“OH SWEET MERCIFUL LUNA I’M LATE!” I screamed as I scaled the clock tower. As I got to the top I prepared to leap off of it. And I did but before I hit the ground I rolled and when I got up I ran when I saw the cart in front of me I slide under it... I didn’t see the mare before it was too late.

“TRIXIE WATCH OUT!” A little dragon beside her yelled as I slide into her.

“AGH!” She yelled as I slide into her.

Great.... I stopped moving entirely and got up. I then helped her to her feet, “Sorry about that I didn’t see you there before I began the slide...”

“Sorry? SORRY!?!?! YOU ALMOST KILLED ME!” She screamed.

“Almost? I....” Wow I felt horrible about it now. It was an accident.

“Trixie it was an accident....” The dragon said again.

“Fine... Fine...  But I need to get this done!” She said.

“Sorry about holding you up I’m in a hurry to get this package delivered....” I said to Trixie.

“Package? You don’t look like a mail pony....” She began.

“Nope... I’m not! I’m a free runner. I deliver packages and such that the Mail delivery won’t.” I said.

“Like what?” She questioned as she walked beside me.

“Like.... well this for example. It’s a book of advanced magical spells.. And I was told to get it to a pony named... Well I was told to get it to you.” I said handing it to her.

“I was wondering why... Wait I ordered this a day ago.... It wasn’t supposed to arrive for a...” She began.

“Month? Yeah. I like being early.” I said.

“So then... What’s your name?” She asked.

“Well I would say you two first but I already know your name.”

“Oh this is my assistant Talon.”

“I hate that name why couldn’t you name me Spike?” Talon asked.

“Because... I don’t know why....” She answered, “It just slipped my mind to name you something like that....”

“Well than.... My name’s Courier. I’m a delivery man and a small time inventor. Hey maybe later I could get you to meet Fire, Hunter and Lightning...”

“Well that’d be nice if you could get me to Hunter I do have to check on how the music is coming along. And I also have to meet Lightning Dust.... But whose Fire?”

“She’s the smith in town. She’s a really great pony to know. But being that you have to meet both Hunter and Lightning I could direct you to Applejack’s and Rarity’s.”

“That’d be great I also have to meet....”

“I can guess don’t worry you’ll meet her soon enough if you haven’t already. So how about along the way I give you a small tour and maybe tomorrow I can give you the full tour of town?”

“That’d be nice....”

“Trix we don’t have time to make a Stallion friend we have to check up on the Summer Sun Celebration!” Talon said impatiently.

“Yeah...” Trixie said.

“Wait... You’re Princess Luna’s personal student?” I questioned.

“Yes I am. Why don’t I look like it?” Trixie asked.

“Well I don’t think there is a certain look. Isn’t it more about magical Prowess?”

“Yes it is. But how would you know.”

Great... Screw my truthful nature.... “I kind of..... maybe.....”

She saw the look on my face and blushed, “So I have a fan?”

“Yeah...” I said blushing, “How about I take you to meet Applejack first. That may take the longest. And I bet you are hungry.”

“Why would you say that?”

“Just wait. The family reunion is in full swing today.” I said showing them towards Sweet Apple Acres.

“Wait... How did you know what was in the package without opening it.” She asked me.

“I can show you later. No I will show you later. It’s something I invented. All it does is allow me to scan the package for it’s contents. And I kinda saw it was a book and I pieced together what it was by... Umm....” I really didn’t want to continue.

“By seeing it was for me?” Trixie finished for me.

“Yeah. Now lets get there I maybe able to miss the drinking contest. With the other Apples... That never ends well... Last time I woke up tied to a pole... Nude... in the center of town.... during a busier day...”

“Ha that sounds like a fun time.”

Oh boy... Now I have to tell the full story, “Another time perhaps. But for now lets get to Sweet Apple Acres.” I said moving onward they followed behind me.
