Ponies fall for other ponies. That's nothing new. Everypony has had a crush at some point in their life. Even the Mane 6 have crushes, even if they are tiny.

So when Twilight gathers her friends for a scientific breakthrough with the Love Poison, they all have those certain ponies in their heads, even if they don't know it. What happens when the potion she's working on explodes and all those certain ponies come to Canterlot with apparent feelings for the ponies who like them? Dates, romance and shenanigans of course!
