The Rift: Arrival

Journal entry 1, day 1 surviving strange portal.

Ok, I'm starting this journal to keep me sane and such, as I have no paper, I am using am visual log instead, she I first entered the portal I found myself inside a forest, I had decided to take the super carefull approach to this and brought my uncles antique Sapper kit( you know, the ones the British army used in ww2) with some slight modifications, i had bought some crazy new HUD eye piece a few months ago for fun and I was wearing standard aussie DPCU, I had also brung my f88 austyer bulpup variant, which fires 5.65mm rounds from 10 round magazine with custom scope and bipod for overwatch position. Now I know you must be wondering, what a kid is doing with such heavy firepower like an old PIAT with 7 extra shells and such, well you see my dad was a gun crazy world war fanatic, I mean he bought a bloody hanger with working spitfires for crying out loud. I also had my custom K-bar knife from my uncle and some bloody expensive fmj rounds modified for f88 usage, bloody cost me a lot, but the Internet works its wonders.

Anyway upon arriving, I was found. By some crazy, random horse, human, horman, morse, I don't know. Anyway they scared thenfuck out of me with the purple spouting off nonsense about a new species and such, so, like a good little cadet, I ran off to hide, now, I had minor survival training and such but I knew I needed a place to live. I had run a few dozen feet when SOME FUCKEN WOLF, WOOD THING TRIED TO KILL ME, now I tend to start speaking in old English abit when startled, don't know why, but when those wolfs showed up, I was like "... Bloody cursed creatures, move now," strangely enough, a slightly larger one crept forward, took a sniff of me then backed off. Then it started changing into a larger human, I was dumbfounded, spooked even, this was when it spoke,"hmm, a young one, tell me pup, what is such a strange being wanting in such a place like this," of course I replied, turns out, humans used to live here, we were fucking gods, immense power, but a human would only appear to change to the coarse of the world, we influence other worlds and controll their fate, also, I'm the fucken leader of a timberwolf pack, I didn't know but I felt accepted. But all things come to an end, as a stupid rainbow haired anthropomorphic being came barreling out of nowhere towards the pack leader, namely me. I wished am wall stop her and what do ya know, a wall of trees stopped her.somi bound her, and made a little camp. Anyway, this journal entry isn't very detailed as such so next entry will be a bit more usefull.
