My return

Kindo arrived back at the Wonderbolts HQ and was walking towards his office when he saw somepony he wasn’t expecting.

“Twilight, what are you doing here?” he asked as she turned around.

“To be honest I’m looking for you,” she said looking for any signs of damage on him.

“No I’m not injured,” Kindo said rolling his eyes. As she stopped he said, “What do you want Princess?”

“You’re needed in Canterlot. Princess Celestia needs a word with you in private,” Twilight explained.

“Well then lead the way,” Kindo said before bowing and pointing his hoof towards the door.

Twilight simply nodded and lead Kindo back to Canterlot but his mind wouldn’t stop racing along the way. As they entered they saw the other three Princesses but they didn’t have their crowns on witch could only mean one thing.

“No matter how many times you ask the answer is still NO!” Kindo almost yelled that last part.

“Think again,” Luna said as she levitated a scroll over to Kindo and he read it before giving a sigh of defeat.

“When is it then?” Kindo said sadly.

“One week from today just as you instructed,” Cadence answered but Celestia kept eye contact with Kindo throughout without saying anything.

“Is there something wrong niece?” Kindo said with genuine concern in his voice.

“She is afraid of the ceremony but according to your orders now is the best time for it to happen,” Luna answered while Celestia stood there like a statue.

“I hate to interrupt but I’m having problems breathing,” Twilight said weakly as everypony saw that she was being held by a statue of a pegasus.

“It was a trap,” Kindo said in disbelief of the statue.

“What is it?” Cadence, Luna, and Twilight asked almost simultaneously.

“A species called the weeping angels. Usually they zap you back into the past and make you live to death but the castle is under my protection. They must have followed me from another universe,” Kindo explained staring not at Twilight but at the statue.

“Do they have any weaknesses?” Luna asked before Cadence screamed but Kindo kept looking at the weeping angel holding Twilight.

“They can’t move as long as another living creature is looking. When unseen they are extremely fast but when something is looking at them they freeze into statues. Their not what I’m worried about though,” Kindo explained.

“What are you worried about then?” Celestia finally spoke up.

“Angel Celey I’m worried about my better half,” Kindo said knowing perfectly well the feeling he was getting.

“Why did you call her that and what better half?” Twilight asked.

“I’m sorry Twilight but the angels needed a voice and Celestia said and did nothing when the angel grabbed you. As for my better half well that is when things start dying. What do you want Angels? Why keep us alive?” Kindo asked in a pompous and superior tone.

“We keep you alive for entertainment and nothing else,” Celestia said trying to hide something.

“Oh that’s right; you can’t feast off another universe’s time energy. Time energy is on different wavelengths in each universe because it helps to keep them separated.” Kindo said as he finished figuring it out.

“Pretty smart for an average pony out of his time,” Celestia said in a monotone voice no longer hiding her connection with the weeping angels.

“Yes well it seems were both out of time now,” Kindo struggled to say as the energy inside him rose.

The short time traveler suddenly started getting taller and a horn grew out of his head. Kindo was shorter than most ponies being only about three and a half feet tall but now he had to be at least eleven feet. In his alicorn mode Kindo’s rainbow mane and tail becomes a flaming red color, his black coat turns an electric blue, and his emerald green eyes turn a snow white with some energy flowing out the sides.

The battle between him and the weeping angels went by in a flash since his alicorn state is overflowing with energy. Kindo defeated both angels before they could move and thanks to his three day conversation with the EoH returned to his normal pegasus form. Kindo looked at all of the Princesses that were just staring at his transformation until they noticed Celestia on the ground tiring to recover from being an angel.

“What was that?!” Cadence was the first to speak up.

“My alicorn form I didn’t just become a King because of birth right you know,” Kindo said as he walked over to Celestia.

“Okay so Celestia and Luna control the sun and moon, Cadence can control love, and I can control magic but what can you control?” Twilight summarized both to see if she was right and to make a point.

“You are right about that Twilight and I can control the EoH. That’s the largest power supply in existence and it even powers the Elements of Harmony to help keep it stable,” Kindo answered in a modest tone.

“Since when can you control the EoH?” Luna asked knowing Kindo and his powers well.

“I’ve always had some control over it but I have been able to have full control for the last four years.” Kindo looked at Celestia and scanned her with his magic before saying, “She’ll be fine. She just has a little headache along with some dehydration.”

“What happened?” Celestia asked dryly as she regained consciousness.

“Touch of an angel. It couldn’t zap you back in time because the castle has a time barrier around it so it used angel dust to transform you into an angel,” Kindo explained.

The week just flew by and Kindo commissioned Rarity for a bigger crown so he could be another alicorn for his second coronation. Rainbow Dash gladly accepted doing a Sonic Rainboom for his coronation but is still having problems accepting that she will technically become a Princess. Kindo was even able to clear the day so that the Wonderbolts could perform.

The turnout for his coronation was enormous since this will be the first time in nearly three thousand years that Equestria has had a King. The coronation was amazing after Kindo said a few words to the public Dash did a Sonic Rainboom and then the Wonderbolts performed. After the Wonderbolts disappeared from the sky Kindo performed a Double Rainboom to finish off his coronation.

“With the way you were talking about it you sure made this a spectacle,” Celestia said as Kindo landed.

“Yes well my fiancé talked me into it,” Kindo admitted as a blush shone through his electric blue coat.

“You’re getting married?!” Luna said flabbergasted.

“You did seem to have a problem with the idea almost two thousand years ago,” Celestia said teasingly causing Kindo and Luna to blush at the memory.
