"I don't know, he's really nice & he's always there to help!"

Spike has always been there to help his friends, like when Twilight was freaking out in the episode: "Lesson Zero". Or when Rarity was kidnapped by those Diamond Dogs in the episode: "A Dog & Pony Show". and there was also the time he offered to watch Fluttershy's animal friends in the episode: "Dragonshy". Hell, he even saved an entire empire in the episode: "The Crystal Empire Pt.2".

"I guess I saw a kindred spirit in him yah know?" Rainbow Dash said, while rubbing a hoof behind her head

A certain white unicorn overheard their conversation & thought to herself...

Rarity knew Pinkie well enough that she'll appear outta know where if you call for her, & her head popped out of the recycling bin next to Rarity.

"You, me & Twilight are going to play Cupid!"

"Alright, I already got the diaper and bow & arrows, also I can get Archer since she's talented at it!"

"It's not that kind of Cupid darling."

"Oh!"
