Necore's super fun house of adventure and "Hero-ing"!
The team is made! Of dogs and dragons!
After some events in the last story about this one crazy evil fucker named Jon, Necore takes over as the new crazy evil fucker! Wonderful news right? Anyway, our first chapter takes place here in Stalliongrad, near a well known bar called The Hall.
Necore leaned on the outside wall of the Hall, watching as ponies and other beings entered. He had to admit this was boring as fuck, and if he remembered right Mango would still be recovering for a while, so why not try and score a few drinks while he does? He flicked his hood up and made his way to the huge D-dog bouncer that let things in. “Hey big fella, long time no see! Mica right? Great to see ya again! I need to get hammered so I’ll just sneak by ya.” Necore made his way in, the huge dog watching him curiously as he did so. The place was packed as usual, drinking here, eating there, a little vomit in the corner. “This is a drinker’s paradise!” Necore laughed and began to push his way to the bar. It took a bit, being physically stronger then a 2 year old made it rather difficult, especially if there is a young dragon in the way that weighs as much as a blue whale.
Finally getting to the bar, he ordered some non-copyrighted booze. Of course he wasn't going to pay, what? He’s a bad guy, of course he won’t. He looked around as he drank, wondering if anything exciting would happen, and as if on cue, a d-dog was thrown off the second floor and landed on a table not too far away. “...I didn’t even start anything this time.” He said with a grin as he watched the dog get back up and shake her fist at the second floor.
“And you said you’d buy me a drink!” She yelled and jumped off the table, apparently she didn’t see she landed in someone’s booze.
“HEY!” The fully drunk earth pony slammed his hoof onto the table. “I’as drinkin dat!”
“Better luck next time sweetheart.” For a diamond dog, she had very good speech. “I have to go get that free drink.”
“Yer mean MAH free drk!” The pony slurred and stumbled after her, which was VERY funny to watch. He was stumbling into other tables, spilling more drinks, pissing off more drunk bar inhabitants. After around table fifteen or so the drunk idiots started to push and shove each other. Necore looked to his side and saw the dragon from before, he didn’t notice this at first but it was a black dragon, one of them stronger ones and more of a bad temper. Necore then looked at his half empty drink and shrugged, splashing the rest of it on the dragon. After a few minutes of not being punched by a optimus prime Necore looked at the dragon again and saw he was blindfolded.
“Yeh alright there?” Necore asked and waved his hand in front of the dragon’s face, then a loud snore came from the beast, which made Necore jump like a bitch. “How can you get splashed in the face and NOT wake up? Hell how did he even fall asleep?” As these questions ran through Necore’s mind of amazing, the dragon slowly came back into the waking world.
“What happened?” He muttered and rubbed his head. “All I remember is shattering glass and a loud thump...”
“My good sir, I do believe your were the victim of a half drunk diamond dog being thrown off the second story of this fine establishment.” Necore spoke as he continued to wave his hand in front of the blindfolded dragon’s face. The dragon turned its head towards him.
“...What are you doing?”
“Sorry, I was trying to SEE if you were ok.” Necore barely held back a chuckle, though the dragon did NOT look amused. “I’m sorry, did you SEE the punchline on that one?” He let out a quiet growl as Necore began to silently lose his shit. The dragon slowly got up from his seat, standing tall on two legs, and leaned forward a little so he was standing over Necore.
“Meet me outside of town.” He then PLOWED his way through the carnage that was the bar fight, I mean it he gave NO FUCKS about what happened and just walked through them, he took a chair to the head and didn’t even flinch. He left the bar with no damage whatsoever on his person, must be the black dragon scales. Leaning back in his chair, Necore watch the fighting for at least 20 minutes until he got bored and left his seat to leave, but while he was doing so the D-dog from before latched onto his back and jabbed her heels into his sides.
“YAH! YAH! GO MY STEED!” Somehow, that made Necore run forward through the crowd of fighting beings until they made it outside. “Good boy! I shall keep you as my new pet!” She hopped off his back and patted him on the head. “I’m Skyhaven, what’s yours?”
“Necore, at your not-so-eager service.” He did a half bow, his sides still hurting from the last event. “Can I ask why you just rode me like a horse?”
“Because you were there doing nothing.” She shrugged with an adorable face. “It’s not every say ya get to see a undead.” She looked at him and smiled. “So, what are you up to?”
“I’m going to go get into a fight with a blind dragon.” He said while cracking his back, Skyhaven got an excited look on her face.
“Oh! I wanna SEE!” They both paused for a moment, before bursting out laughing. At some point during the venture to the outside of town Skyhaven relocated herself back onto Necore’s back/head, acting like a little kid at the carnival. She pointed to things she wanted, kicked Necore to go faster at time, and nearly stared a guard into a coma, mainly because of the goofy face she was making.
“When you make that face, I see nothing wrong with it, but when ponies see it that flip the fuck out.” Necore commented, looking behind him to the guard collapsing under his own weight. “How’d you even do that?”
“I dunno, it just scares things.” She shrugged. “So, this guy is a dragon?”
“Yup.”
“And he’s blind?”
“Yuppers.”
“And you picked a fight with him?”
“Ok, the viewers at home don’t need a recap, calm down.” Necore chuckled, as did she. The gates were right in front of them by now, and the guards wanted NOTHING to do with them, and they were smart not to. “Excuse us gentlemen.” Necore bowed his head slightly, it must have been confusing to the guards to see a skeleton giving a blond diamond dog a piggy back ride while she gives them her goofy look. Outside, in front of the forest, there sat the blind dragon, he seemed to be meditating or something. “Oi! I’m here! And I brought another one who made fun of your sight!”
“Traitor!” Skyhaven conked Necore on the head hard enough to knock it to the ground, then proceeded to jump off his back.
Necore picked his head up and popped it back on. “Right, so what did you want?” He looked (Heh) at the dragon again with a questioning look.
“I’m going to teach you a lesson about not picking on others.” He jumped off his rock and unhitched that huge battle axe from his back.
“I’m scared witless.” Necore laughed and pulled his scythe out of his ribs.. “Oh please forgive me!”
“Lier.” Skyhaven pulled out a shiny looking dagger and eyed the dragon teen. “Any suggestions?” She asked Necore.
“Lets try not to die for starters, that be one of the angriest dragons among the species, and their scales are harder than the heads of those drunks back in the Hall.” Skyhaven inhaled through her teeth.
“Ohhh, this is going to be a tough one.” Necore nodded in agreement, he was surprised the dragon let them talk first, he is rather polite. Necore moved first, being as fast as he was he flew across the battlefield, scythe raised high in the air. The dragon moved surprisingly quick, before Necore could attack he took a large step forward and introduced his scaled palm to Necore’s stomach region, which shattered him.
Necore was making a rather confused face as his head rolled back over to Skyhaven, who was also making a confused face. “Well, this is weird.” Necore said as his bones began to walk/roll/crawl over to him for re-assembly. “He SAW me coming from a mile away!” Both he and Skyhaven began to crack up, which only made the dragon more pissed of, seeable from the fire coming from his nostrils. “Welp, your turn.” He looked to Skyhaven, who was bent over in a running position. “....Dyum.” She took off running at the dragon, claws outstretched on one paw and a glowy dagger in the other. The dragon got ready to do whatever it was he would do as she got closer, but she stopped suddenly and threw some dirt at him, which threw him off long enough to put a tiny scratch in his scales. She jumped backwards,back over to Necore and watched the dragon wipe the dirt off himself.
“...Thats it?” He called, then noticed a little burning sensation coming from where she put a scratch on his scales. He hovered his hand over the burning area and found that it was actually hotter than what he felt. “What the...?”
Skyhaven was grinning all the while he was being confused. “Boom.” She said with a very out of place happy tone, after which the area cut exploded. This sent the dragon flying into a tree, not breaking it but making it lean to the side. “Didn’t SEE that one coming huh!?” She called while laughing, by this time Necore was half rebuilt and was also laughing with Skyhaven. The dragon teen almost roared with anger and began to spit fire at the both of them, Necore took this head on for he couldn’t move yet and Skyhaven rolled to the side.
“You had damn long enough to move me!” He yelled after the onslaught of fire, most of his exposed bones burned black.
“Yeah, well, you're a big boy, you can deal with a little burn.” She stuck her tongue out at him.
“Does this look like a little!?” Necore gestured to his entire upper body, scorched and cracking. Skyhaven looked at him a while then nodded, Necore just facepalmed. “Always the crazy ones...Anywho.” He pointed at the dragon teen and shot him with a bolt of lightning, this time the force from the hit making him break down the tree behind him. “Look buddy, when you burn the bones you’ve gone too far, I’m going to have to kill you now.” The dragon got up from the wreckage of the tree and dusted himself off, virtually unharmed from the blast. “...You are one tough son of a-!” Before Necore could finish the dragon burst forward with a flap of his wings and connected his fist to the skeleton mage’s face, effectively sending it shooting backwards and into the wall around the city of Stalliongrad. Skyhaven had only seconds to react/laugh at Necore before she met the bad end of an angry dragon’s foot, sending her a good distance down the edge of the forest.
“I hope this teaches you a lesson...” The blind dragon muttered and latched his large axe to his back. He began to make his way back to the town gate when Necore’s headless body grabbed him by the shoulder, the scorches healing quickly.
“Now you see friend,” Necore’s head levitated from it’s place in the wall and over to his head, his eye sockets glowing slightly, making it seem like he had actual eyes. “Ya don’t just ‘win’ against someone like me, I gotta make ya work for it of course.” Necore then reached into his chest cavity and pulled out a baseball sized purple gem, it began humming with power the longer it was exposed to the magic filled world it was just introduced to. The dragon shivered slightly, it was as if the gem was sapping his energy, he needed to get away from it and the skeleton fast. He quickly spun around and grabbed Necore’s arm, uppercutting his elbow area, effectively breaking it. Necore yelped in pain and jumped away from the dragon while he jumped back away from the skeleton.
“Looks as if I’m going to have to work quickly while near you...” He mumbled and cracked the bone in his fist. Necore snapped his arm back into un-broken-ness and levitated the gem behind himself. The dragon undid the knot around his axe and tossed the heavy weapon to the side.
“Big man fighting without his weapon? Brave, stupid, badass, monolong yadda yadda.” Necore waved his hand around while rolling the small orbs of energy the formed his eyes. “Come at me bro!” He yelled while making a bow and arrow out of fire. The dragon took a deep breath and just as Necore fired the arrow of fire he shot forward with the speed of an angry rainbow pony. Necore thought he saw the sound barrier for a second there before the rapid fire punches from the dragon met his chest. Necore could hardly believe a dragon could move this fast but then he remembered the dragon was blind, so the shock of it kinda faded after the first assault.
The dragon took this opportunity to quickly axe kick the gem to the ground by doing a handstand on Necore’s shoulders while he was stunned from the quick onslaught. When the gem hit the ground Necore yelled out in pain and clutched his chest, half from the bone breaking barrage of fists just attacking him and from the gem being damaged. Necore fell to his knees and clutched his broken chest, coughing horribly. The dragon let out a puff of fire into the air from the breath he took earlier. He walked back over and picked up his axe, latching it onto his back, and as he started walking away Necore stood back up. “Hold on one sec.”
“What now?” The dragon turned back to the skeleton, obviously not in the mood for small talk. Necore made the best skeleton grin he could muster.
“Wanna join my team?” There was silence between the two for a long while, the dragon was honestly not surprised at the invitation, his display of asskickery attracted all kinds of new adventurers to him to join their expeditions and such. He thought about it, obviously this skeleton was evil, and very, VERY stupid. Maybe if he actually joined he could keep innocent murders to a minimum. He shrugged, and nodded.
“Sure.”

Sweet jebus its been forever, lets try and get some work done shall we?
Everyone was sore to say the least, most of Necore’s bones were broke and burned, Skyhaven had been kicked in the chest hard enough to go flying almost a mile and Nedark, the dragon that kicked everyones ass, had been blown up and shot with a lightning bolt. Sore hardly described it, so these misfits went back into town and rented a room for three to rest up. Necore was laying in a bathtub filled with aloe vera for the burns and his broken bones were tied together so they would regen right, Skyhaven was laying on one of the beds with an icepack the size of a childs swimming pool on her chest, and Nedark was sitting on one of the beds meditating to try and get rid of some of the pain he was currently feeling. Necore let out a loud groan as he layed in his tub. “Remind me to never make a blind joke again.”
“I don’t see how we could stop you.” Skyhaven grumbled from under the icepack. Nedark made a low growl at the joke. “Easy tiger, lets not repeat the pain fest.”
“Then knock it off with the jokes.” He grumbled, lowering his head. Necore let out some incoherent sound which points out he had fully submerged himself in the aloe vera. “I must have burned him bad...”
“Ya sure did, why else do you think he is in there drowning himself?” Skyhaven grumbled again. Nedark turned his head towards her, but went back to looking down. “So how did ya end up with the no eyesight thing?” She asked rather bluntly.
Nedark sighed, and stretched. “I was born blind, the blindfold is suppose to point that out to some degree.” Skyhaven got up and gave him a look.
“How the hell does wearing a blindfold tell other you were born blind?” Nedark just sat there for a few moments before faceclawing. “There ya go smart one.” She turned her head towards the bathroom. “Yo bones, when are we leaving?”
“When the burns go away.” Necore called, reemerging from the burn-away. “Which shouldn’t take long, maybe 10, 15 minutes.” Skyhaven groaned and laid back down. They remained up in that room for maybe half an hour due to pretty much everyone falling asleep. After that half hour, Nedark was the first to awaken. He sat up for a few minutes before pushing himself off the bed and walking over to Skyhaven.
“Wake up, its time we got moving.” He poked her in the side with one of his claws, and let me tell you it does NOT tickle to be jabbed in the side with a sharp claw. Skyhaven shot up and punched Nedark straight in the jaw, which sent him crashing into the opposite wall.
“WHAT!? WHY DID YOU STAB ME!?” She yelled, pushing the ice pack with melted ice in it to the floor. Nedark shook the dizziness out of his head and gave her an angry look.
“I was waking you up so we could leave you insane dog.” He growled and rubbed his jaw. Skyhaven gave him a sheepish smile before rushing into the bathroom. With Necore’s skull being unmoving, it was hard to tell if he was awake or not. She looked down into his empty eye sockets and poked her fingers into them, detaching the skull from the body.
“Hey Bones! Wake up! We need to get amoving!” She shook his skull up and down rapidly until he started yelling at her.
“OK OK FINE PUT ME BACK AND LETS GO!” Skyhaven chuckled and snapped his head back onto his body. Necore then got out of the tub and shook off the aloe vera that clung to his bones. He grabbed his robe which was draped over the sink and put it on. “Alright, lets leave without paying.” Everyone agreed (Nedark a bit reluctantly) and they exited out the window. They walked around some stalls, buying food for the more alive members of the group and camping supplies. They then made their way to the Stalliongrad main gate. “Alrighty then!” Necore laughed and took the first step out. “Its time to go on adventures!”
“Thats good and all.” Nedark commented. “But where will we go?”
“ADVENTURE!” Yelled both Necore and Skyhaven, who grabbed Nedark and ran out into the wide wide world that would probably kill them in the next week.
