Revenge is all that's left.
Chapter 5- Rage.
Previous ChapterNext ChapterScootaloo slammed the front door shut and trotted up the stairs furiously. The orange colored mare ascended the flight of stairs, chasing after the young Pegasus.
"Scootaloo!" She shouted, running down the hallways after the angry filly. "I'm sorry you are upset, but this is no way to behave young lady!"
Scootaloo stopped and glanced back at the Pegasus, glaring angrily at her. "I'm not upset, I'm just really mad. How could you do that! After all Rainbow dash has done for me..." Scootaloo entered the first bedroom, and softly closed the door behind her.
"Scootaloo. Please come out sweetie. I promise things are going to get better."
"Yeah right..." Scootaloo mumbled flipping through a comic book that sat comfortably in her lap.
There was a ring at the door. The pacing outside her bedroom stopped and Scootaloo looked up from her comic curiously.
"Oh! Somepony's at the door." She could hear soft walking, and soon she was gone.
"Why... why... d-did this happen t-to me?" Scootaloo looked at her comic, shaking her head as tears crashed against the colorful pages.
"Rainbow dash. Why. W-Why did you b-blame yourself?" Scootaloo asked looking at a photo sitting on her wardrobe.
She got up and trotted to it. She lifted the photo and looked at it with tear-filled eyes. "Rainbow dash.." The photo had the orange Pegasus with her idol, Rainbow dash. They both of them were hugging smiling happily at each other, Scootaloo looking happier than ever. Scootaloo remembered the day this picture was taken, it was the day Scootaloo had turned nine, the day she first met Rainbow dash.
Her memory was interrupted by soft knocking from the other side of the door.
"Scootaloo. Honey. Please come out. Your friends are here." Her mother said in a soft voice.
Scootaloo crossed her forlegs, she set the photo down softly and trotted to the door. She opened it and pouted angrily at her mother and ascended the flight of stairs.
"Scootaloo-" The yellow country filly was interrupted as Scootaloo covered her mouth with a hoof.
"What are you doing!" Sweetie belle squeaked.
"Just don't come back! I want to be alone!" Scootaloo replied shoving her friends out of her home.
"Scootaloo..."
"Bye." Scootaloo slammed the door and walked back to her room, but was stopped by her mom.
"Why did you kick them out!" Scootaloo's mom snapped angrily.
"You said they were bad examples anyways..." Scootaloo shrugged and walked passed her mother.
"Scootaloo what's happening to you..." Her mother whispered. She turned to open the door, she let out a small breath. "Sorry girls Scootaloo hasn't been the same since the incident happened."
Apple Bloom shook her head. "No worries miss. I think we can cheer her up."
Sweetie Belle nodded in agreement and entered the home as the mare closed the door behind the fillies.
"Woah! Where are you going?" The mare asked as Scootaloo walked to the door with her scooter and helmet.
"I'm going for a stroll. I need some fresh air to clear my mind...." Scootaloo replied, placing her helmet softly over her head.
"Oh your friends are here." Scootaloo tilted her head towards the fillies standing awkwardly in her living room with kind smiles plastered on their faces. "Yeah. Hi. So um maybe we shouldn't be friends anymore...."
"What are you saying!" Sweetie Belle squeaked loudly.
"Just stay away from me... I don't want to be friends anymore." Scootaloo ran out the door, she slammed it and scooted away.
"Scootaloo! I am so sorry girls I know she didn't mean that. She's just been in such a bad mood lately."
"No. It's alright we know how Scoots can be..." The girls walked slowly towards the door. "We just gotta give her some time."
Apple Bloom nodded. "Yea. Don't worry! Scootaloo should be back to herself in no time!"
"See you later girls." The fillies saluted the mare and skipped towards town.
"I just hope they're right..."
-
"Oh look it's Scootaloo." Laughed a taunting voice.
"What's it to ya?" Scootaloo asked turning her head in the direction of the voice. "What do you want..."
"I hear you and the crusaders got into a big fight." Smiled the filly.
"So."
"And you three aren't friends anymore are you?"
"Diamond Tiara where exactly are you going with this?" Scootaloo asked raising her eyebrow confused.
"Join me and Silver spoon, we've been wanting you to join us for a while."
"I c-can't."
"What was that?" Diamond Tiara asked leaning closer.
'You aren't their friend anymore. It's okay. You need new friends anyways. So why not! The only person saying no is you!' Her voice rang loudly in her head. Scootaloo shook it away.
'But... they're my friends-
Not anymore.'
"I mean. Sure why not?" Scootaloo responded with a confident smirk.
"Great. See you around new best friend." Diamond Tiara said with a devious grin as she walked away.
Scootaloo scooted off, leaving a small trail of dust behind her.
"Scootaloo..." Apple Bloom looked sadly at her friend as she quickly dashed away.
Sweetie Belle rubbed softly at Apple Bloom's shoulder. "Don't worry she's just like Babs. We'll save her before she's too lost."
Apple Bloom nodded softly as they held a newspaper over their heads, rain poured down softly on them.
-
Scootaloo sighed deeply as the soft breeze tickled her fur. "I wish you were here..." Scootaloo shook her head softly. "What's happening. What have I done? What am I getting myself into?"
She scooted back home, the harsh rain poured down roughly on her mane, but that didn't make her quicken her pace....
"Argh. What the-" The mare was silenced by a hoof shoved into her mouth, a cold liquid was forced into the Pegasus' mouth. The cyan mare swallowed unwillingly and the hoof pulled away as soon as the liquid slid down her throat. The taste was foul, bitter, and sour, it almost made her want to vomit.
The Pegasus suddenly felt wires and rope wrapping around her body, a leather strap was used to hold her wings tightly in place. "Hey! What's the big i-"
Before she could finish her sentence, she was interrupted by a muzzle being placed over her mouth. "Gff gah.."
"Hehe. Now be a nice mare and bend over so we can-"
Rainbow dash kicked the mare in between her eyes, and she fell back screaming in pain. "Gah! Stupid!"
"Ahh!" Rainbow dash fell over screaming in pain, covering her eyes with her forehooves. Her eyes stung horribly from being pepper-sprayed by the mare's assistant.
"You alright boss?"
"Argh.. yes.. just tend to the prisoner, will you." The mare rubbed at her eyes with hoof, grunting loudly in pain.
"Get away from me... What do you thing your doing..." Rainbow dash's eyes widened, but closed as they struggled to remain open.
The assistant removed the needle from the Pegasus' neck, she cleaned the tip with a clean rag and set it softly on a table. She tugged on a strap attached to the un-conscience mare and dragged her drugged body out of the lab.
"Uh... no!" The orange filly screamed, tossing and turning in her sleep. "No! Leave her alone! RAINBOW DASH!" Scootaloo's eyes shot opened and she looked around her bedroom panicky. "Rainbow dash!?" She shook her head looking at the floorboards of her bedroom with a sour look on her face.
"Why do I always have that nightmare?" Scootaloo asked sobbing quietly. "It's always the same.... it always end with Rainbow dash... losing..."
A few tears streamed down her cheeks and she whipped them away quickly with a hoof. She looked around spotting the familiar appearance of her comforting bedroom...
"Burr! It's cold!" Scootaloo thought as she glanced towards her bedroom window. She got up and trotted to the open window and closed it shut. The filly walked sadly to her bed and sat down, frowning at the floor.
"Rainbow dash..." She looked down sadly. "I'm sorry. I'll figure out a solution... somehow..."
Scootaloo gasped as she felt a tight force wrap itself around her body. Her mouth was tapped shut by the foalnapper and soon her limbs were tied together.
The Pegasus was thrown in to a dark sack and soon everything became dark, pitch black. The only noise that could be heard was the soft flapping of wings...
