Interval 03- Reunion

"He's Alma's son?" asks Twilight shocked. Before Michael can respond her question, Point Man says "Yes, in front of you stands one of Alma's sons. Any questions?" and looks over to the ponies.

"Hol' on! Ya' hav' a brother?" ask Applejack shocked. "Yes, his name is Paxton Fettel. I don't know why he got a proper name..." he says.

"How is he?" asks Rarity.

"My brother? He is a insane, psychopathic cannibal, who killed and eat every human who was involved in Project Origin. What the Project was for... pfff I don't know!" says Point Man.

That shocks Twilight even more "I hope that he will never take a step in our world..."

Point Man says "He? My brother? He is not able to do this because I pulled a bullet into his head!"

Everypony gasps on shock "Wait! Ya'... killed yar' own brother?" asks Applejack shocked.

"Yes. I got the chance to kill him, so I used the chance. Hell, I was so glad that he finally stopped talking!" he says in tone as if it were the most normal thing in the world.

"How dare you to say it like it is normal?" snarls Rarity.

Point Man gives her a neutral glare and says "Because I'm Alma's son, I have a very special ability, called Slow-mo and..." he is suddenly interrupted by Twilight "Michael has this ability, too!"

Point Man looks over to Michael, who says "After a big explosion, I gained this ability through a surgery."

Point Man thinks for moment then he says "My ability is congenital. Because of this, I'm lacking human emotions. Some people are saying that I'm a unstoppable killing machine. And they are right... And the explosion you talked about was caused by me, by the way."

Michael's face changes to total rage. He can't believe what he just hears.

"HOW DARE YOU TO NUKE A WHOLE CITY!?!? YOU KILLED SO MANY PEOPLE!!!!" shouts Michael.

Point Man shouts back "I HAD TO DO IT! AND IT WASN'T A NUKE! I SHOOT THAT FUCKING ORIGIN FACILITY REACTOR! I DIDN'T KNOW THAT IT WILL CAUSE SUCH A LARGE DESTRUCTION!"

Michael shouts back “SHOOTING A REACTOR IS ALWAYS A BAD IDEA!!! AND YOUR FUCKING MOTHER TRIED TO RAPE ME!"

Point Man seems a bit surpried by this, then he teases "Well, that means my mother likes you..."

Twilight feels that a fight is coming, so she holds them back via her telekinetic. They are struggling against her telekinetic grip, but after a while they are stopping. Pinkie Pie has already a idea in her mind “Come, let's eat some cupcakes. It will cheer you up!”

Twilight looks to Michael and Point Man and says "If you two are start fighting again, I will cast a spell that will let you sleeping! Understand? Excuse yourself!" Twilight knows where her position is. Point Man and Michael are looking at Twilight, then to each other. Finally, Michael says "Sorry...". Point Man looks to the side and says "It's okay...".

Twilight says, with a winning smile in her face "Was it so difficult?" and lets them free from her telekinetic grip. Pinkie Pie bounces up to them, brings two cupcakes out of nowhere and says smiling "Eat them, you sillys!"

Michael takes one, says "Thanks" and bites in it. He starts to smile, like everyone who eats a cupcake made by Pinkie. Then she walks to Point Man and offers him the other one, too. He takes it, says flatly "Thanks" and bites in it. After a while he says "Uuuhm... tastes good..." and he sits down at the couch of the library. But Pinkie doesn't wait for a agreement for the good taste/quality of her cupcakes. She waits that Point Man starts to smile...

5 minutes passed and Point Man doesn't smile yet. Instead, he notices the staring of Pinkie and asks "Do I have something on my face?"

Pinkie's mane deflates instantly and she whimpers "Do my cupcakes not make you... smile?"

Point Man looks to her and says just one word "No."

The other ponies are gasping. Applejack says "Wha' ya' cant just smile?" Point Man sighs and turns himself to them "Like I said, I lack emotions, so stop trying to make me smile, laughing, crying or whatever..."

Pinkie walks over to Michael and nuzzled his side. She can't believe that her cupcakes doesn't make Point Man smiling. After a while, her mane goes back to it's normal form.

Twilight wants to know more about Point Man and asks "Are there more familiy members?"

Point Man looks over to her and says "Yes, I had a father and a aunt... my father was an asshole, but to my luck, he was killed by Alma. My aunt Alice Wade... even when I'm lacking emotions, I really wanted to know more about her. I think she was the only family member who wasn't insane..."

Rarity asks "How she was? What happened to her?"

"My lovely brother Paxton Fettel cannibalized her... and that was reason enough,why I shoot into his head," says Point Man, "You see, all familys are having their problems, but in our family the problems are special!"

Twilight tries to change the subject and says "Tomorrow, we will travel to Canterlot and introduce you to the Princesses!" Point Man looks to her and asks "Canterlot? Princesses?"

She rolls her eyes again and points with the hoof at the castle on the mountain, through the window. Point Man sees the castle and says "When I arrived here in this world, I saw this castle, too... I thinks it looks nice."

Twilight says "Oh, we forgot to introduce you to Fluttershy! But please be gentle, she is a little bit shy..."

A bit later and they are walking out from Ponyville to Fluttershy's cottage. Twilight walks ahead, behind her are Michael and Point Man. They both calmed down and exchanging their 'adventure stories'. Michael is surprised by the fact that Alma tried to kill Point Man, too. Their talking are interrupted by a approaching jet sound...

"Seek cover!" shouts Michael and jumps behind a tree. Point Man just stays on the ground...

(Author's Note: Point Man's use of 'Slow-mo' will be showed in this colour.)

Slow-mo On

Point Man turns around and grabs instantly the throat of Rainbow Dash with his right hand- not tight, but strong enough to fling her on the ground in usuage of her momentum. Then he pins RD down with his legs and holds his Combat Knife at her throat.

Slow-mo Off

Twilight witnessed the scene and yells "Don't hurt her. She's my friend!" Point Man looks to Twilight, then to Rainbow Dash. He says, while standing up and putting his knife back "If you do this again, I will take care that you will not be able to do this again." He looks to the other ponies and says "Sorry, but it was a reflex!"

Rainbow Dash whimpers slightly at this, then she let out a annoyed grunt and says "Again a human, which has this stupid 'Slow-mo' ability!" Twilight rolls her eyes and "We are going now to Fluttershy. Do you want to come with us?" Rainbow Dash says "Yes of course! I missed Bucket!" and looks over to Michael, who just facepalms...

They are just now some metres away from Fluttershy's cottage. Twilight gallops ahead and knocks at first at the door. The door opens and Fluttershy trots out "Oh... hello friends! It's nice from you that you visits me!" Twilight smiles and says "Well, I'm here to introduce you to Point Man. He's new here and..."

"Point Man?" Fluttershy looks over to him, "EEP!" She hides her face behind her mane. Point Man just approaches and ducks down in front of her, to get to her eye-level. He says "Hello, my name is Point Man. I don't mean any harm to you or your friends. Can we come in your cottage?" Fluttershy nods and rushes into her house, followed by the rest. They all are sitting down on couches, while Fluttershy prepared for some tea. After a while, her animal friends are bringing trays with cups on it to the other ponies and humans. Then Fluttershy trots to the couch and sits herself down next to Point Man. He then looks in her face, but Fluttershy still hides behind her mane and mutters quietly "M-my name is Fluttersh..." Even with Point Man's lack of emotions, he can feel that she is a little bit frightened in his presence so he tries the best thing: He starts to pet Fluttershy's mane. She squeaks in surprise, but then she makes 'Mmmmh'. She enjoyed his stroking. After a while Point Man looks over to the other ponies, who jaws drops. Michael just watches the scene. Rainbow Dash nuzzled his side.

She misses him so bad... Michael doesn't misses her.

Rarity is surprised and says to Point Man "Wow Darling, I've never think that you will doing this..."

Point Man responses "Even when I'm a unstoppable... you know what... , I'm not a monster..."

Michael looks with surprise at Point Man and grabs a bottle from the desk, to drink from it. After he take some sips, Pinkie Pie says “Er... Michael, you are drinking Hot Sauce!” Michael looks with surprise at the bottle. He just shrugs and drinks the bottle empty. The jaws of each pony drops. Michael says “Mmmhh, spicy and hearty...”

Later...

It's evening now and Twilight decided to go back to her library. Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy are at their home. Spike writes a letter to the Princesses...

Dear Princess Celestia,

I have very good news for you. Another human arrived at our world. His name is Point Man. This might confuse you, but he's Alma's son. Don't worry, he means absolutely no harm to us. In fact, he doesn't like his own mother and she tried to kill him, too. By the way, Michael Becket is alive and back at my library. We will come to your castle tomorrow and introduce you him.

Twilight Sparkle

"Send it now," says Twilight. Spike takes a deep breath and burns the letter with his fire. The ash flies through a open window... Point Man watches in awe at this. Twilight turns to them and says "Now we should get some sleep and..." but she is interrupted by a *PING!*.

Princess Celestia stands in Twilight's library, with wide eyes. She teleported herself the whole way from Canterlot to Ponyville. She opens her mouth but nothing comes out... she can't believe her eyes that Michael sits in front of her.

Point Man examines her and thinks A winged unicorn or a horned pegasus? , then he leans to Michael and asks quietly "From which unethical laboratory did she escaped?"

Michael moves his both hands to his face, blocking his mouth and nose. He face went red but he doesn't burst out in laughter. After a while, he moves his hands away from his face and takes some breaths. Point Man's face remains almost neutral. The left edge of his mouth moves a little up.

Michael looks over to the princess and says smiling "Hi, Tia!" Instantly, Celestia rushes up to him and hugs him with her wings. "Whoah!" exclaims Michael. Point Man just watchs the scene and scratches his head.

Princess Celestia unwraps her wings from Michael and says "I thougth you will never come back..."

He responses "I thougth that, too... now I'm here." He is totally surprised by her reaction.

Celestia smiles to him, then she looks to Point Man, who wears again a totally neutral expression. "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you Point Man!" then she makes a more serious expression "Do not dare to hurt any of my ponies!"

Point Man just says "Don't worry, I don't have any of the abilities of my insane mother... just the Slow-mo ability and a big lack of emotions. And don’t think I’m proud of being Alma’s son..." Princess Celestia looks confused “... no emotions? Well, we can talk about that tomorrow! Goodbye all!” She smiles to Michael, who salutes to her.

*PING!*

She teleports herself back to her castle. Michael doesn’t know what happened. Twilight giggles and says “It looks like she has something for you!”

He says “WHAT? Oh great...”

Everfree Forest

        Flies are flying around a headless, humanoid corpse. This corpse was Chris once before, but the very first day of testing the teleporter went wrong. A manticore attacks the group of soldiers. Only Chris didn’t manage to get through the portal...

The ground starts to shake and a white orb hovers at the same place like the orb one day before. The orb grows in size. But this time it is much larger than before, around 30 metres this time. A great vehicle emerges from the orb, along with three other vehicles.

2 APC’s, a large transporter, which carries about 100 soldiers and a Black Hawk Helicopter. Inside each APC are eight soldiers.

Each soldier in the vehicles is a Replica Soldier. But they are not activated yet... six little drones are detaching themselves from the transporter and flying to the direction of Canterlot.

Ponyville, Twilight’s library

        “Michael! Point Man! Wake up! We must go to the trainstation!” yells Twilight. Point Man, who slept in the basement, looks at his watch and groans “It’s just 900!”

As Twilight hears this she asks puzzled “900? It’s 9 o’clock!” Michael, who slept on the couch, says “He said that, but in other words!” Then they are making breakfast. Twilight says to Point Man, that she already know about what humans eat, so there is no meat in this breakfast. The closest thing to meat would be eggs. Point Man just shrugs and says “I have to deal with that.” After the breakfast, they are going out to the trainstation of Ponyville. Rainbow Dash tries again to tackle one of them down, but a death glare of Point Man and a ‘I-will-watch-you’-gesture of Michael changes her mind and she flies away as fast as she can.

Canterlot, Princess Celestia’s Castle

“Is that true sister? Michael is still alive?” asks Princess Luna. She sits next to her sister, on a smaller throne. Celestia sits on the big throne, smiling to her “Yes, he’s alive. I saw it by myself.”

A knock on the doors occurs. The Royal Guards in the throne hall are opening the doors and Twilight Sparkle, Michael Becket and Point Man are going through the door. Instantly as Princess Luna sees Michael, she literally beams to him and stands in front of him. She examines him with big eyes, unmoving. Michael approaches her and... waves his hands in front of her face “Hello? Equestria to Luna, please report!” Princess Celestia chuckles and says “My sister is a little bit surprised by your comeback. Now to you, Point Man. If you are a soldier, what’s your position?”

Point Man approaches Celestia a bit and says “I’m a Former Special Force Operative and, like my name says, point man of the first F.E.A.R. team.” Princess Celestia raises and eyebrow “F.E.A.R.?”

He continues “F.E.A.R. stands for First Encounter Assault Recon. They are consisting of Special Force Operatives and they are experts for paranormal activities and supernatural threats, like psionics. A good example for a psionic is my mother... or all ponies who can perform telekinetic. But we are responsible for Special Operations, like rescuing hostages or eliminating Replica Soldiers, too."

Princess Luna wakes up from her staring at Michael and she asks “Replica Soldiers?” Michael takes the point “Replica Soldiers are...uhm... just imagine you would copy Twilight Sparkle thousand times. These replicas are living just for doing field duty in war or other military actions. And they can just do their work with a psychic commander. This commander gives them orders via a telephatic link. Without a psychic commander they are useless..." Princess Celestia seems a little bit shocked by this... then she asks Point Man “Yesterday, you said that you have no emotions. Is this correct?”

“Yes, that’s correct. For example, I could kill Michael, no offense, and I can show no signs of regret,” says Point Man. The eyes of the princesses are widening.

Suddenly, Michael catch a glimpse in the edge of his eyes. It comes from the windows. Michael recognizes instantly what moves behind the glass... he spins around, draws out his AR and shouts “UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE!!!” The ponies are jumping in shock. Point Man draws out his Armacham G3A3 AR and aims at the windows...

*CLIRR*

All windows are bursting and six UAV’s are hovering into the hall. They are flying drones and they have three ‘arms’, coming out from the centre of the drone. They are equipped with a single, rapid firing laser. And they are using now them...

*ZAP*

One laser hits Celestia at her left foreleg. She screams in pain. Michael shoots immidiately at the UAV. It bursts in a blue explosion.

*BOOM*

Point Man shoots the other UAV’s.

*BOOM* *BOOM *BOOM*

An UAV hovers to Michael from behind. Point Man shoots at it, but he realizes too late that the UAV is too near at Michael... The explosion throws Michael from his feet and it knocks him unconscious...

*SLAP*

Point Man slaps Michael in his face. His eyes are opening and he looks around. He lies on his back on the floor. Point Man stands over Michael, while a worried Princess Celestia lookd down to him. Princess Luna stands next to a panting Twilight, trying to calm her down. Point Man asks “Sorry for that... are you okay?”

Michael face changes to anger and he shows Point Man his middle finger. Point Man groans and says “Yes, he’s fine!” and he helps Michael to get his on his feet. Remembering the attack on Celestia, Michael says “Tia, are you okay?” To his surprise, her leg is healed up. She says “After Point Man destroyed the last... thing... my sister used her telekinetic to heal up my injury... But thanks that you tried to help.” Michael can see her blush, then he says “Well, that things were built by Armacham... and they know about you now. They know now that this world is full with psionics, and they will probably ‘use’ unicorns... or even alicorns for they own...”

Princess Celestia asks worried “What that means?”

Michael says “As Paxton Fettel were killed, Armacham needed a new psychic commander. They got the crazy idea to enhance the telepathic abilitys from normal humans. The results were... disturbing. The subjects changed their personalitys. They acted not anymore like humans..." He starts to explain what he experienced in the hospital on earth...

Michael walks through a hallway in the hospital. He walks in a room, that looks like a audience room. There are windows and Michael can see through them. Behind the glasses is the operation room, where he got his surgery. A window is bursted. The hole is big enough that he can jump through it. But as he approaches the hole... his head starts to hurt and the rooms comes alive. He sees himself on the table.

The doctors are burrowing their hands through his open stomach. His guts are rolling to the ground. Alma appears near his head and she approaches him. He can hear himself screaming.

Suddenly, the hallucination stops and a human-like things grabs him and pulls him through the hole. He falls on his back and he let out a grunt of pain. The human-like thing crawls on the wall and looks to Michael. His face is bandaged, just a eye sticks out through the bands. It wears trousers and his skins has several bleeding cuts.

A abomination.

It grunts and crawls out of Michaels field of view. He stands up. The room is stained with blood. But then he sees something unfamiliar.

There are words.

Everywhere, written with blood.

The words are ‘Can He See?’.

Suddenly, a abomination jumps at him. Michael can barely keeps on his feets. He starts to punch in the face of the abomination. It screams in anger and jumps away from Michael...

*BOSH!* *SHZIK!*

Michael shoots the abomination with his combat shotgun. A empty, smoking shotgun-case falls to the ground. Another abomination crawls through a door to Michael.

*BOSH!* *SHZIK!*

The upper body half of the abomination is ripped apart from the shrapnels of his combat shotgun. He switches to his submachine gun and aims at the next abomination. He squeezes the trigger slightly and a fast rhytm of loud thunderclaps occurs. The next one is again no problem. After he finished off two other abominations, he walks to a door, which is blocked by a table. He kicks the table away, so that the door can be openen. Then he walks through the door, continuing his escape from this hospital filled with horror...

“Oh... my...” whisper Celestia horrified. A single tear rolls down her cheek. Then she looks to Point Man and Michael and says “I don’t let Armacham doing this to my little ponies.. and to you two. Please, stay at the castle and protect us...”

Michael says “Of course!”

Point Man says flatly “Okay. I really want to kick Armacham’s ass!”

Earth, Fairport, Armacham Underground Facilities

        “WHAT? Point Man and Michael Becket are working together with a fucking horse?” exclaims Daniel. He looks stunned at the computer screen and listens to the report of Replica Commander Echo-1. They established a video channel through the portal, so the Replica Commander doesn’t have to be in Daniel’s office.

“Yes. The subjects are located in a castle, in a unknown town. It looks like the world is populated by intelligent equines creatures. I think their technology is not advanced like ours, Sir!” says the Replica Commander. Daniel leans back in his chair and thinks for a while. Then he says “You said that their technology is not advanced like ours, right?”

“Yes, Sir!”

“Then I want you to show them our technology... You know what I mean! Shoot when they shoot upon you. Minimize casualties. Do not shoot at unarmed creatures. And use the Black Hawk Helicopter! Take the horse thingy as a hostage and bring it here!" commands Daniel.

“Yes! How many Soldiers should I take, Sir?” asks the commander.

“That’s your decision, Commander. Any questions?”

“No, Sir!”
