Reborn.

‘Why did i say yes?’ I was walking down the street with my...mom... i’m wearing a suit and she’s wearing a dress. I don’t know what to do right now. i COULD just leave her out here, but....that would be pretty bad. not in a way like she would destroy canterlot but in a way it would make our relationship more difficult. My dad passed away two-years ago, and since then she’s been really attached to me. I don’t blame her. It was hard for me too. my dad was the one who taught me to fly and i earned my cutie mark because of it. I sighed as i looked over at my mom. she was busy playing with some birds on a bench.

‘I can't just abandon her. it would break her heart.’

i sighed and walked up to her.

“Mom.....would you like to go to a bar?” I asked. she looked at me and smiled.

“Of course.” she said. she got up and we walked to the nearest bar. once there we separated, me to my lonely corner and her to her drinks. I sat all alone, thinking only one thought at the moment.

‘YOLO’

‘fuck it. might as well try to get laid.’

“Hey.” I looked up to see a mare with a pink mane and caramel colored coat smiling at me.

‘wow. i didn't even need to get up.’

“Hi.” I responded.

“Can i sit down?” She asked. and being the gentlecolt i was i obliged.

“Of course.” I smiled at her as i said this. She giggled and sat down across from me.

“Hey,i have a question.” She asked me.

“Shoot.”

“Is that mare over there you’re mom?” She pointed her hoof at my mom who was pounding a quart of whiskey, while stallions cheered around her.

I sighed and slid into my seat.

“yeah. how did you know anyway?” I asked her. she laughed.

“She’s been yelling it for a couple minutes! and even told us some stories from when you were a colt!” She laughed. i blushed and looked away. the mare on the other hand laughed and looked over at my mom.

“Hey! is this your son?” She shouted. my mom looked over at us and started laughing. she walked over to us and sat down the whole time laughing uncontrollably.

“Yes....he is!!” she shouted as she laughed again. for a minute i thought she would die from a heart attack from the laughing. She leaned into the ear of the other mare.

“Wanna hear a story?” I heard. they laughed and looked at me.

“this one time when i got home from shopping i went upstairs to check on him and he was masturbating!!” She shouted out loud. the whole bar erupted into laughter as i blushed.

“MOM!! i think it’s time we leave!” I got up and grabbed her as she tried to take another swig of beer. we ran outside and i looked at her and glared. She raised an eyebrow at me.

“what?” she asked. I sighed.

“let’s just go home.”

We walked home and i took my mom to her room and laid her in her bed, she had fallen asleep halfway to the house. I set her down and covered her up with a blanket. I kissed her forehead and she smiled. I smiled as i closed the door behind me. I sighed and went to my room and went to sleep, not even caring that i still had a suit on....
