When a human is selected as a fighting champion to fight against three other opponents, using Equestria as a battle ground, what happens?

What happens when Twilight and her friends get sexually attacked by changelings? What happens when they have to go and get the fedora of healing? What happens when I write this out as a ironic insult, and make it as edgy and cringe worthy possible?
