An inventor causes some chaos in a market street as he chases down a runaway invention.

It's a late night, and a tavern full of ponies are stuck inside of a tavern during a heavy storm. Everypony is in a bad mood, but one stallion with his rather unique pet seems to remain eternally and almost frustratingly happy and cheerful.
