"Comet? Wake up. Comet. Comet!" Twilight said. You wake up with Twilight at the side of your bed. You didn't get hardly any sleep, but you try to hide that. She looked concerned. "Everypony is talking about town hall. It's been burnt down! Some ponies say that a bo- what happened to your mane?"

"What do you mean?" You ask. You quickly remember last night, but try to seem confused. You look up to your mane and see the charred black color. You jump out of bed in faux surprise. "What the heck?!?"

"We'll figure it out later. Anyways, ponies from town hall say that the Prankster blew it up. They also say one pony was burnt. Half of his body was burnt. They say a brave hero saved him, otherwise he might have died. They say he also saved Rarity. I need to talk to her. I figured you and Spike would want to come with me."

"Sure. She must be traumatized. I'd love to finally meet her." You look over at Spike, who seems to have just woken up. He remembers last night, then pretends to be shocked.

"Is Rarity okay? We have to save her!" He yells, rather convincingly.

"She's fine, at least according to authorities." Explains Twilight. "Let's go pay her a visit. We should check up on her and ask about this mysterious stallion." You three begin to walk over to Rarity's. Spike seems to remember something.

"I never got your name." He says to you. You realize you went through saving Twilight and Rainbow Dash, then commencing to save Rarity and SweetieBelle without telling the dragon your name.

"I'm Imagine Comet. Sorry I forgot to mention it." You then remember Spike wasn't there for the bomb. That was why he released a large gasp when you all saw town hall from a distance. Twilight was wide eyed and mouth gaped. You stood in awe. Not fake awe, just awe. The place was gone, except for a pile of wood and positions that didn't burn. You all approach Rarity's she was standing at the door. She let you all in, greeting Twilight and Spike when you entered, she looked at you with curiosity. You all go in. She asks who you are, and Twilight answers. You looked up from the ground and made accidental eye contact with Rarity. She had a look a realization in her eye, but quickly faked curiosity.

"So, Twilight, may I ask why you walked in with him?" Rarity asked, just curious of her and a stallion she had never seen before walking in together.

"He was..... helping us look for you!" She said. She didn't want to explain your human to pony trip. "So are you okay?"

"Yes of course. I might not have been if it weren't for the handsome stallion by the name of BatColt. He fought the Prankster with a handsome assistant who went by Dragonwing."

"Spike! You snuck out to fight a criminal! You could have been hurt!" You acted surprised, but the I told you so meter in you head was off the charts.

"No Twilight, that was just the pony's hero name." Rarity said. Had you not been there, you'd have believed her. She was an amazing liar. "There was a bomb in the basement, too, but the stallion disarmed it. That had activated the bomb in town hall. Had he not been there, everypony there would have died. Thanks to him, only one was seriously injured."

"Wow! What'd he look like? Was he pegasus, unicorn, or earth pony?"

"The oddest thing. He was covered head to hoof in costume, but you could see his wings and horn." Rarity then had a quick realization. "Alicorn? How?"

"I was about to say the same thing. I'll go home and grab a book on Alicorn history." She ran off.

"Okay, how'd you have a horn then, and not one now?" Rarity asked.

"I engineered one. I used it for throwing batarangs, but I never realized it would disguise me. By the way, thanks for having Spike and I's back." You say. You knew she knew it was you from your eyes, so why hide.

"It's not nice to leave a lady for another in the middle of the night." She whispered.

"I was staying with Twilight, and she'd suspect me if I wasn't there. And it was separate beds." You whisper back. You then go back to normal talk. "How's SweetieBelle?" As if in response, she run down the stairs and sees you and Spike. She assumes that since Twilight isn't here, you and Spike are here together, only explanation being you we're BatColt. You could really read facial expressions.

"Oh my gosh it's you! BatColt!" She yelled in excitement. "Thank you! Thank you sooo much. I'm going to tell the cmc about you!"

"The who?" You ask.

"The Cutie Mark Crusaders!"

"Okay. Don't tell Twilight that I'm BatColt, okay?"

"Okay! I don't even know your name, so how-" at that moment, Twilight walks in with know book.

"There is no Alicorn history book. I have a letter for Celestia to ask. Spike?" Spike took the letter and burned it.

"Spike! She was going to send that to the Princess! Why'd you burn it?" You say. SweetieBelle and Twilight crack up. Rarity giggles, the explains.

"Darling, that is how he sends letters." You then giggle at yourself. That is kind of funny for you to have freaked out. Then, four ponies walk in the door. RainbowDash, Pinkie pie, and two others all had worried faces. One pony was orange with yellow mane. She wore a cowgirl hat. The other was a very shy looking light yellow coated pony with a light pink mane. Behind them entered to fillies. One was yellow coated with a red mane and a large red bow. The other had an orange coat with messy red mane. They didn't have their cutie marks, so you guess they are the cmc. Every pony looked at Rarity concerned, then you confused. Two didn't know you, and two were looking at your mane. The cmc were all chatting with SweetieBelle. They all first asked Rarity if she was okay. She replied yes. Then, came the complicated part.

"Rarity, is this another one of you suitors?" Asked the orange pony. Apple cutie mark, you note.

"No AppleJack, this is Twilight and I's new friend. He helped us look for Rarity. Didn't work well, but she's safe now, so something happened." Said Rainbow Dash.

"If you don't mind me asking, what happened?" Spoke the yellow mare. Three pink butterflies.

"I don't mind, Fluttershy. I'll tell." Rarity said. She told the story. Everypony looked at Spike with Dragonwing, and your i told you so meter explodes. She finishes the story, leaving everypony shocked.

"Was he an Alicorn, like the Mayor said?" Asked AppleJack. Your mind races. 'The mayor said what!?!' You think. Everypony in town must know by now. You let that slide as not to blow your cover.

"Yes, he was. He was quite handsome, too." Said Rarity. You do everything you can not to blush. Nopony notices.

"I housed him when he and Sp- his assistant while they waited for the right time." Said Pinkie Pie. She almost blew Spike's cover, which could blow your cover, too. Twilight noticed, but kept quiet.

"What happened to your mane, Comet?" Asked Rainbow Dash.

"I don't know." You say. As usual, she doesn't buy it.

"Sure." She said rolling her eyes. You remember that Spike, Rarity, SweetieBelle, and Pinkie know who you are, and Rainbow has made everypony else suspicious. You try to to think of an excuse, when Rarity looks at you. 'You can trust them, they're my friends. Some are yours, too.' She says with her eyes. You sigh.

"I am BatColt, and Spike is Dragonwing." You say. Rainbow Dash makes a noise you assume means she approves. Twilight, AppleJack, and Fluttershy gasp. The other three nod. The cmc all run up to you.

"Wow! That's awesome! Your a super hero!" They say in unison.

"You know Fluttershy, Pinkie, AppleJack, and I were, too. We were Mare Do Well." Said Twilight.

"Sure, but he fought a villain and saved a burning man, as well as deactivate a bomb and save ponies from another. You all just stopped accidents." Said Scootaloo.

"Hey they saved people's lives and prevented disasters! I say that's heroic." You say. Twilight then looks at Spike.

"You could have been hurt!" She says. She turns to you. "You got him involved! Do you know how reckless you were being!?!" Then to Rarity and Pinkie. "You all lied to me!" She begins to cry. "Who can I trust?" You walk over and comfort her.

"This is my fault, not there's. if I hadn't gotten Spike into this, they wouldn't have had to lie. Blame me, not them. Rarity took him inside to protect him the night of the fight. I was being selfish making him help me." You say.

"No, I came with him willingly to fight! He didn't make me. He needed me for costumes and planing. I helped, and I wasn't injured." Said Spike.

"And you were not selfish. You saved ponies! You took a blow to the head for me and had your mane burnt lack to save some pony you didn't know. That is selfless." Defended Rarity.

"You even talked some since into me that night." Whispered Pinkie Pie. Everypony walked over to Twilight for a group hug. With that, Rarity snuck you a kiss and winked. Just then, Celestia and Luna walked in.

"Twilight, we got your letter. Male Alicorn?" Said Celestia. Oh no, this will take a while to explain. The thought was neutral as everypony sighed. You began the story. By the end, they were both shocked. Then Luna spoke.

"Have you told them all who the Prankster was?" She asked.

"Oh yeah, I forgot." You say. You and Rarity turn to everypony and in sync, say this. "BlueBlood." Everypony gasped. The rest of the morning was just basic chat about the previous evening. You signed autographs for the cmc with your artificial horn. You put on the costume and showed every pony the basement. You made sure that nopony outside could see you. You spent the rest of the day going around hearing rumors of the BatColt. You went back to the Library to rest after lunch. That night you looked in to the sky, seeing beatiful stars. You then gasped as you saw in the sky, the beautiful shape of a bat. The bat signal. You knew this was the beginning of an exciting new triple life.
