Big Things Have Small ( And Unique ) Beginnings.
In destruction new things are allowed.
More than 5 billion years ago. A war happened. A war between two cunning interstellar races that have since gone extinct. Weapons were used, beings were killed, and chaos and destruction happened. They were like any other Organism of their time- dependant on the Magic Field for survival. So the two races built Devices (similar two each other's designs) capable of destroying the Magic Field in the vicinity of the blast. And they made them on a stellar scale, capable of destroying a portion of the Magic Field light years across in size. Then raids took place, were the Devices were used for combat. And resulting from these raids caused a gap in the Field, the size of what Mankind calls the Orion arm of the Galaxy. But certain effects from the Devices were unknown to their Creators. On one raid a Device was detonated near a relatively young planet, the blast-as always- did no physical damage and destroyed a portion of the Magic Field. But the blast brought something extraordinary- Carbon Based life.
At the same time as the blast hit a pool of chemicals on the planet, a lightning strike hit the exact same Chemicals. Molecules got Re-arranged from the forces of both the Lightning Bolt and the blast. One set of chemicals looked similar to two intertwined cables, with bars between the two. Then the (crude) DNA collided with a Nano sized drop of Oil. The DNA inside started sending out chemical instructions as if it was a computer meant to work in these conditions. It gained energy and then everything started when it made a copy of it's self. Two billion years passed and new DNA was created when two cells merged. To any Organism but Homo Sapiens, Carbon based life seems mechanical but organic. Orderly but Chaotic. But Homo Sapiens consider LUCA a miracle. For both themselves and every Organism in the Galaxy.
By now the two war faring races have long since ceased to exist so new life took its place. On one planet far away from Earth magic was becoming unstable and in the last moments of the instability organisms appeared and the magic returned to normal with the magic unable to become unstable again until there is no presence of life on the planet for about a million years. One set of Organisms resembled the Equines on Earth.1000 of them had horns and appeared in the 'northern' parts of the planet. 1000 had wings on their side and appeared at the equator, 1000 had neither of the body parts the former two had but was abnormally strong for it's size compared to the others. And exactly 2 had wings, a horn and the strength of the third one listed here and appeared on the opposite side of the planet. The year on Earth at this time is 8,000 B.C.. And the two Alicorn's on the magical world would one day be known as Princess Celestia: princess of the sun and mentor to Princess Twilight. And Princess Luna: Princess of the moon and once known as Nightmare Moon. Of course this world and Earth are not the only two planets with life. No, there are as about as many planets with life developing life in the Galaxy as there is in the Human Television show StarTrek. And one day in this galaxy: Monsters will come forth and the Fate of it will be
determined by the actions of an Anomaly.
