Twilight Sparkle runs into an unlikely ally as she learned where Megan is located.

6. Friends and Foe Work Together

Still in Moleville, Twilight and her friends are figuring out their next move.

"With four stars still out there," Twilight said, "the Smithy Gang will be on guard."

"Indeed." Geno agreed.

Mallow carries out some fireworks. "I don't know why. But, I feel these fireworks might come in handy."

"Keep them with you." Twilight suggested.

Suddenly, a group of strange creatures ran past them. They were chasing a little beetle.

"Come, little beetle." The creatures said. "You will make a splendid wedding gift for master Booster."

As they left, Twilight got a little confused. "Who's this Booster character?"

One of the moles came to tell them the answer. "Booster is sort of a weird character. There's rumors that he's ready to get married."

"Married?" Mallow gasped. "I wonder who's the unfortunate bride."

"She's like a charming princess. That beautiful blonde hair wrapped in a pretty red bow."

Twilight figured who this princess like girl is. "That's got to be Megan!"

"The brave human girl from the days of Ponyland?" Geno asked.

"That's her. Last time me and my friends saw her is while battling Chrysalis at the Castle of Two Sisters."

"Probably before the Smithy Gang came along."

"What are we waiting for?" Mallow said. "Let's go rescue your friend."

After stocking up on supplies, the trio left Moleville, and headed for Booster Pass. After about an hour of traveling, they find themselves in front of a tower.

"That trip wasn't easy." Mallow said. "But, we found good items and increased our magic power."

"You're right, Mallow." Twilight replied. "And, we learned new magic powers."

Geno then saw something at the tower. "What's that?!"

The crew saw an unusual sight. It was the wayward changeling, Chrysalis. Twilight called out to her. "CHRYSALIS!"

Chrysalis turned, and saw who called her. "Princess Twilight! Believe it or not, you're a sight for sore eyes."

"I wondered what happened to you." Twilight inquired.

"After that giant sword crashed into the castle, I got nervous and ran off. I was looking for anypony to help me. Even if it's you, the princesses or any of your friends."

From the top balcony, the missing girl, Megan, was tearing up. But, she heard familiar voice. She looked down and sees Twilight and company. She then called out to them. "Twilight! I'm up here!"

Twilight looks up, and sees her. "Megan! She's okay!"

Geno looks at the door with concern. "How will we get in? This door is locked."

"Stand back, little puppet." Chrysalis said.

Using her channeling powers, Chrysalis transformed into a bull, and charged at full speed, ramming the door. The door broke apart as Chrysalis returned to normal.

"That was amazing." Mallow gasped.

Chrysalis brushed her mane back. "Let's work together to rescue your friend."

"You want to join forces with us?" Twilight said with shock.

"Yes I do. I feel it's the right thing to do."

"Okay, Chrysalis. Welcome to the team."

With Chrysalis helping them, the heroes went into the tower. As they look around this area, Twilight explained everything to Chrysalis about their adventure so far.

"So, this Smithy Gang has to be stopped by assembling this Star Road." Chrysalis pondered.

"That's right." Geno replied. "We found three stars so far. And, we still have four more to find."

"Sounds to me like you three had quite an adventure so far."

They soon encountered a ball and chain. But, the ball came alive and started to bite.

"It's a Chain Chomp!" Twilight gasped.

Chrysalis looked at this creature with interest. She then walked over to it. "I'll need some privacy here."

Twilight, Mallo, and Geno turned around so not to disturb Chrysalis. A minute later, she returns with the Chain Chomp by her side.

"It seems as if this Booster locked up this Chain Chomp in this tower." Chrysalis said. "If you ask me, this character is a wack job!"

"Either way, we have to find this Booster guy." Twilight said. "We have to save Megan from this maniac."

"Then, I'm taking this critter with me. I have a feeling it might help us in rescuing your friend."

The four heroes continue their journey into Booster's Tower. They enemies tried to tackle them. But, the Chain Chomp Chrysalis brought with them was coming quite handy. They soon found a strange person with a raggedy beard. Twilight seed this man.

"I'll bet that's Booster." Twilight said.

The creepy man turned and sees the group.

"Ah, Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship." Booster said. "I was hoping to meet you someday."

"Well, we're not impressed with your off beat personality." Twilight protested.

"So, how do you and your travel mates like my tower?"

"We've seen worse. I saw the environment of Tartarus. Now, where's Megan?!"

Booster soon had a thought. "So, that's the name of my future bride."

"BRIDE?!" Everybody gasped.

"You plan to marry that maiden?" Geno protested.

"Correct." Booster said. "Since she fell from the sky, I felt she's an angel."

The four travelers took up a battle stance.

"Not if we have anything to say about it!" Twilight said.

Booster ran off with the foursome following him. They jumped down to the bottom of the tower.

"Where is that guy?" Mallow asked.

Geno saw something on the distance. "Look, there he is!"

The group spotted Booster riding a cart with Megan in the back. She was tied up so she doesn't escape.

"Twilight!" Megan called out. "Help me!"

"Hang on, Megan!" Twilight replied. "We're coming!"

Mallow hopped on Twilight as Geno rode on Chrysalis. The two winged ponies took off. Booster saw his pursuers and got nervous.

"You won't get away now, creep!" Megan said. "Twilight and her friends will rescue me."

"Never!" Booster said. "Nobody must disrupt our wedding. We're going to have a lovely life together."

"Yuk! I rather shovel cow poop."

Twilight and company continued to pursue Booster. They avoided the blasts from his Spitsters to keep up with their target. But, Booster got ahead of them fast. After landing, Twilight and her friends wondered where Booster went.

"Look." Mallow said. "This sign says that this road leads to a village named Marrymore."

"Sounds like a good place for a wedding." Chrysalis figured.

Twilight directed her crew. "It's time for us to crash this wedding!"

Twilight, Mallow, Geno, and Chrysalis head for Marrymore to rescue Megan from being married to the wacko Booster. Will they be able to succeed?
