The Doctor and his entourage travel to the year 3036 in Fillydelphia, over one thousand years in the future. There, they meet a strange group of people with a horrible plan to destroy Equestira.

The Doctor takes Pinkie, Rainbow Dash, Vinyl, Octavia, and his trusted companion, Derpy back twenty years to see what Ponyville was like before their time. What they find is far different form what they ever expected.

Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash have been together for the past few months, but are reluctant to tell their friends about it. Meanwhile, Big Mac and Fluttershy have their two year anniversary coming up and are thinking about moving in together.
