

"Should?" Solara took the device and looked it over, feeling a little nervous that Armalum's contraption was going to fail when she needed it and she would end up a pancake at the bottom of the ocean.

"Hey, your body should already be able to handle over a hundred atmospheres of pressure. This is just to make things a little more comfortable. The only issue is there's only a limited battery." He showed her the front of the belt, which had a light on it. "Green means you're fine. Yellow means you should head towards the surface. But if it goes into the red, you'll only have a few minutes before the power runs out."

"That's reassuring," Solara took it. "What do I do to get out of there once I have the relic? I doubt the gungans are just going to let me swim past them."

"I have a plan for that," Armalum nodded. "Just let me handle that. You just focus on retrieving that relic before the Jedi get it." Solara frowned under her helmet, clearly not big on the idea of trusting her fellow General with this matter. But she didn't have any other choice.

An alarm suddenly went off and Tirek's voice called. "We're close to Naboo. Prepare to get into battle stations. We'll be in for a fight as soon as we come out of Lightspeed." Solara and Armalum nodded, the droid getting to work finishing his Solara delivery system. Solara could do nothing but watch, praying she didn't regret this.

Celestia was back in the queen's council room, the pair watching a map that showed Twilight's progress to the trench.

"They should get there soon," the Queen announced. "It doesn't appear they've run into any issues yet. Let's just hope they're able to keep up the progress." However, at that moment, an alarm went off and the map changed to show a 3D Naboo with several red dots moving towards it. "A ship is currently inbound."

Celestia frowned. "It's time." She opened her gauntlet and sent out a call. "All Jedi, the Sith are here. Get to your ships and prepare to meet them." A series of responses replied, as Celestia cut the call and turned to the queen.

"Begin evacuation procedures," she informed one of her soldiers. "Have the gungans prepare for battle and get our ships in the air. We'll keep them from dropping their droids as long as we can." The soldier nodded and ran off, as Celestia turned to head out.

Twilight and Tidal continued to make their way through the ocean depths, completely unaware that the attack was about to begin.

were now about three miles under the surface, making their way through a coral reef that was full of different fish. Sclash remained held onto the outside, watching out for any dangers they might face. And the entrance to the trench was getting closer and closer.

They steered around some kelp and as they did, they came across some kind of puffer fish creature that swelled up as soon as it saw them. But Sclash took some kind of stick off his back that extended and sparked at the end.

The fish seemed to not like the sight of that weapon and deflated, the water flying out of its body propelling it away from them.

Tidal was about to move the ship forward, but Sclash knocked on the canopy and pointed at an area of corel before shaking his head. Clearly, there was something there that they needed to avoid. As such, Tidal turned the ship to go around that area.

"We're not far from the trench," Twilight announced. "We should be there in a few minutes." But as she said that, the ship's console beeped. "What's that?"

"A message is being sent through." Tidal opened the message and found it was a warning from the Gungan palace.

"Invaders have arrived. All Gungan prepare for battle." Twilight and Tidal frowned, knowing this meant the Sith had arrived. They needed to get to the trench and quick.

An hour after the ship was detected, the Destroyer could finally be seen from the surface.

As the giant ship got closer to the planet, other ships had taken off to confront them. This included Flash, Shining, Rainbow and Spitfire, who were all flying in their Delta-Xs and leading the other ships.

Leading the group, Shining got the Destroyer on the radar and frowned. "Only one?" This confused him, since most of the time the Sith attacked with multiple ships at once. "They had plenty of ships during the last attack and none of them were destroyed. What gives?"

It was then that Shining's console detected something from the Destroyer. it had launched something.

"Projectile, inbound!" The ships all prepared to fire at and destroy it before it could hit them. But it exploded much quicker than they expected. "What?" The smoke was quickly overwhelmed by a green mist, which began to spread out in all directions. "This can't be good."

"Springer," Flash pushed his ship ahead of the others. "Prepare to analyse a sample of this mist." Springer nodded and Flash quickly shot through the mist, allowing Springer to take a sample before Flash pulled back out of it.

The other ships were also turning around, not wanting to risk damage to their ships. "Flash!" Shining cried through the coms, "don't be an idiot. That stuff could start affecting your ship. Get to the ground and land before you fall out of the sky."

"I don't think we have to worry about that," Springer stated. "My analysis shows it'll have no effect on mechanical systems. It's not acidic and will be filtered through the engine without any adverse effects."

"Then what the heck is it?" Flash asked, as Springer continued to study it. And after a few minutes, he realised what it was and gasped. "What?"

"Open a channel to Celestia. Hurry!"

Celestia and the Queen were out on a balcony, watching as the troops began to fill the city and areas outside of it.

They had seen the explosion and saw the green mist, which made them both worry something bad was going down. And then, Celestia got a call on her Gauntlet. "Flash? What's wrong?" She expected the Padawan to reply, but heard Springer's voice.

"Master Celestia. You need to get inside and get the troops indoors as well. That mist is going to pollute the entire planet's atmosphere. Anyone who breathes it, will fall into a deep sleep. Get inside and get somewhere that's sealed." Springer's warning made her eyes go wide.

She looked up at the Destroyer and frowned. "They did it to us again." Flash had been right about them changing up their attack strategies. Since their ground forces were mainly droids, it made sense they would attack using some form of chemical weapon. "Your majesty. You need to get somewhere safe. Is there a bunker or something you can use?" The queen nodded, "then head there. And make sure it's sealed tight."

"Okay," she began to walk off whilst Celestia stared up at the spread green mist. She had time before it arrived. Time she would need to get what she needed.

She spread her wings and took off, flying towards the hanger as she activated her gauntlet. "Pinkie, you there?"

"I'm here, master."

"Put on an atmospheric shield suit. And get one ready for me. I get the feeling we're going to need them."

Celestia wasn't wrong. As the green mist spread throughout the atmosphere, those under the blanketed sky found themselves suddenly getting very tired. The queen quickly sent out a major warning announcement to everyone on the planet, telling them to land all vehicles and stop any actions that could result in injury if they suddenly fell asleep.

The warning was quickly heeded and soon, there wasn't a single vehicle or piece of heavy machinery active on the planet. The only ones that remained were the ships currently flying around the capital, Flash and the others remaining in their airtight machines and using the stored oxygen onboard.

As soon as the area of the planet's capital was covered, the Destroyer finally began its next step, descending to just above the cloud before dropping a bunch of pods down onto the planet.

These pods flew through the cloud, not doing anything to disperse it, and landed in the fields just outside the city. And once they were on the ground, the pods began to open up and release the droid army. Battle Droids. Wasp Droids. Even Scorpion Droids. They all began to activate and get into formation. And as soon as they were ready, the army moved towards the capital city.

Within the capital city, the soldiers were running back towards the castle. But the green clouds had already covered the place and were starting to change the atmosphere. Soon enough, the Naboo air became laced with a sleeping toxin that the soldiers were forced to breathe in before they could gain any kind of protection.

One by one, the soldiers felt themselves growing tired and began to lose strength in their legs. Within minutes, the streets were littered with the bodies of sleeping soldiers.

This left the city open to be invaded with no resistance whatsoever, as the droids got closer and closer to the gates.

But before they could get there, the droids found themselves getting blown up by a bunch of fighter ships. "You're not getting close to that city!" Shining told them, as he shot his lasers and blew up several Battle Droids.

"Bring it!" Spitfire cried, as she found a bunch of Wasp Droids flying up towards them. She quickly swerved around them, letting a few blast each other as they tried to shoot her. She then flew up above them and spun upside down, allowing her blasters to point downwards and gun several more down.

Rainbow and Flash were also shooting at some, but had to pull away when some of the Scorpion Droids fired at them. The blasts missed them, but one managed to hit a Naboo Fighter and destroy it. "Damn it!" Flash cried. "Springer. Target the scorpions and take them down!"

"Roger!" The droid cried, as he focused on the giant tank robots and prepared to blow them to bits. But as he fired, destroying one, the radar picked something up. "Fighters, incoming."

Flash looked ahead and sure enough, a bunch of fighters flew out of the cloud and shot towards them. And as soon as they were in sight, they started firing. "WOW!" Flash barely managed to avoid the lasers, Shining, Rainbow and Spitfire also avoiding along with several Naboo pilots. But some of them weren't so lucky and got hit and exploded.

Flash glared at the ships in question, as the one at the front caught his attention. This one was differently coloured to the rest, making Flash think it was carrying someone important.

And sure enough, as Flash and the fighter flew past one another, The Jedi saw who was at the controls. "Armalum." The sight of the droid made him frown, whilst Armalum glared back at him before flying past and attacking the other fighters.

Flash was soon attacked himself, forced to avoid the other fighter's laser fire and shooting back at them. Soon, the two squads of ships were dog-fighting and the droids on the ground were completely forgotten about.

As this was all happening, the Destroyer flew off towards the ocean. It was completely unnoticed, the green cloud covering its movements as the ships fought and the droids continued towards the city.

The Battle Droids, having only lost about a third of their forces from the fighter attack, saw the gates on the city and followed their programming to capture it and take out any sleeping soldier they could find. But as they approached the gates, they realised someone was standing in front of them.

Celestia, now wearing the special gloves, boots and mask to protect her from the toxins in the air, stood there with her Lightsaber drawn. The Jedi Grandmaster wasn't about to let them enter the city, even as the Battle Droids pointed their weapons at her.

She raised her hand and the Droids suddenly found their weapons being pulled out of their grasps and crushed, whilst several Wasps flew towards her and prepared their stinger weapons. But Celestia wasn't worried and prepared her sword.

But before they could fire, someone suddenly leapt into the air from atop the wall of the gate.

"WHEEEEEEE!" A pink figure spun around, swinging a blue energy whip around as she did. The whip fully extended and let out the sound of thunder, as it sliced through the blasters and seriously damaged the droids.

Pinkie landed, also wearing a mask, gloves and boots that were protecting her from the toxins in the air. Her smokey hair flickered, as she crouched like a frog ready to do battle. And as the Droids focused on her, they didn't notice Celestia as she flew forward and sliced several down with her sword.

The machines were taken entirely by surprise, as Pinkie bounced back into the air and flicked her whip around without even trying. One by one, the droids were being sliced in half.

Celestia nodded, as she blocked another droid's attack and cut it down. "That's it, Pinkie. We can't let them anywhere near the city." Pinkie nodded, as she landed in the middle of a large group and spun around to cut them up. There were a lot of droids, but not really as many as there usually were during an attack. The two of them could handle this.

Over in the pods that had brought the droids down, one remained closed.

But as it began to open, someone stepped out onto the field. Someone big and ready for a fight. "This is gonna be fun," Tirek laughed. He brought out his two double-ended red blades and ignited them, ready to cut down anyone who got in his way. "Maybe I can get myself a snack along the way." With that, he began to charge forward.

Twilight, Tidal and Sclash had finally arrived at the trench.

Sclash didn't look happy to be there, but nodded at the ones in the sub that he would follow them. Twilight nodded, as Tidal drove to the edge of the chasm and started pressing several buttons. "Let's see if we can find anything down there." He activated the echo locator and with a press of a button, the ship unleashed the sonic blast that filled the trench.

They waited and after a minute or so, they got a response.

"There!" Twilight pointed at the sonar screen. "A structure at the very bottom. It's gotta be the temple." Tidal agreed and was about to head down into the trench. But just as they were about to, a laser shot past them and hit the seafloor.

The following explosion, pushed them away and sent the sub spinning around. "What the?" Tidal looked around and saw the cause of the laser. The Sith's Ray Droids, which were swimming down towards them with their drill tails spinning and their mouth blasters at the ready.

Sclash took his staff off his back and leapt at the closest droid, stabbing the end into it and electrifying it. The droid vibrated, as the others fired their blaster at him. He quickly pushed himself away from the first droid and swam around, avoiding them as best he could.

He then looked back at the sub and pointed at the trench, obviously telling them to get down there whilst he dealt with the droids.

"We can't just leave him!" Twilight turned to Tidal, who was looking around the controls and frowned.

"I don't think we have a choice. This thing doesn't have any weapons." And at this pressure, we can't fight them. We have to get down there and find the relic." Before Twilight could argue, he pushed the sub forward and into the trench.

They dived downwards, as Sclash continued to fight against the droids. But it wasn't proving easy. The Gungan dodged a tail and pressed a button on his belt, sending out a distress signal to his people as he stabbed another machine with his electro-staff. He didn't know how long he could last, but he would do whatever it took to protect his home.

Back on the Destroyer, the ray droids had all been deployed. And now that they had reached the area they would need to protect, it was time to launch the second stage of the plan.

The rocket had been moved over the Destroyer's loading bay and once it was in position, the claws released it and the missile fell out of the ship. It flew through the air and fell towards the ocean, as rockets on the back and sides fired to make it pick up speed.

Eventually, it smashed into the water and created a large wave as it dove deeper and deeper.

The rockets continued to fire until they were out of fuel, the propulsion allowing it to get deeper and deeper. Until, finally, the whole thing split into four pieces and broke apart. Doing so revealed Solara, the Sith diving down using an aqua scooter and the belt to protect her from pressure.

She dove down and saw Sclash, fighting against the Ray Droids. She then spotted the tench and pushed her scooter to full speed, allowing her to dive down towards the temple. She knew a Jedi was likely down there, but she wouldn't let that stop her. She would get the relic, no matter what.
