The Lunar Heresy

Twilight sparkle princess of Ponyville woke up to Celestia's Sun shining through the blinds at her window. She was in a great mood today it was the annual day of relaxation among the stallions who most likely tilling the field or guarding the town the later was only for a few lucky stallions.

She woke up her assistant spike who once she turned her back to go down stairs fell asleep again.

Her personal guard Shining Nova was by the door. She was a Pegasus guard with a small bunch of stars in a nebula as a cuitie mark. She had a black mane and a red coat.

“Good morning your Highness” She added a bow when she said Highness “please Twilight is OK” “sorry your High...er Twilight. I just got news that princess celestia was comeing to reward a pony who just started a farm near here. His name is Bluestar” Nova said. Twilight smiled she always liked new residents in Ponyvile. Since she was the Princess of the town she and Pinkie were in charge of welcoming him to Ponyvile. “Well Nova let's go meet him”

They both left the library and traveled to try and find this Bluestar they later found him walking through Ponyvile.

He was carrying a saddlebag with him poping out of it were sacks of grain. he was in weird  armor despite being a farmer

Bluestar was a blue coated unicorn stallion with strange armor. the armor was black with golden decorations that looked like vines snakeing around on it stoping near the chest and covered everything below the neck. His mane looked like that of Royal Guard and he was not very happy.

Pinkie Pie Twilights friend jumped out of nowhere and landed right next to Bluestar he looked at her smile and turned toward Twilight he was destressed "please make her go away," He said he than examined her "Oh my"

“oh hello princess." he said distressed. he than smiled and then ran away as fast as he could.

Rainbow Dash ,who was with them when Pinkie came into the fray, questioned “Who is that guy?”

“I don't know.” said Pinkie  "But, I need to go and get party supplies" she than ran off. Rarity and Fluttershy walked up to the three ponies standing there “who was than stallion there he looks destressed” said Rarity

“That is Bluestar." said Nova

"that armor looks to belong to a race of ponies called the dawn protecters" Explained Twilight "They are very rare and secluded ponies and are rarely seen in equestria they spend most of there time in the western bad lands. He wouldent be part of them" Just then the horn sounding noon blew.

“I have a counsel meeting right now I need to go. Go to his farm tomorow there we will try to talk to him," As Twilight and Nova walked to the town hall Nova started to speak "That stalion is rather unnerveing. He caries around strange armor,looks to be part of the Dawn Protectors and seems to know way more than we do"

"Indeed he is but, i feel as if something bad is gonna happen in the future and i think he might save us" "I hope so" said Nova "i realy do"

On there walk they ran into another pony this one had a black robe covering everything on him exept his white horn. "Move you worthless peon" he said his voice was blood curtaling and strange sounding

"How dare you I am a princess of Equestria and you shall relise that," she said letting most of her rage out at him

"oh sure and im a purple rainbow eating walrus" He said with a smile showing through his cloak.

She than showed her wings at the stalion in front of her. He took a step back " Oh im so sorry your Highness... oh wait" His horn than started to glow and than two holes apeared in his cloak and two large bat wings emered from his cloak.

"Hahahahahah. You worthless princesses are not the only ones with wings" He laughed evily "Im here for a counsel meating with Princess Luna. I hope you are not coming" He let out an insane laughter that shivered her spine. He than flew off

"what does a creep like that mean by with Princess Luna He is not a Lunar guard I know every guard here in Equestria" Nova said "you realy know every guard in Equestria" "Yep" "Sweet Celestia" "Indeed"

They countinued to walk down the path toward the town hall.

At the enterance to town hall there were three changelings. Nova readyed herself for battle.

All of them were wearing the same exact armor exept for the sargent who did not have a helmet. The two helmets were rounded with room for the horns. At the back of the helmet there was a wedge shaped like a crows beak. The body armor in question looked to be made of bones on top of chain mail.

The two normal soligers carried rectagular sheilds decorated with dark runes in the exact middle there was a crow and a bat circling around a metal circle in the middle. They both also carried spears with dark tips.

The sargent carried a sword and no sheild. His mouth was curtled into a cruel smile but, his eyes were in a deep sadness. this creeped Twilight out and she backed away.

"Are you Twilight sparkle" the sargent said his voice sounded like a normal changling but a much darker voice repeted every word after the first finished the its word.

"Ye....yes I am" she said with pride and dignaty.

"Good the princesses want you for your... councel" the sargent said as the soligers moved out of the way "why does this goverment even use theses things our empire is larger and stronger than yours be cause we dont" "the Changling empire does not use councels"

"Muhahahaha" the soligers in front of them erupted in laughter "The changling empire hahaha the changling empire hahahhah"

Twilight and Nova walked into the councel "That was strange"
