The last thing I remember is screaming while being blasted away by that hideous Shining Armour and his precious wife Princes Cadence. The spell that they cast was a shield to repel all of my precious changelings in different directions from the epicenter but there was one thing… another spell that I am still not sure who cast it. If I think about it, it just makes less sense then before; who would want me never coming back? The spell was a teleportation spell that would teleport the object to a different universe, which really scared me… before I passed out it hit me like a ton of bricks the only one who probably wants revenge would be non-other than Princes Celestia herself after that my vision blurred and fell unconscious.

When I woke up it was night time and I was in a small clearing in a forest that I have never seen before, the forest was very dark and scary to my liking and that’s not the strangest part.. I arched a brow and tilted my head a bit as to what I was looking at. I was looking at a tree that has being extinct in Equestria for two thousand years; an evergreen tree. At that moment my eyes became a bit wide as I realized that I was not in the same planet anymore but some were else or in another time perhaps?

I tried standing up but when I stood up I immediately fell back down, screamed but no sound came out and realized that my mouth was too dry to scream and winced in pain from all the cracks and scratches on my hooves. I examined myself for a bit and tried to see all the damage that was caused to me. I tried using my magic to heal myself but I couldn’t use my magic. I knew my horn was damaged but I still tried again to heal myself but to no avail. I soon became too exhausted to heal myself so I just lay down and curled up into a ball to keep in my body heat. For the first time in my immortal life I felt terrified. Soon after that I fell unconscious.

My name is Rain Litt and I am on vacation right now in Cuba, on a small one story, single bedroom and bathroom beach house beside a forest. My small home on Cuba consist of a bathroom, one bedroom, a kitchen and a small living room with a fire place that has one, two seated couch in it. I am a student success teacher with a decent pay. I always loved to learn about war tactics and other ‘evil’ stuff like most people thought.

Currently I am getting dressing myself for my first day of vacation in Cuba and I am just thinking of taking a stroll on the beach and relax a bit on my first day and maybe just explore the area as well. It doesn’t take me long to fully dress in a light green T-shirt and darker green shorts I think about what to put on my feet but decide to but on some flip-flops.

Before I go outside I grab some cereal and eat quickly not wanting to waste the day. Once done I clean my bowl of cereal, pack my bag for the beach and check the time. 8 O-clock in the morning which gives me four hours until the sun gets to hot and I’ll have to go home till around 6 O-clock when the sun is less irritating. I exit my home through the back door and take a deep breath and looking around the small house.

The house is beside a forest that looks quite dark inside and it gives me an idea to go explore it later on. I go to a path that leads me to the beach and start walking down enjoying the birds chirping while I walk. It takes about five minutes to reach the beach and I find that it is deserted and has some built in beach umbrellas on it. ’probably because I am in a place most people don’t really want to go,’ I thought as I go to an umbrella that is closest to the water and start to unpack; some apples, water, sunscreen, glasses, a blanket which I quickly put down and get comfortable, and one book to read while relaxing.

I start to read the book called ‘Art of war’ which has a lot of tactics on warfare. I completely forget about the time and soon when I checked it, it was already 7 O-clock. ’Well that was a waste of a day kind of,’ I thought. I decide on taking another swim and then heading back home. The day was not that eventful just a bit of swimming, a meal, a couple of drinks at a local bar, reading the book and some more swimming. When I come back from the swim the sun has begun to set slowly so I just wait for it to set and then go.

‘Such a beautiful sun set…’ I trailed of while watching the orange orb of light begin to ascend from the sky and repeat itself tomorrow.

Packing up I noticed a flash of light some were deep in the forest and think about whether I should go there and find out what it was or check it in the morning. When I started walking back to my house I noticed that the light was actually a bit green and my curiosity got the better of me so I ventured in the forest to check it out.

It took a couple of minutes due to all the bushes and trees in the way of which I was going and for some strange reason it was getting much darker than expected. It almost felt as the trees were watching me walk through their forest.

When I reach the spot where the green light was I have to double take and then triple take on what I see in front of me...

Little does he know that this is going to change everything.
