'Oh man i'm late! Oh I hope the guys didn't start the party without me!'Sweetie Belle thought as she made her way to her mentor's office,but then a scent caught her attention.

"Wait whats that smell? Blood?" Sweetie Belle thought out loud "It's coming from my mentor's room!"

She then ran into her mentor's office to find it a shambles and...!.....

"Tiven nooo!"3000 shouted

Sweetie Belle then got a look of worry and ran to her mentor's body.

"Mentor. Mentor. MENTOR!"she shouted

while she was 3000 passed out and the life of Tiven's body was gone and she backed away with a look of both anger and concern.

"Mentor."She stated one last time

Then out of the corner of her eye she saw the hammer from the trial at school,she levitated it and saw it had wet blood on it.

Over near Tiven's body she also saw some broken glass and thought it might've came from a lamp.

Over by that was a piece of paper with the word 3SM on it and it was written on the back of a recipt.

"I should probably contact the royal guard."Sweetie Belle said

She went over to her mentor's old desk to find not a quill or feather or even a piece of paper near by.

"STOP RIGHT THEIR CIMMINAL SCUM!"Shouted the voice of a canterlot guard right behind her

Sweetie Belle turned around with a look of great fear and remembered she was still levitateing the hammer.

"WAIT NONONONO! I DIDN'T DO IT!"She shouted in fear

"You're not the one we want,a witness saw a man kill it."Explained the small red unicorn captien "Names Tailsthehero by the way."

"Sir we found something."Explained one of the guards levitateing the bloody note

Tails looked at 3000 and showed him it.

"Sir do you know what this is?"He asked 3000

"Yes it's my name with the abbreviation."3000 explained

"WHAAAT! It's obvious what happened hear. The victim wrote down the killers name and it was him!"Tails deduced

"WHAT! BUT-"

"Case closed! You're coming with me down to the ponyville detention center!"

3000 was arrested on the spot. Sweetie belle went down to the detention center and waited for visiting hours to begin.

                September 11th,4:30 P.M.

3000 came into view as he entered the visitor's room,he sat down and was ready to talk.

"Sweetie Belle."3000 started

"Please 3000 I know you didn't do it, you don't have the gut's for it."Sweetie Belle stated

"You're right but. Who could do this."3000 said

"You're right. murder hasn't happened since 2,000 years ago with the DL-6 case."Sweetie Belle explained

"And we both know the punishment is very sever."3000 added

"Banishment." They both said together

"To the moon or even the sun." Sweetie Belle added

"Please Sweetie Belle you have to defend me!"3000 begged

"I will to the very end."Sweetie Belle stated

"Thanks."3000 finished

                       5:30 P.M.

Sweetie Belle made her way to where Tails was, she needed the autopsy report, with out it she wouldn't stand a chance.

"Ah Miss Belle what are you doing hear?"Tails asked

"I came for the autopsy report." Sweetie Belle answered

"Well sure hear ya go!"Tails stated handing her the autopsy report by levitation "you know even with all this evidence you're still not gonna win."

"Why's that?" Sweetie Belle asked

"The prosecutor for this case is Silver Spoon."Tails explained
