Death Cannot Die

As I rounded the last corner from the corridors of the RCPD station another of these 'infected' came upon my sight as it slowly moaned and turn towards me as it tried to gnaw at my face but with a swift side blow to its ribs i knocked the monster down as i fired at the downed zombie. Not even 10 minutes in but I've been meeting dozens of these infected and either I ran around the massive crowd or shot my way in to reach the other side of the room with the occasional attempt of them eating my face off. As I continued to go up the flight of  stairs leading up to the roof of the station i had remembered eariler in the room I managed to contact and secure another evac point but was orderd to head up to the roof as landing outside the warzone could attract the rest of the city tearing at me once stepping foot out of the abandoned police station. Sudden feeling rushed into my gut as I evaded another oppurtunity of me being dead. I look back around and i was met with a B.O.W. snarling at me as it contnued to crawl in my direction while rearing up to jump at me to take my head off, but with sudden reaction I quickly dove under as the Licker missed it target growling in anger as it tried to detect its prey. With the given time I change guns as I unholsterd my Magnum aiming down the barrel as the B.O.W's head and arms were torn off its grusteque body filled with the product of the affects the virus has caused. As I slowly breathed relieved of the near death expierence I just endured I finally turn towards the exit that would aid me in my ecape out of this nightmare. But as storm seemed to calm down I adjusted the guns in my hands but i looked up in terror as I met to see face into another Tyrant as it raised it Vulcan cannons. As i jumped behind the statue of the angel in the center of the room i peer out the corner as it mistakend me for the beings i had comed to show hatred. "S.T.A.R.SSSSS" the pursuer groaned out lound as the corrupted program fired as i saw quick flashes of light blinding the scene.

I quicky jump up from the position I was sitting in as I uncontrollably breath sweat pouring down my face as Matilda was raised at hip level, but only saw the darkness of the cave surrond the environment as I turned back to its entrance to see the sun start to rise from the darkness that the night endlessly covered us. Once i calmed down, i studied the arm in my hand as sudden memories came rushing into my head but pershed any further thouhts as i turn back to the matter at hands. I then sit on one knee as I continued to fiddle around with the codec as i was quickly becoming frustrated with the results of my attempt to reach any communication back home, But as I gave up again cursing for the idiot I was and how no one is responding, my hearrate stopped as I saw the orange pony stare at me with a forming face of fear.

Scootaloo POV

"Ow my head hurts" as i lift my body up with the headache poundng strongly as sudden thought came back into my mind, wait a minute where are we?. I ask as i saw down my legs covered in a blanket as i turn looking down as my other firends sleeping endleslly as we slept in the overly large sleeping bag. "What the ha..." I finally look above only to be met with glowing read eyes as I saw the creature looming towards the ground turning back at her. AAAAAAAAAA!!! I screamed waking up my other companions as Sweetie Belle rushed from her sleep as she turned to respond, "Scootaloo whats wrong!!" answered Sweetie. "Girls what the trouble!" Asked the red bowed pony, "Help, help, helllppp" I screamed at the top of my lungs as sweetie kept asking "Scootaloo shush why are you screaming?" but as Sweetie turned to face Applebloom with the same thought of what Scootaloo was yammering on sudden realization hit Sweetie ad she notice why her Winged friend yelled as Sweetie cowered in fear as she could not scream out of fear. As Applebloom became confused and turn to see why her friends became afraid of she was alerted as a tall figure stood above them as she back away from Red Eyes as her and the crusaders began to back against the wall.

As the creature continued to walk towards them Applebloom's fear turned to action as she yells at the monster above, "Get away or ill buck you in the face" answers the yellow pony but the creature stopped in it's tracks raising a black object in ts claws as it responded back "What are you?." "Please don't eat us" stammered Scootaloo as she wailed tears streaking across the face as Sweeties hugged Scootaloo as hard as she could as both ponies became afraid of what does this creature want with them. As Applebloom finally attempts to jump across the creature and deliver a kick into its lower body she heard it say "Why would I eat you." Then all three stopped as the being started to remove its face but to only see another head below but soon realized it was just his mask.

"Now now ponies dont be afraid" I state as I removed my mask as i continued "I look scary dont I with this mask" i raised it in my hand as the others still back helplessly against the wall. "Look please don't be scared I am a good guy do you see" I quickly holster Matilda as i sat down staring at the Ponies who seemed to relax a little as the yellow pony continued to state out loud "Why did you take us? where is Applejack? Why are we in a Cave? You want kill us" asks the yellow filly as I already guessed she was as any child would ask those similiar questions. "No little pony i did not take you from your home I saw you guys walk into the forest and saved you from some wolfs" i melanchoingly state, "My question is why were you walking late at night" i sternly ask as Applebloom stops to think an answers "Las night we saw this meteor fall into the Everfree Forest and me and the Crusaders wanted to get out Cutie Marks." "What?" i ask as i shift positions as by now all three ponies finally stop and stand calmly but were still nervous about my presence "Oh im so sorry how rude My name is Applebloom, my friends Sweetie Belle the white one and the chicken is Scootaloo" cheeringly states Applebloom. "Hey who you calling chicken!!" presumingly i guess 'Scootaloo' yells as she became mad as she blushed in embarrasement at her name mentioned. "Cute" I say out loud as Scootaloo squees and answers "I'm not cute im awesome" proudly Scootaloo states as Applebloom turns back with the conversation distracted as she nicely asks "What's your name Mister." Wow this kid had guts compared to her Scootaloo friend. "My name is Luke Ashford" I state out loud. Applebloom smiles and waves her hoof? out. "Nice to meet you Luke" "likewise" i answers gently holding her hoof as i gave her a little shake.

Wierd I thought to myself but shrugged it off as I turn to ask the question again. "So now that introduction is done why were you out in the middle of the woods and why were you dumb enough to drag your friends" I say as anger started to build up as have my ammo was wasted in protecting these ponies. "I'm sorry mister Luke but me and my friends really wanted out cutie marks and finallyy..." "What are cutie marks?" i seroiusly ask. "A Cutie mark is a special symbol on our flank that dignifies what we're good at silly" Sweetie Belle finally talks as all three ponies fear had finally faded. Silly? What the fuck is the definition of Silly? I barely surivived a crash and muchless the the wreck, I was low on eqipment, I was lost in these woods with no help and now im talking to some Ponies as one of them that this was all silly to them. fuck that. "What does that Cutie mark mean sir" Sweetie asks. What? i look at her as i saw she was looking at me right arm with the umbrella logo stitched onto my uniform. "No this is not a 'cutie mark' Sweetie i work for Umbrella" "Umbrella i never heard of them, are they famous?" Opposite my girl if famous is creating viral weapons, staring panemics anf taking over the world then yes we are infamous. "We make medicine and 'help' the world become a better place" I state or what Wesker defines his company. "Look it was nice meeting you ponies but i must really get going and...." Then i hear roaring and screams from below the cave as the voices yelled "Twilight!!!!" "Get away" "Please Help!!" Then all three fillies looked down and begged "Please help them out sisters and friends are in trouble we beg of you sir." As i was going to respond and deny them of any help i saw how Applebloom was using puppy eyes to woo me in helping but as i tried to escape her sight i put my hand up anf answer "alright I'll help but you better now stab me in the back" I say out loud as i grasped my Riot Gun in my hand and jump from the cave as i rushed down into the midst of the fighting......
