"Right!" I exclaimed, clapping my hands together. "I have a few videos to show you. You know how I mentioned PowerThirst before?" They all nodded. "Well, I have the advertisements for it. I need to say this though. It isn't real. This is just a funny video, making fun of other energy drinks."

Twilight looked at me, puzzled. "Why would there be an ad, for something that doesn't even exist? That makes no sense!"

I chuckled. "It's just a joke." I explained. "It's just making fun of other things that are similar."

Twilight still looked unsure, but relented and let me continue.

I looked through my phone, found the video and pressed play.

'Hey! Do you wanna feel so energetic? Try PowerThirst! The energy drink for people who need gratuitous amounts of energy!'

"What!" 6 of the mares yelled, genuinely confused. Pinkie only stared at the screen, a great interest on her face. I chuckled at their reactions.

'With all new flavours like Shockolate! Chocolate energy! It's like adding chocolate to an electrical storm! Sound the alarm! You're gonna be uncomfortably energetic!'

Pinkie was now leaning in, right up close to the screen, a look of longing in her eyes.

'What's that? You want strawberry? How about Rawberry! Made with lightning. Real lightning! Sports. *scream*. You'll be good at them! It's an energy drink for men! Menergy! These at not your dads puns, these are energ-'

"No! Enough!" Twilight screamed, holding her hooves over her head and cowering down to the floor. "It's to masculine and scientifically impossible!"

By this point, I was rolling around on the floor, laughing my ass off, at both the video, and the mares reactions.

"Ok, ok!" I managed to gasp between breaths, pressing the pause button. "It's off now. Twilight, you can stop covering your ears and Pinkie, no. I don't have any, and even if I did, you wouldn't get it. The world is just not ready for that amount of pure energy."

Twilight, and most of the others, sighed in relief, whereas Pinkie sighed in longing and disappointment.

"Right!" I said rubbing my hands together and grinning. "Who wants to see the others?"

"No!" Was the immediate response from most of the girls. Pinkie was nodding her head fast.

"Rightio, let's listen to some music, because I just realised that you wouldn't get any of the photos on my phone!"

The girls all voiced their agreement, so I asked for a particular genre that the girls liked. Rainbow, Derpy and Fluttershy (surprisingly) said rock, Rarity and Twilight asked for some classical, Pinkie asked for techno and Applejack asked for country (surprise surprise)

"Well, I have a lot of rock and techno, but no classical and country. I, however have hip-hop, if you're cool with that?"

The mares grumbled, but relented, all saying that rock was a fair alternative.

"Coolio! Imma play some dubstep, then house music, then rock, then, my personal favourite, some power metal. Any problems with the line-up?"

When all the girls said no, I looked through my music for a good dubstep song. I ended up playing Hummingbird, by tut tut child, Worlds end, by day one and No fire, by protostar and makO. Most of the girls liked the songs, but Rarity and Twilight didn't, which was to be expected, as they had suggested classical.

For house music, I chose Harmony, by Vicetone, No one, by project 46 and Another day, by TVDS. The girls all liked these songs, except for Rainbow. She said that it wasn't as exciting as dubstep.

For rock, I chose Days go by and The kids aren't alright, both by the Offspring and Castle of glass by Linkin Park. Everypony seemed to like the songs, save for Rarity. I was really starting to not like her. She kept dissing my song choices!

For metal, I played The metal, by Tenacious D, Fear of the dark and The trooper, both by Iron Maiden. Twilight and Rarity didn't like them.

'Right.' I thought as I picked out the power metal songs. 'They have one chance to redeem themselves. One bad word about power metal, and I might lose it.'

I picked Last man stands, Fallen world and Starfire, by Dragonforce, Dragons and Fantasy, by Stratovarius, and Lost in the light, by Dungeon. The girls all loved them, even Rarity, but she preferred Starfire over the rest. Fluttershy and Dash were even head-banging (Fluttershy head-banging was easily the cutest thing I had ever seen) at one point.

"Buck yeah!" Rainbow shouted, pumping one hoof in the air. "That guitar was amazing! How can they play so fast? Ponies could never play anything like that!"

"These probably help." I said, waggling my fingers.

"Right." Dash said. "They would help out a lot."

"Yep, they do." I said. I then yawned. "Rightio, girls. I'm real tired, so I reckon we should get to bed."

The girls all voiced their agreement, so Pinkie, Rainbow and I went to get the mattresses, pillows and blankets that we would sleep on. When we got to the linen closet, however, we discovered that there were only 6 mattresses.

"Sorry Ant! I'm only used to having the girls over, and theres only six of us, so I only have six mattresses because I wasn't expecting any other guests! But now theres eight of us, and only six mattresses! What do we d-!" Rainbow, thankfully, cut off the stream of words that was poring out of the pink mares mouth.

"It's ok Pinks." Dash said. "AJ and I could probably share, and Ant and Derpy could as well! There problem solved!"

I was slightly nervous at this. I had never slept with another woman, human or otherwise, since Kate. "I can just sleep on the floor, girls." I said, hoping none of then would object.

"Like hay you are!" Well, balls to that. "You are not sleeping on the floor. Any friend of mine will always have a bed to sleep in as long as i'm around!" Dash exclaimed. God dammit. Why does she have to be the Element of Loyalty?

"Fine." I relented. "Lets just get these to the main room. I'm real tired."

Pinkie and I grabbed the mattresses (how she balanced on her back legs for that long, even when going down the stairs, will always confuse me.), and Dash got the pillows and blankets.

We entered the room, and upon putting the mattresses down, I looked at the scene most guys dread.

Rarity had brought her make-up kit.
