Rarity is going to Canterlot to go on a vacation to just be living in the big city, socialize with high classy ponies and get the most wonderful sauna and spa treatments. her friend twilight, knowing princess Celestia has given Rarity 1st class tickets to a hotel suite inside the royal Canterlot Castle. however she decides not to go just due to a new pony who came to Ponyville. this pony seems to be most alone and enjoys to be that way. but with a little bit of support and comforting perhaps he can be a likable and kind pony?
