My Special Somepony

It was the last sunny day of autumn in Ponyville where the last rays of sunlight penetrate the ground for the remainder of the year, and it was for this reason that we pegasi were working overtime trying to shift the clouds into position for winter to begin in two days’ time.

“Flitter, you’re working too slowly. Put some wing power into it,” snapped the captain of our team, a young cyan pegasus whom seemed to be able to move clouds five times faster than anyone else. She zoomed past me with a cloud and pushed it into the others.

“I’m trying,” I gasped as I pushed the large white cloud towards our relatively small cloud mat. Truth was, I was tired, having stayed up half the night trying to finish my essay on snowflakes.

“It’s okay Rainbow Dash, I’ll help Flitter with this one,” Cloudchaser called as she zoomed over to help me push my cloud.

“Thanks,” I muttered sparing my sister a glance.

“You need to go to bed earlier Flitter,” Cloudchaser said over the beating of our wings. “I know your essay is important but you can’t go to work like this.”

“I have to study,” I sighed, my eyes heavy and itching. “Working full time and studying is hard.”

“Only one day to go,” Cloudchaser said smiling, “then it’ll be winter and we’ll have three months off work.”

“Thank goodness for that,” I sighed as my wings and forehooves ached from the pushing.

“That’s all good and well,” Rainbow Dash said pausing to join in. “I want my time off too. Then I get to spend every day sleeping in.” A dreamy look came over the cyan mare’s face before becoming serious again. “But no one can have any time off until the cloud blanket is ready for winter. I’m pretty sure the mayor will pluck all our feathers if winter is late again.”

Cloudchaser and I looked at each other and nodded. Rainbow Dash took off to get another cloud and we continued to push this one towards the cloud blanket that was soon to cover Ponyville for a full three months.

“My wings are sore,” I groaned as Cloudchaser and I crossed the threshold of the door to our home after working an extra hour due to lack of progress from our cloud blanket.

“Only one day to go,” Cloudchaser said as she pushed past me, brushing her wing against my cheek as she did so.

I flushed slightly as I dropped my saddlebags in the hall and trotted into the kitchen where mother was cooking. “You two are late? Did the weather team keep you back?” Mother had asked as she looked back at me from the stove.

I nodded, drawing a chair and allowing it to take my weight. My head hit the table and I closed my eyes, allowing the dark to cool my eyelids. Odd blotches and dots of colour, green and red blotches appeared from the darkness of my closed lids. I let off a huge sigh, feeling like just walking up the stairs to my bed and crashing without food or a shower.

“Flitter hon? Are you alright?” mother asked placing a hoof on my head.

I raised my head and opened my eyes, the dots and splotches winked away to nothing. “I’m fine,” I replied as I raised a hoof to rub my left eye.

“Maybe you should be going to bed earlier?” Cloudchaser replied, her head in the fridge.

I glared my elder twin sister as she shut the fridge. “I’m going to bed at a reasonable hour,” I replied, more to my mother than Cloudchaser.

Mother raised an eyebrow. “What time is it that you’re going to sleep?”

“Midnight at the moment,” I lied. “I also have a lot of studying to do at the moment and the weather team need us to get ready for winter,” I added truthfully. I was actually going to sleep at two am and Cloudchaser knew it. She shook her head behind mother’s back. “Is dinner almost ready?” I asked, keen to change the subject.

“About fifteen minutes,” she replied returning to the stove.

I got up from the chair and said, “I might go for a shower then. I smell like a mule.”

Cloudchaser snickered. I glanced at her catching her eye. She smiled and winked. I winked back and behind our mother, I flicked my tail in a seductive way before strolling off to the bathroom.

*                                        **                        **                      **                                                *

It was an hour before midnight, mum and dad were asleep and I was trying not to do the same in front of my essay. The pen in my mouth was slack as my eyelids fell, my mouth twitched and it fell onto my paper.  I just couldn’t think anymore. “Flitter, maybe you should call it a night?” Cloudchaser suggested. I opened my eyes and pushed my forehoof to my head. As I did so, Cloudchaser placed a hoof around my shoulder and kissed my cheek. “We need you tomorrow to finish the Clouds; I’ll help you with your essay over the weekend okay?”

I sighed and reluctantly nodded. “Good,” Cloudchaser said, a hint of triumph in her voice. She kissed me again but on the lips, their warmth radiating into my heart. “Now Flitter. How would you like to spend some of your spare time with me?” Cloudchaser rubbed her hooves over my chest and licked my neck.

I sat back and sighed, “I might just hit the hay actually.” I looked up to my elder sister, her face showing signs of disappointment.

“But,” Cloudchaser argued. “We haven’t had sex in about six weeks. We haven’t spent much time together outside of work or at home.”

I looked up at her pleadingly. “I’ll make it up to you tomorrow, I promise.”

Cloudchaser looked a little happier and she bobbed her head in agreement. “Although tomorrow’s Friday so it might be a little later than now.”

I grinned. “I don’t mind,” I yawned. “’s long as I’m with you I don’t care.” I moved my muzzle to my sister’s and kissed her tenderly. Upon breaking I whispered, “I’ll see you tomorrow CC.”

Cloudchaser left my bedroom as I packed my things up ready for the day to come. Once complete I turned the lights off and jumped in bed. Despite my exhaustion I couldn’t help but feel bad for turning down Cloudchaser’s request, she was right. We hardly had any time alone together. It’s okay I told myself, she’ll be happy tomorrow. I couldn’t dwell on it anymore as my fatigue carried me into a dark sleep.

*                                        **                        **                      **                                                *

Beep Beep Beep, my alarm sounded so loudly it felt like my ears would melt. My hoof slammed down on the off button and I sat up in the dark, my wings snagged in my blanket and my mane was a nest of tangled hair. I rubbed the sleep out of my tired eyes and stretched before disentangling my wings from the blanket. With a quick glance at the alarm clock that read “5:32am.” I began to get ready for work. I started with preening my messy feathers, brushing my mane and my tail as well as setting the bow on top of my head. My coat didn’t need a brush so I can leave that till tomorrow.

I looked in the mirror of my duchess and I looked good except for my tired red eyes. “One more day,” I said to my reflection, “one more day.”

I got changed into some warm winter clothes before I swung my saddlebags over my back and tied them in place. I ensured I had enough money to purchase some lunch before leaving my bedroom. About two seconds after leaving my room, Cloudchaser’s door creaked open and she too was ready for work. “Ready?” Cloudchaser whispered, so as to not wake mother or father.

“Yes,” I whispered back.

Together we left the house for the last day of work. Once we were out of the house and took flight in the chilling last day of autumn Cloudchaser spoke. “Glad to be on the last day before winter break?”

“Yes,” I said over the wind in my ears. “Mostly glad because I get to spend some more time with you. But I still have to finish my essay over the weekend. It’s due on Monday.”

“You’ll get it done,” Cloudchaser assured. “Meanwhile, I’m looking forward to tonight.” She swerved and bumped our cutie marks together causing me to wobble slightly.

“You wanna play it that way huh?” I giggled playfully. In mid-flight I soared above my sister and in a stealth like move I landed on her back and wrapped my hooves around her neck. “You can fly me to work ‘cause I’m so tired.”

“Hey that’s not fair,” Cloudchaser whined. “You can fly yourself, you’re too heavy.”

“Hoh, you saying I’m fat?” I said hurt.

“No. You’re beautiful Flitter, but do you have to sit on my back?” Cloudchaser complained.

“You’ll get over it,” I said snuggling against her neck. “It isn’t far.” Cloudchaser shook her head and titled to the right to perform a barrel roll. The momentum unseated me and I was flung through the air. I extended my wings and they caught the air, I stabilised and glared at CC.

“You’re evil,” I said squinting at her and scrunching my muzzle.

“No I’m not,” Cloudchaser laughed. “I can’t be tamed; I’m like a bronco Flitter. Nopony can tame me.”

I snorted. “I could tame you in my sleep.”

Cloudchaser snorted back. “Bah, Yeah right Flitter. You couldn’t tame anypony, more like I’ve tamed you!”

“We’ll just have to agree to disagree,” I said sweetly. “But one day CC, you’ll appreciate your baby sis.”

*                                        **                        **                      **                                                *

It was starting time, Rainbow Dash however held us on the ground for a talk before we started to shift the clouds.

“Right,” Rainbow Dash said loudly to her team. “We have a job to do. Yesterday’s performance was good but I see room for improvement.” Rainbow Dash made a brief pause before continuing. “Our cloud blanket is the second largest, I want it to be the biggest. I want our cloud to be joining the rest as the largest piece. I need all of you to try harder.”

We all nodded in agreement, a few ponies glancing up into the dark sky to try and compare the sizes.

“Okay everypony,” Rainbow Dash yelled with passion. “Now get up there and show me what you got!”

Everypony spread their wings and launched from the ground. I was just about to take off when Rainbow Dash held a hoof for me to stay. I tucked my wings away confused and worried. What did I do? Am I in trouble? Am I useless? What if I lost my job?”

Rainbow Dash seemed to pick this up on my face because she said, “you’re not in trouble Flitter. I just need to know. Did you get any sleep last night?”

I nodded.

“Are you feeling okay?” she asked. “You looked terrible yesterday, and it showed in your performance.”

“I feel better than yesterday,” I told her truthfully. “I’ll be better today.”

“Good, because you’re a better flier than what you give yourself credit for,” Rainbow Dash said with a nod.

“Th-Thanks,” I said relieved.

“Now get up there and show me what your capable of,” Rainbow Dash said loudly.

I stumbled at the pitch of her voice. Recovering I spread my wings and flew up to meet the rest of my team. I flew over to collect my first cloud of the day to shift in place.

*                                        **                        **                      **                                                *

By mid-afternoon, our cloud matt was starting dominate the sky. The other teams were visible as well but it looked like ours was the biggest. I pushed what felt like my thousandth cloud against the giant one and wiped my brow.

“Hey Flitter?” I turned to face a white pony with a striped mane. It was Blossomforth. “Are you coming down to celebrate end of season after work?” she asked curiously.

“Yeah sure, I guess. If Cloudchaser goes then I’m going,” I finished with a nod.

“Great,” Blossomforth said ecstatic. “Cloudchaser’s already said she’s going. RD’s going to be there and Thunderlane and…”

“You’re doing great guys! We can finish this, the cloud is almost done!” Rainbow shouted to her team. “Team one’s cloud is only a few minutes from joining ours and ours is much bigger, team three’s cloud is smaller than team one so it looks like we win!”

I looked at the clouds myself. Rainbow Dash was over-exaggerating the size of our cloud. It was a little bit bigger than team two’s but not by much.

Within the hour, we were patching the gap between our cloud (cloud one) and team three’s cloud. Team two and our team had joined cloud two and one already so all three teams were working on the final piece. Work was now moving much faster, and soon the clouds were joined, cutting the sunlight to Ponyville and the surrounding area for three months. Thus our work was complete until Winter Wrap Up.

*                                        **                        **                      **                                                *

The party that night started with rounds of alcohol and music, the party was half at the indoor entertainment centre with high ceilings, large tables filled with all sorts of food and lots of alcohol. All patrons were from the Ponyville Weather Team and all were ecstatic that work was over for three months. Some were talking about plans for Hearths Warming Eve; others were talking about the holiday’s they were going to take to various parts of Equestria.  As for me, I was talking with Cloudchaser and Blossomforth.

“Any plans over winter Blossomforth?” I asked the white Pegasus before taking a sip of my vodka.

“I’m going to Cloudsdale to see my parents for Hearths Warming Eve,” she explained. She took a sip of her drink and continued, “I leave in about two weeks and I’m there for four weeks, when I get back I might just chill out by the fire. What about you two?” she asked.

We looked at each other; we hadn’t really gone over what we might do over winter. I myself have to finish my essay but we had been thinking of… “Well,” Cloudchaser began. “Flitter and I might go back to Canterlot for a week or so, if we have the money.”

“I was really my idea a while back,” I told Blossomforth. “I really enjoyed it there when we went for our school ball. I wanted to go back, but only if we can afford it.”

Blossomforth nodded and I took a sip of my drink, the tangy orange flavour filling my mouth. “So Cloudchaser, any colts you’ve taken an interest to since you joined the weather team?” Blossomforth asked curiously.

Cloudchaser shook her head. “I have no real interest in colts anymore,” Cloudchaser admitted.

Blossomforth raised an eyebrow. “I didn’t know you were into mares Cloudchaser. I always thought you were into colts, especially with the rivalry between you and Thunderlane.” Blossomforth took a sip of her drink.

“Thunderlane is a great flier,” Cloudchaser said with respect “but he is by no means attractive.”

“He’s not that bad looking,” Blossomforth said. “What about you Flitter? Found that filly that’s swept you off your hooves yet?”

“Not yet,” I said convincingly. “Love isn’t kind to me. What about you?”

“Casual,” Blossomforth said simply. “I’m not ready for love, thought I’d just you know. Have some fun first.” She giggled and added, “I do sometimes wish that I could simply marry somepony, have a family and you know. Do normal married couple stuff.”

Cloudchaser and I glanced at each other and nodded in agreement. Simply put, that’s what Cloudchaser and I wanted, except the family part. We’re both mares and can’t simply have a child, not only that. If we could, it would raise some eyebrows as to who that father was if either of us fell pregnant.  I shook my head to clear it. I shouldn’t be thinking about foals, they’re out of bounds.

“Are you alright Flitter?” Blossomforth inquired.  “Headache?”

“No- I mean yes. I’m fine,” I said truthfully. “I just had to shake some thoughts out of my head is all.” To help clear my confusion I took a sip of my drink.

Cloudchaser raised her eyebrow at me as if saying ‘Yeah right.’ I rolled my eyes and Blossomforth picked off from where she was.

“Anyway,” Bloomforth began as if nothing had happened. “I thought I’d spend some time in Ponyville before going back to Cloudsdale, I like it here though. The weather’s nice but the pay is better in Cloudsdale.”

“Why not Canterlot?” I asked, remembering the majestic and magical buildings built on the mountainside.

Blossomforth laughed. “There’s no work there Flitter. I mean unless you want to be a shop keeper.”

‘Of course,” I said stupidly. “Unicorns do their own weather.”

“Precisely,” Cloudchaser said bonking my nose with a hoof. “It’s a place of travel. Not a place to live sis.”

I frowned. I wanted to live in Canterlot. Then I remembered that I was studying to work in the weather factory. I would have to move to Cloudsdale eventually and there was work for Cloudchaser too.

“I think you’ve had a little too much to drink baby sis,” Cloudchaser said seriously before taking my drink from my hoof.

“Hey!” I snapped swiping at my glass and missing. “I’m not drunk. Give me my drink,” I demanded becoming slightly hacked off.

Cloudchaser shook her head. “You’re spacing out. You can’t even hold onto the conversation.”

“I am not,” I said placing emphasis on each word. “I am not drunk. Give my drink back CC.”

Blossomforth swiped the drink out of Couldchaser’s hoof and passed it to me. “She’s fine,” Blossomforth said casually. “You’re such a tease Cloudchaser.”

I rolled my eyes. “You got that right,” I muttered under my breath.

*                                        **                        **                      **                                                *

At midnight we left the party to go home, by now I was rather tipsy and giggly as we flew home. I had more to drink than Cloudchaser and her agitation with me was showing. “Hey CC, your eyes are glowing real bright in the moon,” I giggled. “You’re so pretty.”

Cloudchaser facehoofed. “Flitter,” she growled, annoyed. “The moon is behind the clouds. How can my eyes be shining in moonlight?”

“Maybe it’s just the streetlights,” I said stupidly. “But that doesn’t detract from the fact that you’re eyes so pretty.” I felt a rush of affection, amplified by the alcohol in my system. “I love you so much Cloudchaser,” I said louder than I wanted.

“Flitter,” she hissed. “For the love of Celestia, you don’t need to tell the whole world.”

“Sorry,” I whispered. “But you do know I love you right?”

“You don’t say,” Cloudchaser muttered. “I’ve practically been joined to you since the day we were born.”

“We’ve been stuck together like glue,” I giggled. “We’ll be together forever.”

“You drank too much Flitter,” Cloudchaser sighed, slowing down as we crossed the boundary to our house.

“No I haven’t,” I shot back. We entered the house through my bedroom window rather than risk waking mum and dad. Cloudchaser flicked the light on as I shut the window and drew the curtains.

I turned around to see my sister two inches in front my muzzle. I stepped back out of instinct. “Sorry, I-,” Cloudchaser started. “I was hoping to… y’know?”

I cocked my head to the right. “Oh?” I said with mock confusion.

Cloudchaser raised her eyebrow and took a step towards me, her muzzle an inch from mine. “I was hoping I could.” Cloudchaser raised a hoof to my chin and pulled my muzzle closer. “Make love to my beautiful fillyfriend,” she finished, her voice like smooth chocolate.

My heart melted, but that didn’t stop my retort. “I thought you were pissed off at me?”

“I am, but you can change my mood Fitter,” she replied. The idea of trying to tame Cloudchaser vanished from my head as she drew the final inch and our lips met. Cloudchaser placed her hoof on my cheek and caressed, our tongues entwined and the taste of Cloudchaser’s last wine filled my mouth. I closed my eyes as Cloudchaser pushed me backwards onto the bed. My back hit the soft mattress and my sister followed onto me.

Cloudchaser’s tail lapped gently with mine as she clambered on top of me. “You’re blushing makes your face as radiant as the sun,” Cloudchaser giggled as she planted a kiss on my glowing cheek.

“Well,” I blubbered, my ears heating up. “I-“Cloudchaser kissed me before I could finish. I stopped and she slid her warm tongue in. I wrapped my hooves around her and pulled her closer to me; her beating heart could be felt against mine. Heart pounding, I broke the kiss and looked into my sister’s beautiful eyes. “I love you CC,” I whispered, my lips brushing hers.

Cloudchaser placed her warm hoof on my cheek and said gently, “I love you too Flitter.” I took her forehoof from my cheek in my left forehoof and guided it down towards my rapidly warming nether.

“I would prefer you down here,” I whispered to her placing her hoof between my legs.  I positioned my other hoof on her remaining foreleg and licked it gently. I knew CC wouldn’t feel much but for some reason it excited me. Cloudchaser kissed my neck as I licked her hoof; she occasionally pinched the skin beneath the fur sending the shivers of excitement throughout my body. Cloudchaser pulled her hoof from my grasp and kissed me again, this time to my satisfaction; Cloudchaser pushed her hoof against my erect bud. I squeaked and she snorted forcing her to break the kiss as she giggled.

Cloudchaser shook her head, a smile still on my muzzle. “What’s wrong?” I asked as sweetly as I possibly could, tilting my head to the side.

“Nothing,” Cloudchaser said as she shook her head. “You’re just so adorable. That’s all.” Cloudchaser leaned back down and kissed me again, her hoof rolling circles over my clit as we made out like we never have before, each circle sending electrical charges though my body and into my brain. I never before felt so sexually charged that with a free hoof I forced Cloudchaser to rub harder. Never before had I wanted to take control, I was always the one that was submissive but this was different. “Flitter?” Cloudchaser asked breaking the kiss.

“Don’t care,” I moaned, rubbing my elder sister’s hoof against my wet slit. “I just want you, I want you inside me CC. Where’s that dildo?” I released Cloudchaser’s hoof and dived for the bedside drawer. I opened the top drawer and pulled it out from a sock before thrusting it at Cloudchaser. My wings erect, I leaned forward before dropping to my front knees and I lifted my tail, the cool air kissing my aroused sex. “Please CC?” I begged, waving my tail for her to enter.

Cloudchaser frowned. “Eager are we Flitter?” Cloudchaser licked the tip of my pink dildo then licked my opening, the wet tongue sending shivers along my body. Cloudchaser then placed the tip against my opening and slid it in.

Her hoof on one end, Cloudchaser slid the object back out before pushing it back in. As she did this I felt her lips kiss my cutie mark. Her lips were soft and as gentle as the butterflies on my flank would have been. The little kisses stopped and I felt Cloudchaser lean over my body, her hoof still on the dildo and she kissed me.

Cloudchaser pumped harder, her rhythm increasing, I had to break the kiss to breathe and to moan as pure pleasure rocked throughout my sexually starved body.  Cloudchaser took one of my hooves and pushed it between her legs; I rubbed her wet swollen clit as she was no doubt as horny as I was.  Cloudchaser’s eyes half closed as her own ecstasy took hold of her, she was slacking off a bit on the pumping but she kept it going allowing me to share in the pleasure. I dug my hoof in against Cloudchaser’s opening at random and she moaned quite loudly. “Enjoying yourself?” I giggled.

“Not as much as you’re enjoying this,” she responded. Cloudchaser tilted the dildo towards my belly and it pushed along the G-spot. I squealed in shock and out of instinct took my hoof away from Cloudchaser’s pungent warm slit and stuffed it in my mouth, the sweet taste of her filled my mouth. Cloudchaser froze too; my ears perked listening for the tiniest noise, my heart thumping if possible faster than it was before.

We looked at each other nervously. “Do you hear anything?” I whispered slightly panicky.

Cloudchaser shook her head and sighed “If you want to stop, we can.”

My hearing was not picking anything up either. If mother or father heard us they would be here by now. I shook my head. “No. “I didn’t want this to spoil the mood; after all it was hard enough to find time for sex.

My train of thought was broken when Cloudchaser pulled the dildo and pushed it back in. My nerves lit up again and sent shocks through me. I stifled a moan causing Cloudchaser to frown at me. “Shh,” she snapped.

“Sor-mm-eee” I gasped, and that’s when Cloudchaser stopped and pulled the dildo out.  “What’s going on?” I asked almost angrily.

“My turn,” Cloudchaser said smugly as she rolled onto her back with her hind legs spread, her wet sex exposed.

“But-“ I cried, “I was so close.”

“Exactly,” Cloudchaser said. “I’ll finish you off when you finish me.”

I frowned. “You are so evil,” I growled as I dived down on Cloudchaser’s pungent lips. ”You better give me a good orgasm CC.”

“Oh I will,” Cloudchaser giggled. “But first you will fuck me with your tongue.”

I leaned towards my sister’s sex, the lips swollen and smelling of arousal. I licked Cloudchaser’s hard clit and she moaned softly, much more softly than I was just a minute ago. I then licked her whole slit and Cloudchaser twitched as her nerves no doubt began to jangle. I felt Cloudchaser’s forehooves touch the back of my head and fore me down slightly. I buried my muzzle inside her. My tongue filled with her sweet nectar as her juices soaked into the fur around my muzzle, I reached as far as I could into Cloudchaser’s love hole and with my other hoof I began to rub her clit again. I felt Cloudchaser kick a hind her and heard her feathers rustle as her body shivered in ecstasy as I, her little sister, ate her out on my bedspread.

Cloudchaser kicked a hind hoof as she moaned; it connected with the back of the bed which hit the wall against it. The thud sounded louder than it actually was. I withdrew my sticky muzzle from Cloudchaser and the bedroom door opened. My heart dropped so fast that I almost passed out “What in sweet Celestia is going on here? You two sound like a…”

Mother appeared from behind the door, her face filled with shock. It was then that it felt as if an egg had cracked over my head and ran slowly down my face.

Mother recovered faster than we did. “What in Equestria are you two doing?” Mother snapped. “Is this some kind of, of. “ Mother glanced from the dildo, sticky from my secretions to our guilty faces, her eyes lingering for a second longer on my muzzle.

“We, we” Cloudchaser tried to come up with something but it clearly died. She glanced at me, her little sister, with her muzzle stained with her love juice. She was for the first time in her life lost for words.

“Cloudchaser,” mother’s voice cracked like a whip. “Explain, now.”

“We, we…  It’s a long story.” Cloudchaser concluded from a sitting position. She lowered her head to look at the sheets, away from mother.

“Flitter?” Mother snapped. My heart twisted unpleasantly. I didn’t know what to say, I felt like what I said would mean the difference between Cloudchaser and I ever being together.

“We were stupid,” I managed to say. “It was a spur of the moment thing,” I blurted out finally.

“You’re drunk aren’t you Flitter?” Mother asked, still clearly angry.

I decided not to lie and nodded. “A little,” I muttered.

“I-“Cloudchaser began but mother cut her off.

“No Cloudchaser, no excuses,” Mother growled. “This stupidity, the both of you, you’re sisters. I will not have this. Incest is wrong; I cannot believe the both of you. I’ll be speaking to your father about this.”

I held my head down, tears began to leak from my eyes and the little excitement inside me from our magical moment that had lingered finally died.  I sobbed and Cloudchaser glanced at me. “Flitter-“

“No Cloudchaser,” Mum’s voice cracked. “Go to bed.”

“Mum,” Cloudchaser argued. “I want to be here for-“

“No,” she maintained, her voice full of rage. “You will not take any more advantage of her.”

“Advantage? “ Cloudchaser argued, her voice now rising. “I would never ever take advantage of Flitter. She’s my little sister.”

“Exactly,” Mother roared. “What are you doing with your muzzle inside her, Cloudchaser? Or better yet, hers inside yours.  We’re not hicks Cloudchaser; we don’t screw around with our sister’s now do we? “

“Mum,” I said weakly. “It’s not like that. It’s my fault too.”

Mother looked and me and said heavily, “I am aware of that Flitter. You’re in just as much trouble as she’s in, this goes for you just as much as it goes for her.”

“This isn’t Flitter’s fault,” Cloudchaser roared. “I’ve already said this is my fault. But I deny I would take advantage of her.”

“Don’t you dare insult my intelligence Cloudchaser, now go to bed, or I’ll drag you there myself.”

Cloudchaser’s eyes were filled with tears. With effort, she stormed off to her room. Somehow, even in the circumstance, I felt that our relationship had crumbled in just a matter of minutes.

“Now Flitter,” Mother barked. “I would have thought you to be intelligent enough to not only engage is such an act, but the fact that you got as drunk as you are.”

“I’m not that drunk,” I sulked, tears still leaking from my eyes.

“Why did you do this?” Mum asked.

I looked into her eyes, through my swollen ones. “Because,” I gasped. “I love Cloudchaser, I’ve never been in a relationship before and I wanted to know. I wanted to feel it. Cloudchaser never denies me anything because she loves me.” I wiped my muzzle and gasped my heart heavy. “I’m a fillyfooler. I’ve meant to tell you but I couldn’t. Cloudchaser is the only real pony I can trust.” I shook my head trying to clear it. “This isn’t Cloudchaser’s fault. It’s mine,” I cried. “Cloudchaser wouldn’t have done this if I didn’t ask her to.”

“Flitter,” Mum said, torn between anger and sympathy. “You can trust us, your father and I are always here.”

“My relationship with CC is a little different than the one we have with you guys,” I sobbed, still not managing to lie. “We’re always open with each other; we don’t expect you to understand.”

“Flitter look,” Mum said shaking her head. “You didn’t need to resort to this. This is just silly. I still cannot believe you wanted this from Cloudchaser. Incest is not right Flitter. You’re a smart filly. This is not something the Flitter I know would do.”

“I regret it,” I said hanging my head. I finally made my first lie of the night.

“Good,” Mum said. “Now off to bed, do not go and see Cloudchaser. I will still be telling your father about this, but I’m glad you told me anyway.”

I nodded until mother left the room and that’s when my heart finally tore in two and I cried harder than I had ever done before. I wanted nothing than to be comforted. My despair and anguish combined with my lust for Cloudchaser made me want to just run away, run far far away from everything. I just wanted… I just wanted to be happy.

Tap Tap Tap.

I looked over to the window through my puffy eyes. With effort, I climbed out of bed and drew the curtains. My heart skipped a beat. Cloudchaser was on the other side of the glass, no doubt having snuck out of her room through her own window. I felt relieved but scared by her presence.  What if mum came back?

I unlatched the hinge as quietly as I could and Cloudchaser flew in. “Hey Flitter?” Cloudchaser whispered. “Are you okay?”

“I. I don’t know,” I sobbed. “CC I don’t know, we aren’t going to break up are we?” I wiped an eye with my forehoof.

“Flitter,” Cloudchaser said quietly. “No we won’t. It just means that, for the time being we need to keep our distance and just be sisters. Okay?” I looked up to my elder sister. I nodded, tears leaking from my eyes. My heart lightened a little and Cloudchaser hugged me, I hugged her back and she ran a hoof through my mane. “When we move out, we’ll move on. Okay?”

I nodded. There was a pause before I whispered, “When will that be?”

“It’ll be soon. I promise,” Cloudchaser said reassuringly before kissing my forehead. “I also think that despite being caught and the fact that our flanks are going to be kicked by dad tomorrow. In twelve months we’ll probably laugh it off.”

I laughed amidst my crying. Cloudchaser always had a way to cheer me up no matter how bad things were.  Cloudchaser hugged me one more time before taking off through the window, without thinking I spread my wings and took off after her. The early winter air was cold, but the night was still. “Cloudchaser!” I called.

Cloudchaser turned around, just before the chimney. “Yeah?”

I flew over to her and hugged her again, but the time for the last time in a while. I kissed her tenderly in the lips, the only witnesses were the crescent moon and the winkling stars. When we broke apart, I saw the stars reflecting from CC’s eyes. She smiled, and finished “Night Flitter.”

“Night,” I said watching her vanish below the edge of the roof and into her bedroom. I too went back to bed. When I landed in my bedroom I turned the light off and threw myself into bed. Cloudchaser’s visit has dampened the blow. I was glad she wanted to keep our love going strong, but what was that going to do to our relationship? How can two ponies in love not share their feelings? Could this break us apart slowly? What if mum and dad found out that there was more to us? What if Cloudchaser didn’t like me anymore if we had fallout with our parents? Or even worse, what if she didn’t want to be with me anymore or even associated herself with me?

I couldn't think about it. All I wanted was Cloudchaser to be with me. She is the pony I love the most, out of every single other pony. I would give anything for her to be next to me, sleeping while holding me. I tried not to cry again but tears still leaked and my heart still felt constricted. After about fifteen minutes of over-thinking everything, I finally managed to fall into an uneasy sleep.
