Sweetie Belle Ace Attorney

Because of all the crimes that have been happening since 1,999 years ago the princesses have made a new judicial system: The bench Trial system. A system where both the  Defence and Prosecution go head to head to determan the fate of a client in 3 days before the verdict is given.

                                        *Bang*

"Court is now in session for the trial of Mr.3000supermario."Luna statedbegining the trail

"The prosecution has been ready for a while your honor."Silver Spoon stated

"The defence is ready your honor."Sweetie Belle stated

"Good, now Silver Spoon would you please explain to the court exactly what happened the day of the murder."Luna asked Silver Spoon

"Yes your honor, Yesterday at around 10:30 A.M. the mail was being delivered and at that time 3000 and The victim were the only ones in the building, that's when 3000 took his chance to attack him."Silver Spoon explained "Now bring out the first witness."

"Witness state your name and occupation."Silver Spoon asked

"My names Tailsthehero, i'm a detective over at the precinct, i'm mostly incarge of the homacides."

"Now Explain to the court the evidence that proves 3000's guilt."Silver Spoon ordered

"Yes mam." Tails stated

             Witness Testimony

                -proof of guilt-

The victim was Tiven Eagle Power Arnold.

The proof we found proves his guilt.

Their was a piece of paper next to him that had the word 3sm on it.

And the Suspect even confermed it was his initials.

Their fore we presumed the victim himself wrote down his murderer.

"Hmmm. Their is something fishy about that but I will let the cross examination decide that. Miss Belle if you would."Luna stated

"Yes your honor."Sweetie Belle answered

         Cross-Examination

            -Proof of guilt-

The victim was Tiven Eagle Power Arnold.

The proof we found proves his guilt.

Their was a piece of paper next to him that had the word 3sm on it.

And the Suspect even confermed it was his initials.

             Objection!

"Wait just a moment their tails. You said the victim wrote this?"Sweetie Belle asked presenting the note with the bloody 3sm on it

"Yep that's what i'm saying."Tails answered

"But that can't be. The autopsy states that he died instantly!"Sweetie Belle stated hovering the piece of the autopsy that stated him dieing instantly

"GAH!"Tails shouted realizeing his mistake

"Objection!" Silver Spoon Shouted "Thought you won didn't you their was an update to the autopsy. The new one states that he may've lived for a few second or so, so their was time to wright down the word 3sm."

"Your honor I wasn't aware of such a report!" Sweetie Belle stated to Luna on her right

"Now to conferm this please bring out the next witness."Silver Spoon ordered "Witness name and occupation."

Standing right infront of the witness stand was a mare with green fur a fire mane and a fire cutie mark.

"My name is Firecracker burst. I like to collect information for my current job over at ponyville news."

"Now tell us exactly what you saw." Silver Spoon Commanded

"Can do." Firecracker Obliged

         Witness Testimony

       -Witnesses Account-

Well I was wondering through ponyville with a quil and paper in my saddle bag to get the scoop on something when I was walking by Arnold and co. law offices.

I was walking by when I saw a figure attack Tiven it wasn't until realization  hit me that it was 3000.

I took out my quil and paper and wrote to the royal guard.

Before that though I heard a loud crash!

And when the crash shocked me I saw a table lamp fall over.

When I took control of my senses again I contacted the royal guard.

"Hmm. Miss Sweetie Belle."Luna stated

"Already on it your honor."Sweetie Belle replied

         Cross-Examination

         -Witness Account-

"GAH!" Firecracker screamed

"Objection!"Silver Spoon shouted

'Oh ya I forgot about Silver Spoon.'Sweetie Belle worriedly thought

"Hmp you cannot get yourself out of this pit Sweetie Belle. I can prove that her field of vision was correct." Silver Spoon stated

"How?" Sweetie Belle asked

"Your honor I demand that another day of this trial be given so me and a few other ponies can experiment and see if Sweetie Belle is correct or not on her claim that Firecracker didn't see the lamp fall." Silver Spoon demanded

"Very well."Luna agreed

               *gavel bang*

"All proccedings of this trial will be postponed until tomorrow for further investigation. So for now court is now adjourned."

Luna stated

'This is not looking good.' Sweetie Belle stated
