My name is Terrence Thurston and today I met some... strange individuals. Some WEIRD shit ensues.

A lone girl wakes up in a white nothingness with nothing but the clothes on her back and a mysterious sword in hand. Left with no memories save for a name, she must venture to a hellish world to find the answers she seeks.

So remember when I was just suddenly in Equestria? Everything had gone to hell and I died from blood loss like half an hour after I got there? Yeah well, I'm alive again and in a different Equestria... and this one doesn't look too much better...

Peace had finally been achieved after years of war, but then they came—the monsters who would devour the world. In a desperate attempt to survive, we united and became the ones who would devour the monsters. It's been 113 years since that day.

A lowly servant, a simple pawn, a means to an end, a reluctant daughter, but above all else... a capable student. When it comes to magic, Twilight Sparkle is always ready to learn, and Grogar is more than happy to teach the filly everything he knows.

Everypony has skeletons in their closet that they'd rather nopony ever found out about. For me, that might've been a bit more literal than I would've liked to admit. Now I'm unlocking that closet and pulling the skeletons out for everypony to see.

Sometimes life doesn't work out how you want. Sometimes there's joy, sometimes there's suffering, often times life can be as cruel as it is kind, but you have to take the bad with the good. That's life, and Twilight Sparkle has no choice but to live.

Things haven't worked out quite the way I'd hoped, but we've all made our decisions, and I won't let any lingering regrets stop me from doing what needs to be done. We might be too late to stop what's coming, but we won't know for sure unless we try.

My name is Twilight Sparkle, and this is an unofficial record of my experiences serving as an agent of P.O.U.T. Yes, it's against regulation, but buck regulation. I'd rather not fall apart when it counts and the documentation keeps me sane.
