The Twilight (Sparkle) Zone

Picture if you will, a pegasus lost in the middle of nowhere, stumbles apon a hotel full of unicorns, who hastly accept her and let her stay untill the storm outside dies down. But after two nights, the storm only gets worse. The Pegasus offers to try to clear the it, but the storm is so intense that it would be suicide just to step outside. As the it rages on, the Pegasus starts to realise that the storm isnt the only thing scarry at this hotel, this, hotel of horrors.

Rainbow Dash

Thunder cracked over head. This was Dash's third morning at the 'Banjo Boy' Hotel. Even though the unicorns had accepted her into their hotel, they were still giving Rainbow dirty looks that said "Get da hell outta my hotel!" Even the clerk, an Alicorn named Twilight Sparkle, chose not to assist Dash with anything. The storm was SO intense, that magic couldn't even part the clouds. That or the Unicorns were just lazy as hell. Either way, Dash was still mad.

Rainbow pounded her hoof into the counter. "Well I don't give a damn if you cant fix the storm, it the noises in my room that keep me awake! It sounds like a pon'y voice. I think the hotel is haunted." She yelled for a final time to Twilight, who seemed to reach for something under the counter. Probably a knife. Dash thought.

"Now listen here, Dash," she growled. "My hotel is not, and I repeat, NOT, haunted! Now go back to doing, whatever, or i'll through you out into the storm. Dash stormed out of the lobby. Damn clerk. Shes' probably the one haunting me. Rainbow thought. But she dissmissed the idea. The voice sounded fer to happy and creepy to be Twilight's. Dash walked to the cafeteria, on the other side of the lobby. There she saw Rarity. The only Unicorn who seemed to like her. Dash took her seat by her 'Friend' Rarity set down the menu that she had been levitating.

"Hello Rainbow Dash! Sleep well?" She smiled. Dash smiled too. She shook her head. Sence the first night, Dash thought  the storm noises would help her sleep, since they always did. But it was the voice she keept hearing that kept her up. Rarity gave her friend a sympathetic look. "I'm sorry, deary. Was it the, ghost, again?" She said ghost very slowly, as if she was talking to a kindergartener. Rainbow nodded. Uncaring about her friend's comment.

The waiter came by. "For the beauty?" He asked with a twilkle in his eyes, which were settled on Rarity, who giggled. "Why, thank you! I'll have the 'Homard' with extra seasoning!" She giggled again. The Waiter laughed. "And for the Pegasus." He looked at Dash without sympathy. "Just a bottle of vodka." Rainbow laid her head on the table. The waiter grunted.

After he took his notes and left, Rarity looked to Dash. "I thought you didn't drink?" She said.

Dash just shrugged. "Hey Rare? Saantana is performing tonight. Think we can go see it after dinner?" Rarity smiled.

As the stallion sung atop the stage, Dash looked to the empty seat to her right. She swore she saw a pink-ish ghost... of an EarthPony! But as quickly as it had appeared, it disappeared. "Don't worry Dashie! It wont hurt much!" It faded with a laugh. Dash was the only one who herd it, apparently. Rainbow didn't bother screaming. Or raising her hooves and waving to the rythem of the music. She just sighed. Rarity senced her distress. But all Rarity did was put her hoof on Rainbow's leg. That only lasted for a seccond. Rarity turned right back to her music.

The stallion finished his song and everypony cheered. Dash stood up to leave. And when she got back to her room, she slipped her card into the slot to see that it didnt work. Not again... she thought. She would haft to ask twilight for help. That, Dash knew would never happen. But she would haftto ask.

A blood curtailing laugh entered from the down the corridor. Dash's eyes shot open. She saw a pinkish blur that was floating towards her. "Run!" It yelled. Dash obeyed, she shot down the hallway and into the lounge, but no pony was there. "There still listining to Santana..." Dash said aloud. The blur shot from where Dash had emerged. It morphed into the form of a pink earth pony. Dash starred at it in horror. She started to back up, and before she knew it, hit the corner of the lounge.

The ghost finished its transformation and laughed. "Silly Dashie! This is a Unicorn hotel!" She said.

Dash gulped. "B-b-but your a-a-an earth p-pony..." she stumbled.

The ghost laughed. But Earth ponies are just unicorns without horns! Pegasi are unicorns with out horns and with wings."

Dash was confused. "But Twilight is analicorn!" She corrected. The ghost chuckled. "But she still has magic!"

And with that, the ghost ran to dash and flew into dash. Rainbow felt cold, and started to twitch uncontrollably, untill she couldn't move anymore. She fell over and hit the ground, dead.

Rainbow Dash, quite possibly the only pegasus to ever enter the banjo boys hotel, died not long after her seccond night. She was being haunted, and was murdered by the ghost of a former Earth-pony guest named Pinkie Pie. An hour after Dash's demise, Twilight found her body and confermed the cause of death was a seizure. But we know that was not what happened, whe know that dash was killed, alike so manny others in,
