Time is not natural, and thus, it must be maintained and controlled. But who makes sure time stays fixed?

It is rumored that deep in the Everyfree lives an elusive creature. No one has ever seen it and those that had never lived to tell the tale. *Chuckle*... if only that was true. I know of the creature. And I am far worst than the rumors.
