Sweetie Belle is depressed. Her leg just got broken after a bad experience with the cutie mark crusaders. However, Doctor Soft Heart is here to help. More than a simple friendship will join these two.

During an adventure with the cutie mark crusaders, Sweetie Belle gets a leg broken and is secluded to her bed. Depressed and bored, she mourns about her freedom. Rarity see this and rushes to find a doctor. Once she find him in a weird way, he sets out in a try to cure her. However, a series of events causes the law of a doctor of not to fall in love with a patient break up, for Sweetie Belle and Doctor Soft Heart's relationship soon starts to become in something more than a simple friendship.
