Tired of the uselessness of the Royal Guards, a single guard tries to reform the latter. In doing so, Equestria would be changed forever as it sees it's first military establishment in 1000 years.

A human is transported to Equestria but is a Changeling Leader, a rank that is equal to queen. He has to make tough decisions to help the hive or now named horde survive.

A pony is out for revenge as he fights himself, the elements, and people who get in his way.
