Episode 2: Night Of The Weeping Alicorns
"And this is the Ponyville Town Hall," said Derpy, finishing her tour of the town.
"Fascinating," said the Doctor. "And I suppose you have a democracy here?"
"Well, I guess we elect the mayor. But Mayor Mare has been Ponyville's mayor for as long as I can remember," Derpy answered. "And Princess Celestia and Princess Luna rule over all of Equestria."
"Princesses, so I guess the true ruler is a king or a queen?" asked the Doctor.
"No, just the princesses," Derpy replied.
"Oh, I see. This Princess Celestia seems very important. There are statues of her everywhere," the Doctor commented.
Derpy said, "I've never seen those alicorn statues before. And they don't look like Princess Celestia."
"Oh, no! Don't blink! Don't look away, don't close your eyes, don't even blink. Blink and you're dead!" the Doctor warned. "Those statues are weeping angels. Or more accurately for this world, weeping alicorns."
"What's a weeping alicorn? And why can't I blink?" Derpy asked.
"It's a life form that looks like a statue because it's only alive and able to move if you're not looking at it. If you stare at it, it's frozen in time. But every time you blink, it moves closer and closer until it gets you!" the Doctor exclaimed.
"Ah! They're getting closer! What happens if they gets us?" Derpy inquired.
"They send you back in time and feed of your potential energy. That is, you would have already died in the past and wouldn't be here anymore. I know, it's complicated," said the Doctor.
"How are we going to get away? They're all around us!" Derpy yelled.
"Duck!" yelled the Doctor, as the statues looked at eachother and were forever frozen as true statues.
Later, a cold breeze blew through the town, as Nightmare Moon arose in the dark. Nightmare Moon shouted, "Prepare for the greatest Nightmare Night you have ever seen! Now, you shall give us your candy or we shall eat you! AH, HA, HA, HAAA!"
"Oh, no you don't!" the Doctor answered.
"What? A puny earth pony challenges me?" Nightmare Moon questioned.
"I'm no mere earth pony! I am a Time Lord; the Time Lord from whom armies run away at the mere mention of his name. For I am the Doctor and the Doctor is in!" exclaimed the Doctor.
Scootaloo said, "Weak! Somepony's ruining Nightmare Night!"
Apple Bloom said, "Y'all know this is all in fun, right?"
The Doctor said, "Oh, sorry. I had no idea. I'm new here. So she's not really threatening you?"
Sweetie Belle said, "Heck, no. Princess Luna's just play-acting."
The Doctor ran up to Princess Luna and said, "So you're Princess Luna," as he shook her hoof. "I've been wanting to meet you. I hear you and your sister rule this land."
Luna said, "You've been wanting to meet me? We've already met, Doctor."
"We have?" the Doctor asked, "When? I've only just arrived."
"We met 2000 years ago," Luna answered.
"Oh. I guess I will at some point in the future travel to the past and meet you. It's all timey-wimey. I get confused," the Doctor said. "Well, you'd better get back to Nightmare Night. Don't want to disappoint the young ones. Come on, Miss Hooves! Why don't we go to the past and meet Luna for the first time?"
Derpy said, "I don't understand what you mean."
"Oh, you will. Follow me to the TARDIS," the Doctor said.
"What's a TARDIS?" Derpy asked.
"Time And Relative Dimension In Space; TARDIS. It's that blue box over there," the Doctor said as he pointed.
And off they went.

Episode 3: Derpy Saves The Doctor
"Whe, woo, whe, woo, whe, woo," the TARDIS "said" as it "landed" in Canterlot 2000 years in the past. The door opened.
"Come along, Derpy, " the Doctor said, stepping out of the TARDIS.
"Ooooo, things look different. Are we really in the past?" Derpy asked, following the Doctor.
"Yes, we are. Now, let's go to the castle and meet the princesses," said the Doctor. After a short while, "Ah, here we are. Now, do we just go in?"
"HALT!" said the castle guard. "State your business!"
Pulling out his psychic paper and showing it to the guard, the Doctor said, "We have an invitation from Princess Luna to meet her at the castle."
The guard said, "Go right on in, Mr. Time Turner and guest."
They entered the castle and saw Princess Celestia approaching them. In the royal voice, she said, "WHO ART THOU?"
The Doctor showed her the psychic paper and said, "We have an invitation to meet Princess Luna."
"DON'T LIE TO US! THAT PAPER IS BLANK!" Celestia said.
"Oh," the Doctor said, "You must have a highly evolved mind to see through my ruse. The weak-minded see an invitation on this paper. It works by mental suggestion. Actually, we've come from the future to meet Princess Luna."
"WHY?" Celestia asked, still in the royal voice.
"Because she told us we met her in the past. So here we are to meet her. In the past. It's confusing, I know." He paused. "By the way, you don't need to use the royal voice all the time. It would be more effective if you saved it for important proclamations, don't you think?" the Doctor advised.
"YOU HAVE a good point," Celestia said, reducing her volume. "Well, I suppose I better show you to Princess Luna."
With that statement, Luna burst through the door, ranting and raving about how the royal subjects do not appreciate the nighttime. "THESE PONIES SLEEP THROUGH MY NIGHT AND ENJOY YOUR DAYTIME! IT ISN'T RIGHT! IT ISN'T FAIR! THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE HOW HARD I WORK TO MAKE THE SKY BEAUTIFUL AT NIGHT!"
"I appreciate the nighttime," the Doctor offered. "But why do you say it's YOUR nighttime?"
Luna yelled, "DO I NOT RAISE THE MOON EACH NIGHT? I AM THE PRINCESS OF THE NIGHT! JUST LOOK AT MY MANE, MY TAIL, MY CUTIE MARK! ALL WILL SHOW YOU THE TRUTH!"
"Oh, of course. But you don't have to yell. We have come all the way from 2000 years in the future to meet you. Isn't that appreciation?" the Doctor asked.
Just then, they heard a loud noise and a scream coming from outside the castle. The group ran outside, just in time to see a dragon grab the royal guard. The Doctor ran forward, sonic screwdriver in hand. "DWWWWW," the device squealed. The dragon turned, dropped the guard, and roared at the Doctor. As the dragon lunged to bite him, Derpy pushed the Doctor out of the way.
It took the combined might of Celestia's and Luna's magic to put an end to the dragon's rampage. They teleported the dragon to Mount Darkness, where many dragons lived, and it was over.
"Derpy, I do believe you've saved my life," effused the Doctor. "Well, you princesses, too! Good show!"
"Is there a muffin store here?" Derpy asked.
"Muffins? We've been attacked by a dragon, you saved my life, and all you can think about is muffins? Ha, ha, ha," the Doctor laughed. "Of course, we'll get muffins." He turned to the princesses, "Is there a bakery around here? I must reward my assistant."
The princesses pointed the way to the bakery. "It was nice meeting you both again. I mean, for the first time for you, but again for me. Oh, you know what I mean. It's all timey-wimey. Goodbye for now!"
And as they went off to get muffins, the Doctor shouted, "Avante! Yes, I finally got it right! I knew eventually I'd think of something fantastic!"

Episode 1: The Doctor And Derpy
Hello, I'm the Doctor. I'm a time lord, I am lost, and I'm a pony! I don't know how I'm a pony, but I'm going to find out. Now, listen to my story....
It all started when I was configuring my TARDIS to go to Victorian London. A massive wave of scionic energy hit the TARDIS and sent me tumbling. I landed in a strange forest where there were manticore. Manticore of all things! Manticore! I snuck right past them and out of the forest.
Suddenly, I was stopped by a familiar face. Well, familiar now, anyway. It was a pony by the name of Ditzy Doo, or as I like to call her, Derpy Hooves.
She said to me, "Hi there sir, would you like a muffin?"
I couldn't believe it - a pony was talking to me!
I answered her, "You're talking! And you have wings! How is this possible?"
She said, "Of course I'm talking. Everypony talks! Except the foals. And of course I have wings; I'm a Pegasus! You didn't answer my question about the muffin. Would you like one?"
"Yes. I quite like muffins," I said. And I reached to grab the offered muffin with my...hoof! "Wwwwwhat's happened? I'm a pony!"
Derpy replied, "You know, you're one strange pony."
I said, "I wasn't a pony at all until a few minutes ago. I wonder how this happened? Was it in the TARDIS? Or after I landed here? And I wonder...how I'm holding this muffin? With my hoof! How..."
Derpy said, "Everypony holds stuff with their hooves, or their mouth. But you can't eat a muffin if you hold it in your mouth. You have to hold it with your hoof and take bites."
I said, "Do you have any butter? I love butter! Or at least I used to love butter. New mouth, new taste buds."
"Here," Derpy said, as she handed me some butter.
I took a bite. "Yes! I DO love butter!" I exclaimed.
After we ate the muffins, I asked her, "Would you like to be my assistant? You know, show me the ropes on how to be a pony?"
She said, "Sure! It really looks like you need some help, Mr... I don't know your name."
"I'm the Doctor. And you are?"
"My name's Ditzy Doo, but my friends call me Derpy Hooves," she said.
"Well then, Miss Hooves, why don't you show me around town?" I said.
"Sure. I'll take you to Ponyville," Derpy answered.
"Well then, let's go! No, that's too plain. I'll think of something better next time," I said.
And off we went.
