A Night Out

It was nearing 11:00 at night, the stars were still glowing like dozens of spotlights, and Luna's moon was lighting up the night sky. Meanwhile in the tent, Big Macintosh was asleep and Applejack was listening to her music softly, within a matter of minutes, she was fast asleep as well. Just then, a strange noise approached Applejack and her brother it was the sound of whimpering, they turned over and saw their little sister tossing and turning in her sleeping bag. She was having a nightmare!

**IN APPLEBLOOM"S NIGHTMARE**

Applebloom was out near the forest playing with her sister and brother, and her parents, by the name's of Apple Stem and Apple Core. They were playing in the fields when suddenly the beautiful blue sky went black and a sudden appearance of big, ugly, scary thunderclouds started developing. Applebloom shielded herself and hoped that her family would wrap themselves around her, but instead......

"HELP, APPLEBLOOM, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", said her parents. Applebloom turned her head and saw that her parents were clinging to a big oak tree, she then looked up and saw that the thunderclouds above her had connected and had transformed into a black hole and was starting to suck up everything.

Then the black hole started forming a mouth and teeth started to grow, ugly teeth with fangs oozing grey mucus, when it talked it sounded like the sand tiger from Aladdin that was the entrance to the Cave of Wonders. And it said to her, "Little Applebloom, you have touched the forbidden tree, now never again will you see the life of your family, from the last day of LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!" It said sucking up her parents. AAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPLLLEEBBLLLLOOMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" they said being sucked up into the black hole.

"MA', PA'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", she screamed, but she was too late, and within minutes, Applejack and Big Macintosh were up from the ground and into the black hole themselves, she then started screaming. But then somepony or something started calling her name, in a loud tone.

"APPLEBLOOM!"

"APPLEBLOOM!"

"APPLEBLOOM!"

"APPLEBLOOM!"

**END OF APPLEBLOOM'S NIGHTMARE**

She felt herself shaking, when she woke up she found Applejack and Big Macintosh sitting right beside her, when Applebloom started rubbing herself, she felt sweat streaming down her head. It was Applejack calling her name trying to get her to wake up.

Applebloom looked out the tent window and saw that there was no black hole or thunderclouds, nor anybody screaming. It was just a beautiful starry sky with Luna's moon shining. Applebloom turned back and saw that her sister's hoof was touching her shoulder. Applejack and Big Macintosh saw from the depressed look on her face that her nightmare was about their parents. Tears started falling down Applebloom's face, that when Big Mac picked her up and held her in his hooves. Big Mac then started stroking her mane in comfort.

"shhh, it's okay, it's okay." He said, Big Mac then handed Applebloom to Applejack, Applejack also calmed her down, "It's okay, sugarcube, it was jus' a little ol' nightmare. "You wanna sleep with me?" she asked, Applebloom nodded her head and crawled into her big sister's sleeping back. Applejack crawled in it as well, pulling the cover over her and Applebloom.

"Now don't ya' feel any better?" Appejack whispered, Applebloom could now feel the misery and despression being sucked out of her, she realized now that even though her parents were dead, she still had a sister and brother that care about her deeply and loved her more than anything. Applebloom snuggled up closer towards her and whispered, "yes", right before falling asleep.

Applejack saw her little sister asleep and wrapped her hoof around her and clutched her like a teddy bear because for Applejack whenever Applebloom was asleep like that, she was always her little teddy bear. Applejack smiled, kissed her head and fell asleep as well Big Macintosh opened his left eye and saw his sisters fast asleep like cats, he smiled as well and thought, "What would I be like without my sisters?" That's when a tune by Darius Rucker started playing in his head along with flashbacks and pictures.
