This is the story of Ren (whose name is soon changed to Dark) he was a dead human spirit floating around the world of the living. But he soon get a chance to have another life in Equestria. As a pony he explores Equestria with Luna and Twilight. But soon he realizes that a dark pony who gave him a shadow orb to help his magic was King Sombra he frequently tells Dark to come an help him rule Equestria. And so he has to learn how to not use his dark magic.
