My return

In the TARDIS console room the Doctor was talking to himself as he was piloting the TARDIS to Stormcage.

He opened the doors and a woman stepped in. All of a sudden the TARDIS beeped and the Doctor left her side to see why.

“River!” the Doctor yelled looking worried. “Why didn’t you tell me?”

“Tell you what sweetie?” River asked a bit confused.

“You’re pregnant!” the Doctor yelled sounding more from disbelief than from anger.

“I am?!” River said sounding just as surprised as the Doctor.

“You didn’t know?” the Doctor said surprised the TARDIS had never said before. “According to the TARDIS you’re about eight months along now.”

“How could I not have noticed?” River said completely bewildered.

“Time Lord Pregnancies are different than human ones. They usually don’t show any signs until about a month before the child is born,” The Doctor explained.

“What are we going to do? Madame Kovarian is definitely going to track us down to get her hands on our child,” River said deeply worried.

“I’m going to call in some protection. She is not getting our baby,” the Doctor said very stern and pulled out a little gold and silver ball.

Kindo had just defeated the Daleks and was falling to his death when he was teleported out of his universe to help an old friend of his. At first Kindo was almost angry but when he thought of his fate back in Equestria his mood changed toward this unwanted interruption.

“What is it Doctor?” Kindo said looking straight at the Doctor with anger in his eyes but then his expression changed.

“We need your help.” River said looking at Kindo pleadingly.

“Well of course you do. He” -Kindo looked back to the Doctor- “wouldn’t have brought me from my universe to his for something stupid.” Kindo did something strange, after seeing the look on both the Doctor’s and River’s faces, he trotted over to River and sniffed her.

“She’s pregnant,” Kindo said nonchalantly but the look in his eyes said ‘Now I get it.’

“Will you help us?” the Doctor asked his oldest friend with an almost broken voice.

“If it’s got you this worried then of course,” Kindo answered quickly.

“Are we safe here?” the Doctor asked but Kindo just took off flying through the TARDIS corridors.

“No, there was over a hundred of the Silence in the TARDIS,” Kindo said not a hint of worry in his voice.

“They are memory proof so how can he remember them?” River asked still confused.

“Different universe I think,” Kindo said.

“Did you dispose of them?” the Doctor asked.

“Of course I did but if they were already in here then the TARDIS isn’t safe here beside I can’t stick around for a month,” Kindo explained.

“So what can we do, Kindo?” River asked concerned for her child.

“You could always” –Kindo looked at the Doctor- “follow me home. My universe is safe it usually is.”

The Doctor obviously didn’t really like this idea but he eventually said, “Yes, your right. Kindo would you take the lead?”

“Of course,” Kindo said as he approached the doors and the Doctor opened them with a snap of his fingers.

“Where are we going?” River asked before Kindo left.

“I’ll let you try and explain it,” Kindo said leaving to pull the TARDIS back to his universe.

“We are going to a planet called…uhhh, Kindo!” the Doctor yelled hoping he could answer him.

“My planet is called Abydos,” Kindo said sounding annoyed the he one again forgot.

“Right we are going-” the TARDIS shakes as they begin their journey. “-to Abydos and probably going to land in the country of Equestria,” the Doctor answered.

“Abydos? How do I know that name?” River said as the TARDIS shook violently indicating they were in the dark space.

“You are a child of the TARDIS correct?” Kindo asked as he entered the TARDIS.

“Yeah but what does that have to do with anything?” River asked hoping for a straight answer.

“I help power the TARDIS so you have traces of my life in your memories,” Kindo answered as clearly as he could.

“You help power my TARDIS?” the Doctor said looking between Kindo and the TARDIS console.

“Over there is my soul,” Kindo clarified looking out the doors. The Doctor and River approached the doors and saw his ‘soul’, a giant ball of multicolored energy.

“The EoH!” the Doctor said in surprise.

“The what?” River questioned.

“The EoH, largest power supply in existence so large in fact it is alive,” Kindo explained.

“You called it your soul. Why?” they both asked almost simultaneously.

“I created it about twelve thousand years ago but I paid a terrible price. I lost-” Kindo stopped when the TARDIS shook violently and Kindo left to direct it through his time vortex, after a few minutes they landed.

“Where are we?” River asked looking around.

“I don’t know never been here before,” The Doctor said before Kindo could.

“We are inside a mysterious forest filled with danger. The people of this planet call it the Everfree forest but we aren’t too far in just enough to be out of sight. This place is mysterious so a random blue box that doesn’t exist yet will not be easily noticed,” Kindo answered.

“So, Now what?” River asked obviously already bored but Kindo just walked back into the TARDIS.

“Connect to the EoH power supply, Code 42,” Kindo said and the TARDIS lights turned blue.

“EoH power supply connected,” the TARDIS said in a mechanical voice.

“There,” –Kindo turned to face the Doctor and River- “now you can explore my universe and everything in it. I will warn you that 300DC is pretty boring and do not run into me.”

“How long have you been gone in this universe?” the Doctor asked.

“You noticed the time shift huh? Well if you must know it’s been about a year since you pulled me through,” Kindo answered.

“Well what hospital would you recommend?” River asked obviously wanting a great hospital for her child.

“I would like to recommend the Cloudsdale hospital but the Telior hospital on Reja Magnum is the best in this universe and they will deliver aliens,” Kindo said before he left for the Wonderbolts HQ.
