The Darkness in Me

"No!! Stay away I can't be controlled! Nopony can help me!" I screamed as I ran through the Everfree forest.

Now a lot of you are wondering 'What the hell  is going on!?' Well it started a long time ago on the day of... my death. When I died (as a human) I was a spirit in the world of the living. I saw all my friends and family living their lives carrying on with their lives as if they didn't even care about me.  And at night as all of the living slept I just waited for something to help me get a new life so I don't make the same mistakes as I did in my human life. Then a dark figure came and slammed near my grave.

As the cloud of dust fell the figure became clear. It was a pony.

"I need you to come back to Equestria." the mysterious pony said as it walked forward.

"Are you talking to me?" I asked.

"Well is there anything else around?" the pony responded.

"Why do you need me?"

"I really don't need you to come with me I want you to."

"Huh!?"

"I heard you wanted a new life. And I'm making you an offer to come with me and get a new life in a new world."

"So... if I go with you I will get a new life?"

"Yes."

"Then I am at your command." I said as I grinned and bowed.

“Well then come, little one get on my back and I will take you to the land I promised.”

So I climbed on to the ponies back. Its majestic wings raised and flap with great power.As soon as we were about cloud height the pony said something.

“Hey, I didn't catch your name.”

“My name is Ren. And what is yours?”

“My name is Luna. Also I am a girl to let you know.”

“Wait did you just...” I asked before I got interrupted

“ Read your mind. Yes I am a alicorn don’t you remember me?” Luna asked with worry in her voice.

“ I don’t remember anything from my human life but my friend and family. So no... Sorry...” I said disappointed.

“Its fine as soon as you get your new body you will remember me and all of Equestria.” Then Luna’s horn began to glow and a portal opened up.

“Hold on tight Ren!” Luna exclaimed before she flew into the portal. I closed my eyes as it happened then I opened my eyes and I saw a bunch of animated ponies, pegasus, and unicorns.

“So this is Equestria, now lets get to the chambers so we can get you your new body and life.” Luna said as she smiled.

Then she began trotting and turned around. “Are you coming?”

“Oh.. Yeah!” I exclaimed as I floated over to Luna.

“Hello.” I said to a passing by pony The pony just keep on walking away.

“Hey Luna, Why didn't that pony see me?” I asked confused.

“Only I can see you for now. But as soon as we get you your body everypony will be able to see you.”

“ OK.”

At The Castle

“Celestia! I have him.” Luna yelled in the Castle.

“Bring him to the main hall.” Celestia voiced echoed. Luna and I walked (well I floated) to the main hall. A bunch of ponies were gathered with what seemed like a bunch of different horse like animals fur.

“We have the ritual already set up princess” said a pony with a purple and pink main.

“So! So! Where is he!?” Another pony said hyperactivity.

“He is right next to me Pinkie Pie.” Luna answered

“Well sorry princess we apparently can’t see him.” A white pony said.

“Well Rarity when the ritual is done you will be able to see him.” Luna replied

“Sure but lets get this over with.” A black pony said.

“Ren please get in the middle. Also take some of my mane so the can see at least where you are” Luna said with a voice of silk.

“ OK.” I said as I pulled a small piece of Luna’s mane and held it in my hand.

“So pick the fur the fur of a pony that you would like to be.” Twilight said. I look around and saw all types of horse like fur. The I picked them all up and pushed them to the middle.

“This is what I want Luna.” I answered

“Are you sure?” Luna asked

“Yes.” I answered

“OK, then lets get the ritual started. Now guards bring in the elements of...” Luna told the Guards before she got interrupted by the black pony.

“I would like to contribute this to help his magic when he is able to use it.” The black pony said as he pushed a shadow orb into the middle.

“Fine now bring in the elements of harmony!” Luna demanded

The the guards flew in with  the case holding the Elements of Harmony.and the all the ponies put them on but Celestia, Luna and the black pony.

“Now lets start the ritual.” Luna said  Then all the Elements of Harmony began to glow and so did Luna’s and Celestia’s and the black ponies as well. Then the fur, Luna’s mane and the shadow orb began to swirl around me and then my body started to change.

“AHHH!!!” I screamed. It felt like huge needles were holding my body as a ghost and were being pulled out slowly as well as a whole for the shadow orb to be inserted  and new ones were being put in a to make me a living creature again.

“Hold on Ren only a bit longer!” Luna tried to yell through all my screaming. But even with her smooth voice of silk It couldn't stop the pain.

“AHHH!!!” I keep screaming. Then I felt my body fall to the ground. Then I saw Luna and all the ponies dash up to me. But as I turned my head I saw the black pony say something I couldn't hear it but I could read his lips. “Please Ren, be OK.” Luna whispered to my ear then kissed my forehead. Then all faded to black.
