"Where are they!?" Rainbow said impatiently."We've been waiting for hours!"

The group were waiting on the sunny beach of the western shore. Williams was sitting on the hot sand and was enjoying the sound of water along with Fluttershy. These two got along very quickly. She told him that she was an animal caretaker, and that she has a pet bunny named Angel. Chris couldn't resist cute and adorable little animals, it was one of his few weaknesses. Even if he's in the military, that doesn't mean he's supposed to be a six foot tall douchbag.

"What is taking so long!?" The rainbow maned pegasus added with annoyance, while hovering high in the sky and searching for anything.

"Rainbow Dash dear, can you please be patient and wait like the others?" Rarity added, while relaxing on a beach chair with her sunglasses hiding her eyes."Besides, we've only waited 10 minutes."

Rainbow groaned with annoyance, as she headed to a nearby chair and opened one of her Daring-Doo books.

Guards were posted around them, ready for everything. Chris almost felt sorry for the ponies. Their weaponry was everything but good. The guards that Celestia dispatched were using swords and crossbows. Plus, some of their armor seemed to be made out of solid gold which isn't very solid and could be easily broken by the bullet of a simple handgun. Williams noticed how the guards were posted. Most of them were hiding in the woods surrounding the beach. Only two of them were with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. However, Chris was impressed on how well those guards were hiding. Princess Celestia explained him how unicorn guards bend their magic aura to cover their whole bodies; Therefore, giving them the ability to blend with their surroundings.

Suddenly, a large sound came out of nowhere. Chris knew this sound and he couldn't help but grin at everypony's reactions.

"What in the name of apple was that!?" Applejack yelled out loud, while searching for the source of the booming sound.

'Looks like someone is putting on a show.' Chris thought with a smile. Everypony looked around with confusion, and Fluttershy was hiding behind the human's legs like a frightened puppy. The same sound came again but it seemed to be closer than before. But then, everypony saw it. They didn't know what to say. Even the two regal sisters were agape, along with the guards. The guard ponies felt powerless in front of the massive machine. The ship was two times bigger than their biggest air ship. It was all made of metal, with the number 336 painted on the side. Then their attention was quickly brought up by a flying machine coming out of it. However, this machine didn't look like the one that recently crashed in Equestria and the sound of it was different. The sound of the odd machine was getting louder as it made it over the beach, before hovering above. They all looked with wide eyes, when a group of humans covered with a material that looked similar to the woods, jumped from the odd looking machine while holding onto ropes. Their faces were covered from the nose to the mouth with a black mask, and their eyes were hidden by glasses. Once the human group was on land, the transport headed back toward the ship. The group crouched and pointed their devices that looked odd for everypony. The devices seemed to be made of another sort of black metal, and had a single red light that seemed to be pointing in the direction the device itself was pointing. All of sudden, one of the humans yelled.

"Several thermal contacts, in the woods front left side!"

Every red dot from the human's weird looking devices were pointed at none other than the guards in the woods. Everypony was astonished to see how quickly their ponies were spotted. One by one, the guards emerged from their hiding position, not so sure what to do about it.

"B-B-But How!?" Twilight yelled out loud, not understanding what happened. "Only great magic users can find a pony using a blending spell!"

"It's easy Twilight." Chris intervened. "The guards may be invisible, but that doesn't stop them from showing body heat. That's why these gentlemen, are equipped with thermal vision that lets them see the heat of everybo, errr.. Everypony in a large range."

Before Twilight could reply, a member of the group of humans stepped to Chris's side.

"I never thought my cousin would be that good at explaining things." One of men said, chuckling a bit.

This took Williams by surprise, he knew this voice. He turned around to see the man who was looking at him behind his sunglasses.

"Jonathan, is that you!?"

"Yep it's me, glad to see you're alive." He said."Oh and one more thing."

The man walked towards Chris before punching him in the face.

"OW!!! What was that for!?" Chris yelled while rubbing the side of his cheek.

"That's for making your mom worried sick, courtesy from your mom herself." Jonathan said, while helping his cousin getting up.

Everypony was so focused and surprised by what happened, that nopony actually noticed the diplomats arriving by boat. Their attention was brought up by the sound of an engine. Everyone looked at the small boat accosting on the beach. They all looked, while four men jumped out of the boat and walked toward the group of ponies.

Celestia decided that it was time to show some manners and present herself."Greetings, I am Princess Celestia. I have been informed from mister Williams here, that you are the group of diplomats?"

"Indeed we are your majesty-" The diplomat was quickly cut, mid sentence.

"Please, no need for formalities. Just call me Celestia" Celestia said softly.

"Of course pardon me, allow us to introduce." The man cleared his throat and continued."I'm Ryan Miller, diplomat from the United States Of America."

Hearing the new country, Twilight took her notepad and quickly wrote it down.

"And this is Antonio Delgado, diplomat from Spain."

"A pleasure to meet you." A rather round man said with a thick accent.

"And this is Richard Ferdinant, diplomat from France."

"C'est un honneur de vous connaître." A tall man replied in his own language. He had short black hairs and was wearing a grey suite.

"Sorry, mister Ferdinant doesn't speak-" Ryan was quickly surprised by Celestia's answering.

"Je suis heureuse de vous connaître." She replied with a warm smile.

Twilight looked at her mentor, visibly surprised by Celestia's Prench skills. "You can speak Prench!?"

"Of course Twilight." She answered back."If not I wouldn't be able to negotiate with sovereign Equestrian Nations."

"So that means you can speak Germane! And Japonies too!?" She asked with wide eyes.

Celestia simply nodded. Twilight almost fainted knowing that she will soon need to learn three new languages. However, Twilight's thoughts were soon interrupted by the sound of a clearing throat. She turned to look at the source, only to see a rather tall blonde-haired man wearing glasses.

"I'm David White, diplomat from Canada. The prime minister tasked me to give you his deep apologies for the incident that occurred, and that he's willing to help if needed. He also gives his thanks for taking care of our pilot." He said with a formal tone.

"No need to apologize it was a pleasure." Celestia answered with a smile.

After the presentation, Celestia motioned for her guards to escort the four humans towards Canterlot.

"Well I suppose this is goodbye then." Chris said. He then looked at the group of ponies and smiled. "I don't know how many times I could thank you guys for saving my life."

"It's nothing Christopher." Celestia said softly, with a rather motherly smile on her face.

"Well, you guys did what a lot of us wouldn't dare and for that, I'm very grateful."

With that said Celestia approached the man and gave him a tight hug, which Chris accepted awkwardly.

'She's so...Fluffy.' Chris said in his head.

Finally released from Celestia's hug, Chris waved his hand to the element bearers, which they returned happily. Chris looked at them a second time and smiled, before embarking on the boat with a group of human soldiers. 'Thank you'

No I'm not dead, and no this is not the end, a lot more will come. Very short chapter though, sorry for that. Of course as you probably all know, Christmas is coming and everybody gets all busy preparing the Eve. Anyways hope you enjoyed. Let me know in the comments below. May the shy be with you.
