On a routinely boring night filled with past reflections, Princess Luna receives word of a mysterious creature prowling the small town of Hollow Shades. It leads her to discover a species once lost to myth, a legendary predator, a human vampire.

Queen Chrysalis manages to create a stable living filly, birthed from the DNA of each of the individual Elements of Harmony. However, her goals to be desired from this, may be much harder to achieve than she first expected.
