In ponyville, the young alicorn princess twilight sparkle had received a letter from princess celestia,

Dear twilight sparkle

i am sensing an influx of power in the everfree, i want you to gather the elements and see what is the cause of this power surge

your mentor, princess celestia,"Spike, I need you to go gather the girls, we have an emergency,"twilight ordered her young dragon blooded assistant,"ok twilight"

5 minutes later

"alright girls, princess celestia wants us to find out whats causing the magic surges from within the everfree," twilight said to her friends,"sure thing twi, i can take anything on," a tomboyish voice belonging to rainbow dash said," ok girls lets go"

after walking through ponyville they made it to the border of the everfree, as they slowly went deeper the forest became more dense, as they stopped to take a break, they heard a boom noise close to there resting place, at this rainbow dash dashed off(see what i did there) only to shout in suprise, "twilight, come here, quick," twilight raced towards her friend only to ask, "rainbow what is... it." she started, staring at the small figure surrounded by timberwolfs, before she could say anything, the timerwolfs changed, into taller versions of the small creature, saying one thing,"welcome to the pack, Alpha," leaving the anthropomorphic beings stunned into silence.
